Pozzi answered right away. Information was exchanged by text for locations, times, and price. Pozzi towing showed up on time. The cost was very reasonable. The paperwork was done, and my van headed to the repair location. Once it arrived, I received a picture confirmation that it was at the destination. I was very pleased with how my van was handled, the timing, and the confirmation of arrival. Also, I was impressed with the cleanliness and condition of their truck. My opinion is that how the company represents themselves reflects on how they treat and value their customers. They speak about safety and liability but can not follow protocol .... Tow truck company's have protocols to follow , not letting people know if there car has been towed or not just to buy more time and charge the customer more is agains the law . They need to report the car that has been towed within 1 hour . not a couple of hours later .... read more

My Crv broke down on me in the middle of the parking lot. I went shopping around for a tow truck home and called Pozzi. His price to tow my car was so affordable, it was really hard to believe. That's something I'm not used to in my experience with tow trucks. I've checked other places for their rates and nothing came close. Aside from that, the guy is really chill and very communicative. I needed a roll of extremely heavy synthetic grass delivered (approx 800 lbs, per the salesman at turf shop). Alex answered my phone call, and even though it was not an urgent situation, he was willing to deliver right away. Right before 5PM work traffic, in fact! Wow. I had him wait until the next morning, as I needed to get my area prepped anyway, and he said, "Whenever you like". He was responsive, polite, timely and just downright friendly, once he arrived. Did his best to place the 800 lb. roll of grass (heavy bc it was used/recycled turf and full of sand) where I wanted it. And was concerned about blocking my neighbors with his big 'ole truck. I had to get my car towed and he was horrible. Did not communicate and was really rude when dropping my car. I asked him for a receipt and he said no he can't give one and just took off.
