Cory, the owner, provides excellent service, he's not offering his opinions on the matter, doesn't fill you with too much information that's overwhelming. The installation was smooth. I was in and out in less than an hour, if I have any issues, or questions, he's always available to help out. Communicating is so stress-free. This service is affordable, you're well taken care of with this buisness! Highly recommended!!! read more

Im from Los Angeles and when I was searching for Interlock companies all of them had really poor reviews until I found ACS Interlock in Orange County. So glad I did because im getting it removed right now and there customer service and device were both perfect. Highly recommend! read more

Quality service and value all the best I've seen. He really goes out of his way. Ran into some issues at the DMV and he drove down and helped me out. Taught me how to use and is very kind. Would highly recommend this place. read more

First time client for a calibration for my IID. I met the owner Corey and had a great experience. I was stressing because I was on a few hours remaining in order to accomplish the calibration before getting locked out of my vehicle. He is definitely a veteran in this industry. I was previously using another company for my calibration, nothing special about the previous company that I was using - I was just another client. Corey went above and beyond and fully explained things to me from start to finish as I am very unfamiliar. I was definitely in good hands and well taken care of as a client. I will be returning to a ACS Interlock for my future calibrations and highly recommend this company! read more

500/10 on everything. Corey is such a genuine man and is ALWAYS fair on pricing... seriously, the cheapest interlock device, virtually 0 issues (please do not choose intoxalock) AND he doesn't charge for calibration! if you are in need, and even if it is out of your way, i can promise you that this place is worth the drive, just for the peace of mind you get with him. read more

WOW. Going through this whole process is hard enough, but Corey made the Interlock part extremely easy. After going to the interlock locations near me (Long Beach) i decided to try the Santa Ana location and it was like night and day. It was absolutely worth the drive from LB every time. He is extremely efficient, helpful, kind and FAST! Anytime I had a question, even if he was out of town, he was able to help. He's a joy to talk to and knows the business like the back of his hand. The service is A+, value is A+ and I will actually miss coming to see him believe it or not! This is how ALL businesses should be run. Thank you so much Corey! read more

Now I am Being questioned why I left a Yelp review. Well maybe if you scheduled appointments in timely manners there wouldn't have been any issues. I was advised the entire process would have been over an hour that is correct. I was not advised I would have to wait 45 plus minutes before being assisted. read more

Exceptional service from start to finish! I decided to get an ILD installed to be able to drive and both gentlemen, Corey & Jonathan, were efficient, explained everything clearly, and ensured a smooth setup and removal. The installation price was reasonable and so was the monthly fee. The removal price is the same as the install price. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to install a breathalyzer device to be able to drive. read more

I did A LOT of research on IID installation places before settling on this one. I am very happy with my choice. Let's be honest, NOBODY wants one of these put in their vehicle. It is humiliating. And a lot of the shops seem to take advantage of the crappy situation you are in, but not this one! Corey is quick to answer the phone, or return your call if he misses it. His shop is easy to locate and has free easy parking. You set an appointment so there is no guessing around when or how long it will take. He is flexible and can get you in pretty quickly if you really need it done ASAP. The costs are straightforward, easy to understand, and roughly middle of the road when it comes to pricing across all shops in the area. But you get what you pay for. Corey has been installing these for 20+ years and seems to be pretty knowledgeable with cars, which is important when you are tinkering with the starter and battery and such. The interlock machines are clean and well maintained. He explains the product very well and is patient while you ask questions. He double and triple checks that you can operate it correctly before you are allowed to go. You get an instruction manual, DMV paperwork, all the legal and finance forms, the office number and even his cell for emergencies. Calibrations are included in the price, but lockouts are extra. Just don't be stupid and you won't have to pay the lockout fees. Lastly, Corey isn't pushy. Like he isn't trying to sell or upsell you. Information and advice is what he provides. There are cheaper places out there, but for the customer service alone, I highly recommend ACS. read more

I just completed the year of the Interlock service, and I'm so grateful that I found this place. Cory is a great person, super helpful, super responsive, and really makes something that feels so stressful very manageable. I don't think you'll be able to find this type service anywhere else. I shopped around for a while before choosing ACS, I can guarantee if you go anywhere else, you're literally getting ripped off. He has the best pricing hands-down. Take it from someone who did the work to get the quotes. Thanks a bunch Cory, you're the man! read more

10/10 recommend!! I recently completed my time with ACS (Corey & Jonny Ray) and I have nothing but good things to say. The interactions were all extremely professional and friendly, creating a sense of comfort during these stressful times. The prices were all fair and payment plans were available as well. The device itself worked without any issues for the entirety of the time I had it. It also was very easy to use which was nice during drives on the freeway and such. read more

After searching thru many manufacturers for an interlock device I came across ACS interlock and it is by far the most affordable, most honest IID installer I've came in contact with. Great service and pricing. Highly recommend. Just finished my year with them and was very happy with their service.

I came from Golden State Interlock (Now B.E.S.T Labs), and had a horrendous experience with both, to the point where my compliance & freedom could have been jeopardized These past companies did not return phone calls, took money from me & ghosted me. I could say a lot more but, I'll spare the details and allow google to do it's job for more info. Coming from this corrupt experience, ACS was a godsend. I believe Corey the owner, takes pride in this industry & has his client's best interests in mind. He's prompt in getting back to you for questions/technical difficulties. He also knows the DMV/Court Process very well. I finished today after 18 months. I would recommend this company better than any other in SoCal-Orange County, hands down. read more
