Best tow service I had in my life, gave an hour -1.5 wait time (other tow service wait time was 2- 3 hours) James came in 45 mins. Called ten minutes before pick up to let me know he was close. My brother's car was at a towing junkyard... The tow truck they had cost $45 starting + $4.50 every mile..I'd say I live about 10 miles away...that would cost about $90. Luckily, my Dad called Saigon Towing and they did not disappoint. On time, fast, personable, reliable, you name it...They were also a lot cheaper, almost half price! Call them asap for all your towing needs unless you have AAA :) read more

OMG, i guess I'm not the only one that feel so great about Saigon towing!!! so last week i got into a car wreck on the 22 freeway near the magnolia exit and as i was waiting for an officer to arrive on the scene i called my husband (the car was not in a driving condition). my husband told me that he'll call someone to tow the car and not to worry about anything. it was amazing how James from Saigon towing got there soooooo fast. he actually arrive within 10-15min after i hung up the phone with my husband. and the best part is that James told me that he would deal directly with my insurance for the towing service. (in the case that my insurance didn't pay, let's just say i would only have to pay around $100 or so) which is not bad so anyone who need a tow service that is **cheap, **fast and **friendly i truly would recommend ** James read more

Very fast and helpful! We had a car parked in our rental for the longest time ever. No keys and expired tag. They were able to still pick up the car and it only took 15 minutes to load. They were also able to help same day within a couple of hours. The price was very fair. If I managed more properties in orange County I would consider using these guys for service. read more

Terrible service and they don't know what they are doing. Before you let them hook up your car ask them if they know if your car is a front wheel or rear wheel drive. It will cost you a fortune later (new transmission, etc..) if it is done incorrectly! They say okay,okay, but it is not okay! read more

By far one of the best tow truck service around. I use James to tow everything! Tool box, cars without wheels,and the impossible like double stacking 3 bend pack car lift on his flat bed! James was able to pull it off. He a very dependable person when you need a tow service. Prices are excellent! I would recommend James to anybody that needs tow services! I was in trouble, my new BMW 328i Coupe didnt start. I was so upset because I thought I had to cancel my whole day. I was surprised that out of all the tow companies that I have called, these guys showed up in about 15 minutes. They wont charge you an arm and a leg. Since I called BMW Assistance they told me it will cost me 116 dollars for a jump and a towe. That price alone got me even more mad. Saigon Towing is the best Call them if you are in a jam they are fair and understanding, this is what we need in the cold evil world read more

Yesterday my car stalled and died in the middle of the 4 way. Luckily a couple very helpful people helped push my car to the fast food restaurant that was close by and i started looking for a tow. i called around a couple times and it seemed like everyone was getting a tow, the longest wait i heard was 90 mins, i thought, screw that and i kept calling around. I came across this one and i figured for $75 flat, it wasn't bad compared to the other prices i heard. The wait was only an hour long. They were super helpful and they're 24 hours! if anyone needs a tow, definitely call up this company. The guy even knocked of $5 for me because I told him I was going to write a yelp review! Code 22658 Section (e) (1) (2) states the person causing the removal of a vehicle parked on that property is liable for double the storage or towing charges whenever there has been a failure to comply with proper signage and is subject to a fine of $1,000. If your vehicle was illegally towed this weekend from Farmer's Market in HB, please contact me to join the lawsuit. Would give 5 stars for DTS staff customer service but had to knock it to 3 because they should have been more responsible in confirming signage that it was a good tow. Even though we arrived before 5:00 p.m, they still charged us an after-hours fee. We ended up paying over $540--almost $600 to get our car back, even though it had been there for less than an hour. The charges felt completely unreasonable. To make things even worse, the employee who processed our payment , said this to my friends while she's pulling out her car , "she's not too smart huh " as if he was calling her stupid. That was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. My friend was visibly upset and crying, and instead of showing any compassion, the employee told her that there was "no need to be angry." They showed absolutely no empathy or understanding for the situation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. People don't know what someone else is going through or what their financial situation is. They don't know if those $600 were money you desperately needed for something else or if losing that amount completely throws off your monthly budget. Instead of treating people with kindness and respect during an already stressful situation, they make the experience even worse and treat it like it's something to laugh about.

THEY CHARGE TO MUCH............. I do not recommend this company at all. They don't care for customer, they only care about the money and when you try and ask them to help reduce the rate, they act like they don't speak English. Name though you guys might want to update your phone book... $40 local.. $$35 lock out .. Best thing about this guy is, doesn't matter how low your car to the ground..
