I swear I'm the queen of flat tires!! Anyhow, i was in Westminster around 8:30pm and got a effing flat tire. This time it went flat from 42 to 0 within 3 minutes! Pulled up at a gas station and called AAA. 26 miles from home and it was dark and scary... Luckily my 45 mins wait was only 3 mins! CHRIS arrived and saved the day!!! After installing the spare, he added air to my spare tire, made sure everything was in tack, helped put my full size flat in my trunk and all within 10 minutes. Here's the part where it shows he genuinely cares for his customers, he gave us instructions to go less than 50 miles per hour and advise to not panick that the tire reading will alert warning because of the spare. Our car was behaving unusually, so we decided to call AAA for assistance. We were quoted a wait time of about an hour, but Matt arrived within 45 minutes. He tested our car battery to confirm the issue, and we chose to purchase a battery replacement as recommended, which came with a 3-year warranty from AAA. Matt also took the time to educate us on battery longevity and shared important information that helps us recognize the signs of a dying battery to prepare for a replacement. The cost of the battery is set by AAA and is reasonable compared to other batteries on the market -- if you also consider that they come to you and not the other way around. I had a flat tire at home. They sent a guy out to put the spare on. He put the spare on and said he was done. We I got into the car the spare was flat. The driver didn't check it. Then I called back for a tow to the tire shop. To make a long story short the tow truck driver tried to drive the car out of the driveway and he damaged part of the bumper. It scraped the bottom and pulled it away from the frame a litlle. Jim at Action Southland Towing said they are not going to fix it. It sounds like the tow truck diver lied. This is who AAA sent to help me. I hope AAA never sends them back. I would rather park the car and walk. read more

Got a flat tire on my way home from OC to IE with my 3 kids in the car at lunchtime. I was in Garden Grove when it occurred. Called AAA and Juan from Action Southland called within minutes and said he'd be at my location within 30-35 minutes. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Sanchez. He was communicative on his arrival and very thorough with his initial inspection prior to placing the vehicle on the tow bed. He took the time to ensure whatever problems i was experiencing, wouldn't worsen through the process of transferring the vehicle to the mechanic shop. When we arrived at the mechanic shop, Juan was requested to place the vehicle in a very difficult corner parking spot with very little room to maneuver around. After 5 minutes of moving around his large tow truck he somehow was able to get the vehicle into the inaccessible parking space with ease and no damage to the vehicle or surroundings whatsoever. *Updated* Management called and offered a refund for the difference in miles, he was very nice. Thank you Jim. The reason the route was longer was because they have to use designated truck routes (though when I looked up truck routes for the multiple cities required to get to the destination, the route I suggested complied with local trucking routes so idk, I'm still a little confused). I'm relieved they offered me a refund and the situation was handled in a timely manner. Previous review: I can't recommend. The guy was nice but they insisted on taking a route that added more miles to charge me more. I only used them because it's who AAA sent out. When I asked why they insisted on such a long-way-around route AAA only said "their trucks can't always go on main roads" yet they reached my house just fine... James to the rescue! Husband's Jeep went kaput. We never got around to signing up for AAA. I called AAA, asked if we signed up, would be able to use the benefits immediately? The answer is YES! After a 9 minute call signing up with AAA, they dispatched a tow truck with an ETA of 30 minutes. James arrived in 27 minutes, with a phone call mid trip. On arrival, James introduced himself, asked what was going on. He tested the battery, and then tried to get the alternator going. No luck. It needed to be towed. While he was positioning the dead Jeep out of the parking spot and onto the tow truck, people were driving around him with complete disregard. Not once did he lose his cool. As we were having it towed two miles over the AAA allotment, we had to pay for the overage. Credit card payment is accepted. read more

My Wife Called AAA and we got directed to Juan Baltazar he was extremely friendly and went above and beyond than any tech i've come across. My car seemed to have a gas leak and smelled really bad and we had to push it out of the stop light as it would run anymore. This was the second time it happened and we coincidentally got Juan twice. He towed my car home and had me open my hood. Juan pointed out that one of my fuel lines were disconnected and helped me reconnect and had me go for a test drive. Sure enough, after less than another ten minutes, he arrived. He greeted me with a smile, and he got right to work on helping to replace the very flat tire with my spare. Because nothing is ever just-that-simple, accessing the spare required a tool that I didn't have in the car with me, so he figured out a way to lower the spare safely.
