Purchased my Cx5 yesterday! Hands down the best Experience I've ever had at a dealership. I worked with Andy and he was honest, transparent, trustworthy and hilarious! It was my first big purchase and Andy was so patient and answered all of my questions making sure I understood everything. Shoutout to his manager Shawn and colleague Yohannes aka Shaq lol both so kind and helpful as well.They all made me feel comfortable, worked me a great deal and didn't pressure me once! If you're looking to buy a car from Mazda buy from Andy and his team at Fontana! He went above and beyond since the car I wanted was at another dealer he personally went to pick it up for me and bring it back same day! I have been interested in the CX50's for a while. When I was getting my CX9 serviced, I was looking at the CX50 inside the dealership. YZ approached me and offered for me to test drive them. I wasn't entirely sold on trading in my car at the time and YZ gave me a way to contact him so I could reach out if I changed my mind. What I loved about my interaction with him was that he wasn't pushy to get me into a new car that very second. I ran into him again when I brought my CX9 back for service months later. We chatted for a while and offered for me to text drive the CX50's again. I drove different trims several times which helped me narrow down which trim I preferred more. I still wasn't exactly sold on trading in my CX9 since I invested in new tires and maintence on it recently. He offered to go over some numbers if I had the time. I thought, why not, and assumed I couldn't get a good deal in the current market. I was firm on what I wanted as far as what I could afford and settle on. I don't like to be pushed into a deal or sweet talked into one, but, I'm glad YZ nudged me in the right direction without over doing anything. I was able to make a pretty awesome deal and made a trade into a newer, safer, gas saving vehicle, while sticking with the Mazda brand. This makes my 3rd Mazda purchase in a row. YZ was the perfect salesman from A to Z. He was friendly, easy to talk to, attentive to me, was personable and wasn't pushy at all. If anyone I know is looking to buy a car, I won't only be directing them to the Mazda brand, but to Fontana Mazda to make a deal with YZ.

While I love the truck, the way they did the deal was pretty scummy. We had agreed upon a price, with interest rate and monthly payment and everything. I took a couple days to think about it and decide to buy the truck. I called in and confirmed price, interest rate, monthly payment. When I got in there they lowered the interest rate and kept the same monthly payment. Effectively raising the price. Then they lied and said they never agreed to the interest rate blah blah. "Oh I forgot what the interest rate was". They literally said that when we confirmed in the phone that morning. Be careful of this little maneuver and I would advise spending your money elsewhere. If you hear the name Semaj, run far far away!

I came in around noon to explore my lease options, thinking I was nearing the end of my current lease on my 2024 Honda Prologue Elite, which I absolutely love. Raphael assisted me initially and was great, professional, helpful, and welcoming. However, my experience completely shifted when I spoke with Sales Manager Cedric. For context, when I leased my current Prologue in 2024, I put $0 down with a credit score around 650 and secured a payment of $865. At the time, I was making about $90K. Since then, my situation has improved significantly, my credit score is now around 730, my income has increased, and I have a perfect payment history. I have never missed a payment and often pay extra. Despite all of that, I was told I would need to put $8,000 down and take on a $1,100 monthly payment to get into a new vehicle. That made absolutely no sense given my stronger financial profile and loyalty to Honda. The difference in service compared to my previous experience was night and day. I left feeling frustrated and honestly like I was being taken advantage of rather than helped. It did not feel like my best interest was a priority. This is my second Honda lease, and I have been a loyal customer since 2022, but this experience made me seriously reconsider returning. I would much rather work with someone who is transparent and customer focused. At this point, I am open to taking my business elsewhere, because with my current credit, income, and payment history, I know I have better options.

When we went inside to run the numbers, it was clear they heard everything my son was saying from the monthly payment to the down payment and overall price and they worked out a great deal for him. The manager was very realistic and honest with my son, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met. Fernando in finance was also amazing and took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable with the process. Overall, I really enjoyed the customer service and car-buying experience we had. I brought my car at 11am, for an 11am appointment, and they just put my car up to start the oil change, it is 12:30pm, so by the time they are done & I am on the road it will have been 2 hours or more that I have been here They should not have allowed an 11am appointment if it was not going to he worked on for all of this time. Oil changes do not take more than 15 minutes. They need to figure a better way out. It is now 1:27pm. My car is FINALLY being worked on. I will never come here again. This is ridiculous. You have no consideration for your customers, their cars or their time.
