Top Alignment was recommended to me by Discount Tires in Montclair on Central. I called and Mathew gave me a very reasonable quote for the front end A arm bushings for a 1999 Chevy Dually. I told him I'd be back when I got my tax return. Two months later I told him I was ready to go. He scheduled an appointment and finished the truck in 2 days like he said he would. I paid the price I was quoted and not a penny more. I found out later that the parts prices were a little more than he originally estimated, and he also had to spend more labor hours on the truck. Trying be fair and compensate him a little for the unforeseen cost, I tried to give him a tip. He wouldn't have it then he told me "they don't accept tips" I about fell over. This kind of integrity from anyone now a days is completely unheard of. The truck rides like new. Friendly courteous people in the office, great service, they do what they say, the quoted price is the price you pay (No surprises), the shop is super clean with the latest equipment. I called ahead to confirm that this shop performs alignments on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and I was told yes--so I made the trip and brought my van in. When I arrived, the front desk experience was immediately off. When I asked about pricing, I was met with an unprofessional response: "Didn't you already get a quote over the phone?" I simply wanted to confirm details in person and ask if anything additional might be needed. Shortly after, a technician took my van for a quick drive--literally about two minutes--then came back and said they couldn't do anything because the van has a 2-inch factory lift. This didn't make sense to me, considering the vehicle comes that way from the factory and other alignment shops are able to work on it without issue. It honestly felt like a cop-out excuse to avoid doing the work. If this shop isn't equipped or willing to align Sprinter vans with factory specs, that should have been communicated clearly before I took time out of my day to bring it in. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. I hit a pot-hole recently and didn't drive the car for 2 days immediately after that and when I went to drive it the tire pressure sensor came on. I filled it with air and drove off, but could hear a whooping noise that didn't sound normal. I took it to a tire shop and they inspected the wheels and the one with low air had a noticeably bent wheel. I got that repaired and added new tires, but could still hear a noise that didn't sound normal. I made an appointment with the dealership to get an alignment done on my day off and also searched on Yelp for local shops (I was in the I.E.) and Top Alignment showed up. I called and was quoted $100 and said I'd be over. For context, the dealership was charging $159.95 and offered a $30 coupon which brought the price down to $129.95 which was still more expensive. After reading their reviews and getting a quote, I cancelled my appointment with the dealership (which was in 20 minutes) and drove straight here. They are located in Ontario, off Central, closer to the 60 freeway and on the border of Chino. I walked into the office and was greeted by B and she took down my information and asked if I had been given a quote already and I said yes. Gave her my key and waited in the small lobby. The lobby was nice and clean and had comfy/modern chairs and a nice flat screen TV at eye level with the chairs. I will say, it was raining and cold today so once I opened the door it was a toasty 75 degrees. I almost considered standing outside in 49 degree weather, but I adjusted. I had no idea how long it would take and was willing to wait hours for the service, but I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Had I gone to the dealership, I know they would've taken 20 minutes to check me in and then I'd probably wait another hour to two hours for them to do the alighnment. So glad I took a chance and brought my car here instead. Jeremiah and the crew confirmed that my car needed an alignment and B provided me with paperwork showing my before and after measurements. I drove home to Fullerton immediately after and could hear the difference. No more whooping noise and the car felt more steady. I got a $5 discount for writing a quick review and posting it to Yelp, but I went home and wrote a proper one later. Thank you to the crew at Top Alignment. I purchased new tires at Americas Tires and thought it would be a good idea to check the alignment to protect my tire investment. My Tacoma only has forty thousand miles and drove just fine. I knew the average price for an alignment is less than $100. The employee at the tire shop referred me to Top Alignment and after seeing the great reviews I went there the next morning. The people there are friendly and never figured I would be ripped off. It's a first come first serve and when I arrived no one was there for service which should have been a clue. I partially blame myself for not asking how much the alignment would be. I even pulled up dealer coupons at Longo and Envision Toyota that were less expensive than the $150 I paid for the fifteen minutes it took to complete. Even Americas Tires that have an alignment rack only charge $89.99. I called Tucker Tires in Covina and said they charge $75 but they are booked up several days. When advised of the charge I said I felt it was extremely high and she offered to lower the price by $20 for me. I felt it was a condescending offer and said it was not necessary. This is not a place I would ever return to and recommend that anyone who comes here call and ask for estimates before coming here. Also compare at other alignment shops. I now believe that some employees at Americas Tires in Chino Hills must get kick backs for referrals. Otherwise why not refer to other Americas Tire locations that do offer alignment services for less including the one in Chino which is nearby. read more

