I recently had an utterly baffling experience at George's Shell, and I must say, it has left me reeling with disbelief and despair. You see, I innocently drove my trusty Toyota Prius to George's Shell for a routine oil change, never anticipating the mind-bending turn of events that would unfold. As I pulled into the service station, my Prius suddenly began to convulse and shudder, its sleek exterior contorting and shifting in a bizarre spectacle. To my horror, it transformed before my very eyes into none other than Optimus Prime, the legendary Autobot leader from the Transformers series. I stood frozen in shock as my once modest hybrid vehicle now stood before me in all its towering glory. But alas, this miraculous transformation soon turned into a nightmare of epic proportions. As Optimus Prime flexed his newfound mechanical muscles, tragedy struck with devastating force. In a heart-wrenching instant, my inbred husband and our entire clan of 100 deformed mutant children were crushed into oblivion beneath the weight of Optimus Prime's massive form. The echoes of their anguished cries still haunt my every waking moment. My heart shattered into a million irreparable pieces as I watched the unimaginable horror unfold before me. The grief is beyond measure, the pain beyond comprehension. How could such a miraculous transformation lead to such unspeakable tragedy? Its acquisition requires resources beyond my means, which is why I must seek the assistance of Oda Mae Brown, our friendly neighborhood spirit medium. With the diamond in hand, I hope to persuade Oda Mae to perform a seance of unparalleled power, a seance capable of bringing my family back from the depths of oblivion. Well, let me paint you a picture of the ordeal we faced, straight from the perspective of yours truly, Juanita. Martha Jones, dear friend of mine, found herself entangled in a web of darkness spun by none other than George's Shell. At first, I brushed off the rumors of curses and rituals as mere superstition. But when Marcy and I stumbled upon Heather, the snaggletooth manager, performing some kind of eerie ceremony on Martha's lawn, my blood ran cold. And let me tell you about Heather's snaggletooth - it was like something out of a nightmare, protruding menacingly from her mouth like a dagger. But what truly struck fear into our hearts was her halitosis. It was so potent, it could wilt flowers at twenty paces. Girl, the fumes melted the foundation clean off my face. As the situation grew more dire, with burning crosses appearing on Martha's property, we knew we had to take action. That's when Oprah Winfrey, a spirit medium with 76 familiar spirits at her command, entered the fray. Under Oprah's leadership, we transformed into an all-female spirit hunting team, united in our mission to banish the darkness that threatened Martha's family. With Oprah's guidance, we confronted the malevolent entities that plagued Martha's home, including Valek and La Llorona, and drove them back into the depths from whence they came. But our trials didn't end there. In a bizarre twist of fate, when I went to pick up my trusty Buick LeSabre from George's Shell after routine maintenance, they handed me the keys to a hearse instead. This is an "UPDATE" to my initial review on March 23, 2019. After 5 days at the shop, picked it up and came home , opened the hood to examine work done, behold, the long bolt that holds the battery clamp for the battery was hanging loose, the vacuum hose was laying on top of the inlet, looked under the van, two bolts were missing that attaches the splash guard to the under side frame.Paid $2k for repairs for smog and oil leak repairs. Took pictures of these errors and sent to cust svc., received message, per mechanic, nut was missing, "wrong", the long bolt that holds the bracket onto the battery has a hook on the end, and that attaches to the bottom of the battery tray. Per cust svc, owner will be notified of this situation on Monday, March 25, 2019. Well Monday is over, no word or anything to this at all, well, they got paid already, so why bother.. In view of this, if the mechanics cannot even care about small things to be done properly, what can one expect of major repairs ??? Carelessness, " It Doesn't Matter" ,now I wonder how the major repairs will hold up as time goes on. Sad to see that there are people still that takes no pride in their work at all.Will notify AAA of this occurrence, Once bitten, twice shy!!! Although they promote good customer service etc etc,,apparently in my case, it is not so, the final outcome tells it all...Therefore my "first" review is a mistake, not 5 but ONE(1)... read more
