This place was awesome. Easy to find and the tellers or cash handlers were very helpful and quick. Will be coming back to exchange currency. Peso to dollars or dollars to pesos, of course in a pinch. Rates are much better down south, but this place does great. Thank you again. read more

Lady working doesn't have good customer service, always has an attitude like she doesn't get paid to work there She doesn't know how to spell certain cities/states. This company should hire people that could spell and at least have good customer service attitude. This lady gave my mom the worse attitude when sending money. I wasn't going to write a review because who cares there's other places to send money but it's the closest to my moms house. ANYWAYS, She has turned me away twice and stated to come back when I knew the right location I was sending money to. I even spelled it out on paper and spelled it out loud. And she stated there was no such thing as the location I was telling her. She needs a new job where she can stop being a bitch to customers like she owns the company. read more

Worst place!!! Customer service was so horrible! The lady with glasses was so rude and o so unprofessional, they don't allow you to come with someone else and for them you help you. The lady throw me back my paper just because my niece helped me to write down a name. I had to go home and check my pressure because she even said awful things like if I was going to do something. Never coming back read more

I went in to exchange foreign currency and the female employee working there had the worst attitude. I didn't want to do a review but after reading other reviews and reading about the same lady having an attitude I can agree with what they are saying. An employee like that will ruin the rep of the business and make customers want to take their business elsewhere. Management look into transaction 530390 @12:34pm and talk to your employee and get her trained and make her understand that she needs to be grateful that she has a job and train her how to say "you are welcome" after a customer says "thank you". Some people keep their cool but man she's going to get the wrong customer that will make her change her attitude. The service overall was a negative zero due to not feeling welcomed or appreciated of your business. read more

I went to cash my check today around 5pm the receptionist that helped me was professional and fast

So looks like my usual spot does exchange foreign currency anymore. I need to make a request & takes several days to complete...this place was in my area & came in clutch! Would highly recommend. Just don't leave it for the end cause their foreign currency registers close about 15min before actual closing time. read more

Worst customer service. Twice in a row have they been extremely rude, disrespectful, and belittling. As if, were asking for a favor. All I need them is to do their basic job. Nothing more nothing less. Save yourself a headache and don't go to this western union. I tried complaining and the manager was the same way. I will call the corporate office and see what happens. read more

A horrible customer service is my second time and the last one A Latina woman treated me very badly, very rough and when I asked her , if she was upset because of her attitude she almost hit me !! I do not recommend going to this place if you do not want to go through a bad time ,and I give a one star because I can't give - 0 because you deserve it read more

I went to exchange my money to euros, had good customer service and good exchange rate.

Need a money order? Forget liquor stores or the bank, it only costs $0.99 here!!! But later found out it's only if under $500.(price increased) I go to this place for money orders more often than others because of convenience. They're hours are more flexible. And their money order costs a little lower than others. What I don't like about this place (which is to be expected anyway) is the long line during peak hours; not because there's an overwhelming amount of people, but because the average time it takes for people to complete their dealings is quite long. (lots of Western Union stuff) The place is clean and well lit. . Customer service is nothing special, no smile, no small talk, just a "get straight to the business" how can I help you type of deal, which is fine to me for this type of place. I just hope that processes can be a bit more efficient. But we all know Western Union stuff takes forever. read more

Great service. The lady was kind and personable. They had the euros I need before I traveled. Will go back.

I went to Continental Currency Services, Inc., located on the corner of Firestone and Pioneer in Norwalk, because I found it to be the closest place to Orange County in order for me to buy a Los Angeles County Metro Tap Pass on a Saturday. They were nice, efficient and got the job done. I spent $19 for the card plus a weeks worth of travel. Thumbs up to the Metro Train! read more

Let's me start by saying I would not even give this place 1 star. I'll be extremely honest, fuck this place. If this shit business cares at all about its reviews they should actually hire people who care about having good costumer service, and if thats too much to ask, at least hire people who are not rude and are able to do their basic job. These two (for lack of a better word) very large women (don't know their names) were very disrespectful to my mother whom had only been there this one time. My mother was a bit unsure of how to send money through western union and only needed a bit of help/explanation. One of the women had the worst attitude. It's Incredibly unbelievable that a person like her even has a job. She was throwing money and papers for my mother to sign and with attitude. Then proceed to get upset at my mother for them having a long line of people. One of the women was just in the back sitting down while the customers waited. How is this long line the customers fault?! Either hire more employees or teach your employees patience and basic customer service skills. In other words teach them not to be childish and rude. My mother noticed the woman who was "assisting" her (if you can even call it that) turn back and proceeded to talk about my mother in front of her and the other customers. I will take this as far as it needs to go for this place to once and for all make necessary changes. I don't want apologies! I don't want a pseudo-manager to call me and explain. I want a god damn change to happen. This is the worst customer service we have ever had. Do not visit this place. read more

Best place I ever worked. Worked with these ladies for three years until I had to move with my family. Staff is well trained and manager Vernice is fair but strict when needs to be. Couldn't have asked for a better place to work in Norwalk. Miss you guys!!! read more

Would give it a zero if i could. Representative Paola was extremely rude to us. I understand that location is pretty busy and it was just her but thats not our fault as customers.