Matt solved it in a very simple way and reassured me by being very generous with his time. He gave me some other pointers to look out for and offered potential additional service areas of the vehicle. Pricing was very appropriate. The garage is clean and organized. Needed an alignment on my 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD, and found this place online. Based on the Yelp reviews I called and they said just stop on in. I went in first thing the next morning and was greeted warmly. They immediately took my truck in and performed the alignment. I was out of there in 25 minutes. I called earlier today to set an appointment for my 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. I was told to, "Come on in, walk ins/ first come first serve basis and will take about 30 min." I was lied to. Came by on my lunch break, and from the time my car hit the rack... was done in under 20 minutes. All 4 wheels perfect. Toe and camber. Perfect. The drive on the way back to work was smooooth. Went in for alignment. They brought my car onto the rack a couple times to sort it out. When they were bringing the car back I heard my turbo scream and my exhaust valves open. It takes a bit of load to have the car open the valves and have the turbo scream like that. We're all car guys but it's not cool when you're doing a pull in my car without permission. This is going to be a lengthy review so I will provide a summary first and then provide the full description below. Summary: great work, reasonable prices, amazing customer service. Could not reccomend further. The details: I will start off this review by mentioning that they do offer a marginal coupon if you write them a great review. That being said, I did not receive the coupon because I did not promise them a great review. I have been burned by so many shops in my past that I only trust a very select few shops. I wanted to see how the vehicle drove first and make sure everything was solid for a few days before I wrote my review. That being said, I believe both great and bad reviews are earned, and great reviews cannot be purchased. Furthermore, my satisfaction with the customer service and work done here go far beyond what words can describe. I brought in my 1990 Chevrolet C3500 originally to get an alignment. It was very difficult for me to find a shop that could do an alignment on a dually since most places do not have a large enough machine/rack. Before doing the alignment, I asked them to check everything else out because it is a 35 year old vehicle and I sensed there were some problems going on because of its age and that the truck had a death wobble (rapid steering wheel movement when driving) which is not a great feeling when you are towing over 10,000 pounds. They let me look with them underneath the vehicle and pointed out everything that needed replacement. While it was pricy to get the work done (bulk cost was parts), the vehicle desperately needed the repair to be done and to be done correctly. The work did take a little bit longer than estimated (original estimate was one day I think but it ended up being 3) to be fixed but I was not surprised given the amount of items they replaced (upper and lower control arms, steering gear box, inner and outter tie rods, center link, idler arm, and pivot arm). I would also like to highlight that they paid for a Lyft to take me to and from home which most shops will not do and I live decently far from this shop (~30 minutes). This is a BIG deal for me because it has always been a challenge for me to get to and from shops and I normally end up having to buy the Lyft myself. When my truck was done, they washed it for me. Very FEW shops will even bother with that. They even pointed out how I could easily remove the rust building up on my steel wheels. This is a family owned shop and everyone here is on the younger side (early 20s) but I do not think that is a problem at all since the customer service and the work done is 12/10. Often times, younger people have fresh eyes so this is a plus for me. They pay attention to the small details that everyone misses. I wish I found this shop sooner than later. Next time I need an alignment or other work done suspension wise, I will most definitely be back. Needless to say, I am very very impressed with the quality of the work, the friendliness of the team, and their pricing is on par with quality standards. P.S. they have a super cute dog that hangs out at the shop with them! read more

They worked on my brakes and aligned my car. the place is so clean and cute for a car shop, and the people were nice and helpful :) other bonus is they have a shop puppy with them most of the time (photo attached!!!)! Took my Tesla here for an alignment since I just had all 4 tires replaced. Definitely a hidden gem. The receptionist was very approachable, checked in, tires aligned and was out in a timely manner. Didn't need an appointment either. They took my car right in. Cost was $250 which is cheaper than going to the Tesla service center AND was able to get it done way sooner than what they offered.
