You just pull up stay in your car; they give you your choices and they get to work. No waiting in an office for an hour while they come out with a $600 bill and tell a bunch of stuff that's wrong with your car (past experience with George's Shell in Fontana. Went there first time per recommendation from AAA. My husband was bedridden I was taking care of him & this was the first time I had to handle the oil change. They really rolled out the red carpet . . . bringing me a car picking up our car. However, They found $600 worth of brakes work which my husband approved.) I wrote this amazing review which is still is bring them business which I'm sorry for.) Why am I sorry because every time I brought my car in for an oil change they always found $400-$600 worth of stuff wrong with my car. I finally realized something was wrong. Stopped going there! He also took the time to explain the different ways I could do my registration. I knew about mail, online, and even at the dmv, but I didn't realize that there are kiosks now.
