I had a great experience as I used my insurance to book a service with them. They ensured that I got a rental as soon as my insurance approved my claim. The issue with my car was resolved within the shortest possible time. Customer service was great. I totally recommend their service read more

Not returning. After the first "diagnostic" you guys did on my explorer and failed to diagnose the fuses they were going to charge me $450+ for a wire diagnostic and still have to pay for the labor and parts. I fixed it myself. I then take my Hyundai accent to get my rotors and to bleed the brakes, first of all I got a better quote somewhere else and it wasn't until I mentioned that they took off like $30 plies he forgot to apply the $15 discount. After they finished I left and my brake pedal was still spongy. I came back and they said they can clean it and adjust the brake shoes for an additional $90 come to find out that whatever they did was no help at all down the street after I left the second time, nothing changed. They could've said get new brake drums and we can replace them. That $90 could've went to the brake drums and then after a few days of not noticing because I wasn't expecting an oil leak I see oil spots under the car. My Hyundai was parked for months with 0 leaks after bringing it here I magically have an oil leak possibly my transmission bc both sides are covered. I checked the engine and the blue gasket I put on isn't there and I recently put that on with a new cover. I've done work on it myself because I don't trust shops and this is another shop that has failed me twice. I wouldn't recommend them. Not to mention they had a customer that same day questioning them about their a/c program and how it was a scam bc he's a contractor and noticed something that wasn't right. Maybe they targeted me and did that so I can come back to get more work done but I'm not dumb I've worked on my own car before and have gotten before service/quote from mobile services. read more

Wow! After getting ripped off by two other "reputable Porsche garages" and two months of limbo with getting someone to correctly fix my clutch, my research led me to Galindo. They really CARED that we had a problem and did everything to correct what the other garages charged us for, temporary fixes that didn't even get us home, and then refused to help more. Galindo took it for a test, and actually continued to work on it when it didn't work the first time. Such a novel approach. I will also be negatively reviewing the other shops that took my money and threw up their hands now that I have a reliable Porsche mechanic read more

Great service and did everything I needed! Team is very qualified and Tony is very knowledgeable! Will def be coming back!

I spoke with Mauricio on Monday. Spoke with them and informed them that my car was still moving slightly to the left even after another wheel alignment(done at another shop). Also that my car shakes while idling(at a red light) and stops once the AC turns on. They scheduled me for an appointment the next day and performed a visual inspection, wheel alignment and diagnostic. They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me options. They informed me that the car has some damage to the frame which is why it still sways to the left a bit and that the shaking while idling is normal. When I went to go pick up my vehicle, the original charges were supposed to be $120 for the alignment and an additional $150 for the diagnostic. They only charged me $120 for the alignment and $80 for the diagnostic since the shaking was normal. I really appreciate them. It's hard to find honest people in the auto body business! I will continue to go back here for any vehicle issues! read more

Quality service and a great price. They had a special to finance the work with zero interest for 3 months. They finished my car in one day and were very professional. Ny 2014 Honda CRV needed the 200,000 plus service. My brakes, rotors and tune-up was completed for a great price. I will definitely be taking my car back for service there. read more

Very professional and quick service. Tony is great to deal with and the prices are competitive

I took my 2020 Subaru wrx in for AC recharge and gave me an awesome price compared to other shops.I was in and out in about an hour. Maybe less. Everyone is super friendly and AC came out super cold. Forsure coming back read more

Came here to fix AC problem. Only to wait 1.5 hours to be charged/ scammed $156 for zip tie trying to hold a wire in place which it didn't even last exiting the parking lot. They told me not to hit any speed bumps, potholes or anything of the matter, yet I only drove down the parking lot and Sierra Ave which there were no bumps, potholes, etc. They told me that if the problem still persists I have to come back to pay a $800+ charge for a part without labor. I came here because of a recommendation from a nearby auto zone and the reviews. I'm never coming back here again. Got the actual job done somewhere else for $45. read more

Not affiliated with this business. My car was leaking oil which I later found out was through an oil pan gasket. Got multiple quotes from different shops in the general area and was quoted 3 to 4 hundred dollars. Stumbled upon this place and decided to get another estimate. Gentleman I spoke with (I believe it was the owner, Tony) quoted me about half the price as the other shops. Needless to say, I had the work done here and was very pleased. This has been my go-to place since then. The manager or owner is very courteous and very honest. Will not go anywhere else. Give them a shot. read more

Only come here if you want to get scammed. We payed over 1,300$ for them to fix the ac and when they returned the car there was absolutely no difference. When i turn on the cold air it feels as if there is no difference. When its cold outside and i turn on the heater it throws out cold air. I returned to complain because there was no difference they also had a warranty on it. They told me i need to pay even though i had warranty. They later said that they didnt know it was going to be such a complicated job. If you are aware that you're not able to handle something why are you going to rob hard working people out of money. On top of that they are so unprofessional they were acting as if we should be the ones to blame. I wasted 1,300$ here THAT IS 3 WEEKS WORTH OF WORK FOR THERE TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE IN THE AC. I could of gave my family a little vacation but nope, I hope Galindo's garage knows they like robbing honest people. read more

Brought my 2022 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 here to install a leveling kit after being turned away by La Sierra tire because one of their clown techs can't install leveling kits properly. Tony got the work done quickly and he was very communicative as well. Clean shop, nice lounge to relax and good work. Thanks again Tony! read more

I travel a lot for work and I'm always on the road for long periods of time. I was driving from Fresno to Fontana and been on the road about 3-31/2 hours and all of a sudden my truck began to make loud screeching sound. I figured it had to be the engine belt and pulley. Next morning I call several shops to see if any of them could help me with the quick fix and if they had the parts I needed before I head back out on the road. No one gave me a straight answer or would help. (this is on a Saturday) I call Galindo's Garage and told me to go right ahead and bring in my truck and they gave me a straight answer with no BS and fixed my issue in a fast amount of time. Very professional people there and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you're ever near this area and need auto assistance, call them. Very trusting and helpful. Straight to the point without any issues. read more
