I did A LOT of research on IID installation places before settling on this one. I am very happy with my choice. Let's be honest, NOBODY wants one of these put in their vehicle. It is humiliating. And a lot of the shops seem to take advantage of the crappy situation you are in, but not this one! Corey is quick to answer the phone, or return your call if he misses it. His shop is easy to locate and has free easy parking. You set an appointment so there is no guessing around when or how long it will take. He is flexible and can get you in pretty quickly if you really need it done ASAP. The costs are straightforward, easy to understand, and roughly middle of the road when it comes to pricing across all shops in the area. But you get what you pay for. Corey has been installing these for 20+ years and seems to be pretty knowledgeable with cars, which is important when you are tinkering with the starter and battery and such. The interlock machines are clean and well maintained. He explains the product very well and is patient while you ask questions. He double and triple checks that you can operate it correctly before you are allowed to go. You get an instruction manual, DMV paperwork, all the legal and finance forms, the office number and even his cell for emergencies. Calibrations are included in the price, but lockouts are extra. Just don't be stupid and you won't have to pay the lockout fees. Lastly, Corey isn't pushy. Like he isn't trying to sell or upsell you. Information and advice is what he provides. There are cheaper places out there, but for the customer service alone, I highly recommend ACS. read more
