I needed to replace my braking pads, so I sent an estimate on Yelp to a store near me. But Yelp also sent it to other stores, and Daniel from Bros Auto was the first to reply. He gave me a competitive price and he was very responsive, even in the evening. I decided to give him a try, even though the location was a bit far from me. The place was not very fancy, but the inside of the office was cozy and nice. They had a TV and sofa to keep me entertained while I waited. It took longer than I expected, but I think it was because the job was hard and they were busy. Ben was a nice guy to talk to. They did a thorough inspection and told me I needed to replace both front and rear braking pads. They also added a sensor fee and a credit card fee, but they were upfront about it and the price was still reasonable. They did a great job on my car, and I could feel the difference in the braking. They were very professional and courteous, and they explained everything they did. They also said it have warranty for those. I was very satisfied with their service and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a brake repair or replacement. They are reasonably priced and honest, and they know what they are doing.
