Recently changed USD for Euro and Pound Sterling prior to a trip to Europe. Staff were polite and professional and explained the current exchange rates to me for the two separate transactions. They were kind enough to charge me only one $6.50 service fee for two transactions. They are in the same shopping center as the Hannam Grocery Store. Next time I need to buy foreign currency I'll come back here. read more

Would not exchange MOP to USD, even though websites said they would. Why is this so difficult? read more

The customer service was top tier. I came to get some euros for an upcoming trip and they have very competitive rates and I was able to get my currency the same day. If I went they AAA or my bank I would've had to pre-order and wait days. For someone like me who is a procrastinator I went the day before my trip. read more

Fast and friendly definitely recommend coming here if you need to exchange any foreign currency!

Very good experience, the agent is very nice and respectful. I will recommend this business to my family and friends.

Sadly, it seems as though I was duped with my exchange rate. I purchased jpy and realized after I arrived home that the exchange rate should have been much more in my favor. I was charged $100 more for the currency that I received than I should have been. I called to ask about the exchange rate and was politely told, "oh, that's our exchange rate. Sorry". I was taken for over $100!!! Do not use this currency exchange service...and check the exchange rates before you change your money. read more

Best exchange rate and great service. Great communication. Will definitely be back again.

How much do you exchange AUD to USD today? I need to exchange my cuurency. How much is your rate today?

So I'm taking a trip to Korea in a week, and came in to exchange dollars for Korean won. The place is inside a Korean shopping center, run by Korean owners, but yet the clerk tells me they are "sold out of won". This makes little sense to me, and I'm a bit perturbed about it. read more

Great rates for exchanging USD to JP Yen.

Took a twenty minute drive to the O.C. based on YELP ratings to patronize this business and am pleased that I did so. The establishment is easy to find with plenty of parking. The store front is clean and modern. I was welcomed warmly by a young lady who was most accommodating of my needs. I received an excellent exchange rate (USD to CAD). Far better than what my local bank had offered, and a low commission of only $6.00 USD. The best commission rate I found bank shopping was $10.00 USD. Following the formality of completing one short form, I had my Canadian currency and was on my way - all well within less than five minutes. I will definitely return here for my foreign currency exchange needs in the future, and do not hesitate to recommend this business to others. read more

Came here to exchange us money to Korean money and the staff was super friendly, highly recommend 10/10!!

I am not sure why this place has high ratings. Came here on Tuesday, and the service was horrible. I asked them to give an explanation why they didn't take coins (Canadian $1, $2), they answered me rudely. The people in the front needs to learn basic customer service skills either. No greetings, no say "thank you", etc. I've come here twice, and I didn't see any improvements for the service. Overall, bad experiences, never coming back in the future. read more

The person at the desk today gave me the worst customer service I have had in years. I had Canadian coins that serve as a surrogates for US two dollar bills which she wouldn't accept. Then I was "scolded" because I didn't fill out the form correctly. After that, the server computed the exchange rate incorrectly, before correcting it. Finally, I had to pay a $6 service fee to receive $59 in US from $90 Canadian. Figure the annual interest rate on that transaction! PS - My initial transaction two weeks ago was outstanding, so I will rate this a 1 rather than a 0. That server was extremely courteous, kind, and competent. I would rate the original server two weeks ago with a 5. read more

This place has the best rates for buying/selling currencies! It was a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it! I've called ahead in five different currency exchange places prior to this one, and JC gave me the best price for selling back my GBP. The staff is very helpful and polite as well. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming here every time from now on. read more

So easy, great service and rates! I never leave reviews, but I was very impressed with their service. I'm taking a business trip to China and this was the easiest part of my preparations. I waited until the last minute, and my bank was going to take 2 business days to order yen for me. So a quick Google search found this little spot down the street from my house. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Only paid a flat fee and they had exactly the amount I needed on hand. I couldn't believe how simple and fast the whole thing was. 5 stars! read more
