Amazing service from Brice. Thank you very much. Highly recommended this company!!!!!!

I was stuck this morning in the middle of a busy intersection. Not fun at all. Rodney showed up like some type of superhero. Backed that truck up in the middle of the intersection I pulled my Rivian up like it was his job. Which, I think it is his job. We called 4 different towing services. They were all 2-3 hours out. That's a pretty long time when you're blocking traffic during rush hour. Beeline showed up in 20 minutes. Can't thank these guys enough. Especially Rodney. read more

Had an awesome experience with BeeLine. They saved the day for me. I needed my Porsche 718 Cayman S delivered to a specific shop. I needed a Towing company I relied on and I'm glad I called Bee Line. They carefully handled my car and took care of it so quick too! Obviously they know what they're doing. Not surprised since I know they work on supercars regularly. Despite them working on supercars and stuff, pricing for me was reasonable! Excellent service, special thanks to Rodney for the extra care and positive/ good vibes. read more

Rodney is amazing. We had a different towing company come out to tow our suv and they couldn't get the vehicle started and they wouldn't tow it out of our driveway. We called Rodney and he knew what the problem was right away and got it running. He even came back a few hours later when the car again stoped working! He was so helpful and I'll be calling him if I ever need a tow or a jump start. read more

They don't answer the phone and are very rude and then they don't show up. Avoid these liars.

I had an appointment at 9:20 AM, so I made sure to call at 7 AM to give them enough time to get to me to tow my car. They gave me an ETA of 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, they tacked on another 60 minutes. At this point, I called, and they said a customer they were helping gave them a wrong address, so they had to redirect, but are on their way and would be here in 20-30 minutes. A full 3 hours later, they tell me they're "on the way". They continue to string me along with updates of being "on the way" and that they're refueling the truck in a nearby city and will be here soon. They didn't show up until almost 4 hours later. Half of my work day is wasted because they didn't have the courtesy to set reasonable expectations or give me a more accurate ETA. I've dealt with other towing companies who show up in less than an hour. Will definitely not use them again or recommend read more

Worked with Alex from Beeline Towing and he was so kind and helpful! Got a tow truck out to me in less than 45minutes! Needed a quick hand to move car out. So thankful for their quick response and fast services! Fair prices too! read more

Bee Line is top of the line towing company!! Life savers!!! I was 1 hr away from my area charging my Tesla when it went bonkers gave me a bunch of error messages and I couldn't put it on drive gear had to leave it over night. Well triple A failed me all day sending incompetent towing vendors not knowing how to properly tow a Tesla I finally gave up and called 2 local ones near my car and Bee Line Towing was very proactive in not only helping me out and resourcing me of their expertise which right away I could tell from their explanation and confidence. Sure enough within less than 1 hrs they were there towing my car and got it all loaded in a jiffy they made it on time to the nearest Tesla shop and I'm one happy and relieved client. 5 stars easy read more

I sought a first rate enclosed transportation company to take a vehicle up to Northern California for exhibition in a world class venue and show during Monterey Car Week. Rodney and his company came highly regarded. Rodney was responsive and gave a detailed competitive bid. I decided to accept. Rodney was professional and informative as to the entire process and scheduling, and kept me apprised all along the way. I met him and my vehicle in Monterey, and he also did the return transport, which was equally seamless. Additionally, it paid off to have his expertise and familiarity with Car Week, as even just getting myself around in the small town of Monterey, with thousands of cars and transporters everywhere, was not the easiest task. I was glad that he was well versed in the procedures and logistics. read more

I've been in a rental for about a month and at one of my jobs I need to park in a structure. One that you actually need a validated ticket to go in and out of, as well as it being the parking for about 6-7 businesses. So not the easiest place to get around in. I unfortunately had to leave my car in the structure over night and was hoping the parking tower itself didn't call towing on me before I could do it myself. So I was not physically there the next day when I could finally get it towed. Alex with Beeline Towing was so understanding and accommodating to take directions from me over the phone as I directed him to where my car was left. He was patient and efficient! A great experience overall! read more

After my car wouldn't start, I called my roadside assistance plan late at night for a tow. A Bee Line driver arrived with a well-equipped flat bed to gently secure my car for the 30-mile to back home. The first tow company that was sent abandoned my call after waiting several hours. This one arrived within the estimated time and the driver was courteous and conscientious. I recommend this company for the high level of care they exhibited toward me and my car. They did the job right. read more

They got to my broken down car to tow it in less than the quoted 40 minutes, provided me with regular text updates as well as a link to view real time status of their location, and a confirmation when my car was dropped off at the delivery location. I've never had to tow my car before, but Rodney certainly made it a more pleasant experience. He was quite knowledgeable and willing to walk me through the process. He took care of my car like it was his own! I'm impressed of the time he took to make sure that my car needed to get to where it needed to go. My car was nonoperative in a tight space yet he still found a way to get my car towed in a safe and timely manner. He had the attention for detail and was personable to the whole towing experience. great service from these guys. they came quickly and helped me out of a jam. definitely use them again.

Rodney deserve a raise! So, we have an eight year old Tesla and the front 12v battery decided to die in a restaurant parking lot. Partially my fault because I parked too close to the bamboo fence and the sensors went crazy while we were eating. Rodney came to the rescue after I called roadside assistance from Tesla (first towing company was a no show, and they sent Rodney to the wrong city first). He calmed down my husband too, which I never had a chance to thank him for. He took care of our problem in less then 15 minutes and we were on our way home short after. Our car was delivered safely to a Tesla service center and they are already working on it. Thank you so much Rodney and Bee Line Towing for a professional service. Hopefully we will never have to call you guys but in case we need to, I know who to phone. Absolutely 10+!!!! read more

I had a dead battery so I called Subaru roadside assistance for help. Jason from Bee Line Towing showed up and we had a heck of a time getting my battery to charge. I wouldn't let him leave without my car starting so I went and borrowed jumper cables from my neighbor as he only had a portable charger. Needles to say it took us about an hour to get the thing started but he hung in there with me and we got the job done. Jason was a great help and was super patient!! He's the guy to call for help!
