I'm not a fan of tire shops, but this place completely changed my perspective. The atmosphere was welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I went in for a patch and was offered a used tire for $50, which I gladly took. I came to get 4 used tires. I let the technician know that my wheels were staggered and that's why I'm asking for 2 different tire widths. The technician installed 1 tire after a hour and a half I asked for an update. The guy that mounts tires mounted the staggered tires wrong and got mad that I asked to get charged and left even though they were wrong. They said they felt rushed but i was there for almost 2 hours? Horrible service and the manager has little man syndrome trying to intimidate me on the phone but I got my refund. Horrible costumer service $50 buck for a used tire after selling me one the got a huge bubble on it after 6 weeks . I wasn't asking for a free tire just a discount of some sort to keep my service . I also brought my 4 runner here for a tire balance and they are not balanced, a guy at another shop rebalanced then and got rid of the shakey steering wheel . I don't recommend Sonora tires because of their customer service given by the lady in the front . read more

This shop was impressive. As soon as you call, you hear a friendly voice, with great managing skills. Instantly I could tell that the customer service was going to be great. They helped me right away, their bilingual, and you could tell the person that answered the phone had a lot going on, and was still handling it all. I needed a used tire immediately for a camping trip. They helped out right away and their staff was able to give me a reasonable price on new tires. Make sure they put on the right tires for your car I confided in them to do that me knowing I have AWD car and all tires are supposed to be the same I went in for a used tire I was in a rush to head out with my family I trusted them being a tire shop they would know. the guy put me a different size tire and my hole deferential broke I went back to talk to the owner he told me that it was not there fault and that putting on different tires would not affect the AWD it was upsetting because me not knowing too much about cars i even new that you were not able to put on a car a different size tire especially on a AWD car. owner said that there was nothing they can do he didn't own up to there mistake it's really upsetting when you been going for years to this business and it's ashame I don't like to talk bad about nobody may God bless them read more

Went to get a used tire a couple months ago I called ahead and spoke with a worker and they said they had my tire size and would sell it to me for 50 dollars so I drop over there once I explained why I was there to one of the workers he tried to up charge me and was trying to sell me the same tire for 70 bucks after I was told over the phone it would be 50 The lady in charge processed to charge me the 50 bucks for the tires was waiting to get it change but come to fine out that the tire was fault the same one that the guy was trying to upsell me ! For i got my refund and ask if they had anyone and they said they had to go pick it up and it would take time, I was on my way to work ! Please don't be charging before or upcharge for faulty tires ! My tire that needed to be change was running on threads the worker decide to over fill it with air knowing it was on threads never will I come back here ! Please do better read more

Searched all over town for the best prices including Walmart. Walmarts mechanics were not friendly and after a hour and half of waiting they told me they didn't have the correct tools, so my time was waisted. Very unfortunate for a big chain. When coming to Senora's from the front desk girl Karla to multiple of the mechanics whom checked in or assisted, every single one of them at top tier customer service. So I was referred to this location from a family friend and honestly I'm so happy that I came here , the moment you drive up, you're greeted by staff , the 2 young ladies Karla and Liz are so friendly & helpful and are quick to answer any questions you may have. The owner and his employees are so nice, and welcoming. And the prices are well worth it. The guys who work here are very fast paced, they get you in and out in good amount of time. One of my lifters in my Chevy 5.3L got stuck and these guys got my truck running and back on the road with no worries. When I came to pick up the truck I noticed they also patched up my spare that was in the bed of the truck and got my sensors to work. Got their trying to get an alignment, they checked it out for five minutes, ended up leaving getting nothing done and got charged 25$ for getting a "checkup". They didn't even let me know about this before I entered the shop. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE JOB I recently took my car to this tire shop for a quick tire change onto new rims and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Not only was the staff unhelpful and rude, but they damaged my wheels worth $5.3k. I definitely do not recommend this shop to anyone. They do not care about the customer. The workers put your tires on by slamming your rims on the ground and lose part of the valve stem and say they never worked on it but somehow there's a lot of damages to my wheels with how careless the employees are. The owner himself is hard to get ahold of and lets his employees handle serious situations and lie about the time he'll be at the shop. We had an employee call us back today letting us know the owner did not want to speak with us and we needed to speak to her when we've asked for the owner several times. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VEHICLE. I originally got my brakes done in January I spent almost $800 it's been back 3 times for the same issues before today. The 3rd and 4th time I have driven all the way from Bakersfield for them to make this right. Today I arrived to let them know the issues are still there and It seems like they just don't care and they are money hungry. I spoke to Chris,Pancho, and the owner the last three times I came. Today I was told they didn't remember me but how funny is that I called before coming and pancho knew that my truck was a white Silverado without me saying anything. So now I had to pay an additional $130 today for them to fix a job they can't complete right. If I do a job myself and it's not completed right I will not charge the customer That's just wrong. I really hope the owner reaches out to me to fix this issue. As of now you all have taken advantage of me and there's no place for that kind of shady business. There is nothing on the receipt that says warranty is only 6 months if the job is not done correctly. read more
