Corey has always been fair, honest and accommodating to my crazy work schedule. Hopefully I never get a dui again but if I do he woukd be my first choice in a heartbeat! read more

Great customer service, ultra responsive to messages and concerns. Corey was very thorough with explaining the entire process, how to use the device, what NOT to do, etc. Very easy to schedule appointments and was given documentation of each calibration service. Also received paperwork documenting installation and removal of the device, for DMV purposes. Decently priced rates as well. This company made my 6 month interlock experience as painless as possible. Thank you! read more

This is NOT a "fake review" check my reviews I usually review my beauty spots and food. I'm a foodie critic. COREY the owner took me in on a weekend after I explained I work full time (he didn't have to but he did). His prices are way reasonable than other places. He installed the device in 45 minutes (my car is push to start) probably less time if your car requires a key to start. After he installed he then gave me tips to avoid tripping the device (basically people just don't drink duh!) mine has been working perfectly fine, no trips at all. Just blow and go. Blow lasts 3 seconds, interval ranges. Mine has asked me after 5 mins then 30 mins. So far so good.. I'll post more if device "acts up" but it hasn't :) read more

Corey and ACS Interlock were great. Extremely affordable (forgot installation price but otherwise $71/month and $80 for removal) with no hidden fees or other BS. Whenever I needed to reach Corey, I was able to within 5min of reaching out. He'll walk you through any troubleshooting or other matters that can come up and require immediate assistance. There's a reason people drive 2+ hours to use this company. Personally I came from Santa Monica and have no regrets whatsoever. Hopeful we never cross paths again, but should you find yourself needing an interlock, look no further. read more

Corey has been so great through this whole ordeal. I was really embarrassed to have to even get the breathalyzer in my car, but I felt comfortable when I met him and he installed it. No judgement, no criticism, just professionalism. Every time I had any issue, I'd call and he was always available to help me. It didn't matter if it was in the morning, evening, Saturday, Sunday, whenever, he'd answer or return my call immediately. I called a lot when I first got it installed, but he was patient with me and helpful. I'd definitely recommend for anyone needing to get an interlock thingy, go to Corey at ACS. Thank you Corey, you're the BEST!! I had to get involved to help my friend who was pulling her hair out with your competitor interlock company in Laguna. Everyone don't go there!!! They are the WORST. absolutely SUCKED!! We had nothing but non stop problems, faulty charges, and lack of response or even wanting to remove it.. then they screwed up the DMV paperwork to Sacramento. Thank god I found you on for the internet. Best day ever. You went above and beyond to help us and clean up the faulty competitor and dmv chaotic mess that took 8 months in trying to fix and couldn't. You were absolutely empathetic, wonderful and so helpful. People only come to you for the restriction problems so aren't exactly happy to be there to begin with. With you, it not only was a pleasurable experience but the entire 18 months was so easy breezy! Finding your company was a godsend. Thank you for the way you treat your customers. We appreciate everything you've done. I assure you that if anyone friend or stranger ever gets in trouble, I will scream from the rooftop that they need to go see you. Thank you. You are the rockstar of interlock systems. Coco read more

It's probably not the happiest of times that will cause you to search out a company to install an IID in your vehicle, but at least it's good to know you can find a friendly, informative, and helpful person to do so in the event you do. Corey was great. As many have commented, he even went out of his way to drop me off at the DMV so I could be sure to handle all of my driving issues in one day. After installing the device, Corey also ran me through the simple operation instructions and even gave me a few troubleshooting tips in the event it decides not to work the first time. Great customer service and a smile to boot. He even waited after closing time to come back and pick me up! read more

I have never written a review before on yelp but for ACS I must. The device does not need HUMMING like all the other ones and it has never failed me. I want to start off letting everyone know Ive tried numerous places in different years and finally found the best place who will actually go out of their way to help. Corey has his personal cellphone number on yelp which proves it all. When I found ACS, Corey helped guide me to the steps I need to be able to drive again. He took me to DMV to get all the paperwork and license while he was installing the device. Any troubleshoots, he was always available to help personally or guide me through. Trust me Ive gone to many and Corey is the one!! read more

Cory explained the whole process from beginning to end my first call and he has great prices to offer which is why i decided to go through with his business . Super cool dude and there to help. This is the place to go!!! Cory, thank you again for everything! Wish you well and I will be recommending to my friends/ family who needs your services and now to all of you reading my review. This whole 'operation' is run by one man. He will give you a cheap and old malfunctioning interlock device, seriously look around at how much nicer and less obtrusive the ones from professional and licensed interlock companies are opposed to his B.S. device. I don't believe he is licensed because everything was shady, from Corey's shop to his persona. Compare around and you'll find that this guy is trash with a trash device for your car.. I switched to a different interlock company after dealing with this dick for longer than I needed to. Good luck. read more

We all make mistakes and when you make a costly one like a DUI they throw you through the ringer (as they should). when I had to get an interlock device I was nervous about it because I didn't know how they worked, what would trigger it to go off, how I could possibly spend the next year of my life driving with this thing in my car... Cory was very helpful through the whole process and helped me get back on the road. Not only did he explain the whole process of the device to me he took the time to reassure me that it will be ok and that I am not alone in this feeling. Over the past year I have bugged him with stupid questions even after business hours and he always took my call and helped me if I was having issues with the device. I am so thankful I found him and ACS here on yelp. The reviews about Cory are true, he's helpful, he's attentive, and most importantly he doesn't make you feel bad for making a mistake. If you are looking for an interlock device place you will not regret choosing ACS. Thank you Cory for all that you have done. read more

Getting a DUI is pure hell. The court system wants to suck your wallet, time, and soul out.
