I went to this shop for an alignment. The technique then showed me that my struts had leaked out all their oil. He recommended replacement which fixed my alignment issue and made my ride a lot smoother. The price was pretty competitive and their technicians and front office very friendly. read more

Went in for new tires, Got a great price. The tires I wanted were not in stock they went and picked up for me fast service even with the tire pick up. Also had an alignment done. Could not be happier. Would recommend a small family run business. Car runs smooth and tires looks great. Shop was busy the employees all seemed to know what their job was and kept the flow good. I'm extremely thankful to be able to find this place they fix the car the same day it's the only car I have I won't be going anywhere else but here now read more

I truly wish this place would close down! A bunch of scammers!! I know it sounds really mean. I took my car to get fixed. It needed a clutch. Mind you I paid for everything at Subaru. All brand new. Literally two days later my car leaves me stranded. I get it towed to this shop. Give him a courtesy call. And he responded. " I don't remember doing your car" I showed him proof of receipt. He continued to deny his work on the car and said " I don't guarantee my work" Guarantee your work!! What does that mean. You don't trust your own shop/work. He denied to look at the car. So now I'm stuck having to get it fixed else where!! STAY AWAY!! Crooks!! I hope they close down!! Thieves!! read more

Service here was incredible! I was in need of a new set of tires for my truck. Both, Karla & Armando Jr., were very friendly and were able to accommodate me in no time at all. I will definitely be returning here soon for another vehicle of mine. read more

My experience here was unpleasant and would not recommend it. I waited an extra 10 minutes to get a used tire for the passenger side of a Toyota Corolla because the manager told the employee to stop working on my car to assist the Tesla. The manager's only focus was to help the customer with better cars. I see I would have to bring my G wagon for better service. Better yet, I would spend the extra $100 to go to Les Schwab for better customer service and where they treat everyone equally. read more

The best in the city. Always fast service and great employees. Been coming here for years

I would not advise anybody to ever go to this Tire shop no good mechanic shop I had them check my car they said it was the belt for the motor I had them replace it paid them next day I had to get towed so I took it somewhere else and had it done right I haven't had a problem with it I just took my wife's Jeep over there just a couple days ago and supposedly they we're supposed to put brake pads rotors front and back the next day it's making noise it's shaking I take it back to them three different people drive it and say that they don't hear nothing They're lying they can hear it they could feel it I think that they should just have integrity and do the job the way it's supposed to be done so I took the owner he heard it he felt but he still has to say that it's the brakes it's not his mechanics garbage all they work to do is garbage so like I told him I would just take it somewhere else but it's not right I paid him $240 and now I got to take it somewhere else that doesn't make sense they just try to see what they can get and send you on your way they don't care no good business I would advise anybody if you're going to get your car fixed find a mechanic do not take it to that shop read more

This place lost its integrity after hiring certain employees. The gentlemen will be nice enough to give you a reasonable price, then when the woman charge you they will try to up the price by $100 simply because they say so, this is supposed to be a business. Your word is supposed to be honored. I've been giving them my business for years, stopping after today. The way you treat customers had a lot to say about an establishment. You're not Maytag and $190 for front breaks on an older vehicle makes you look silly and needy. Looks like the attitude is making them lose business, so they pick and choose who to mess over. Either way, they have disgusting ethics They will lie a flip things as well. No sir, I speak Spanish and I confirmed the price with him 3 times. This is not the first complaint you get on the matter. Your staff makes up prices, depending on the customers and they lie. He knew I didn't have the break pads I communicated perfectly and so did he. Take responsibility for what you do and the time you waste. Your business is hurting because your unethically wrong to your community and your getting called out. I will never bring my business to you again and I hope Fontana sees how you deflect and lie; so they can do the same. Not getting my car done here was a blessing in disguise now that I see your attitude and how you lie. I hope you business gets hit with the appropriate Karma. Love and Light I only gave a 1 star because you can't give zero. Integrity is everything in a business and this places has none of it and then has the audacity to lie. read more

Great prices, staff was pretty chill, service was fast. Karla was very knowledgeable, she gave me a few option on tires, suggested something small cuz the ones I wanted might rub. but I'm a lil stubborn so I went with the ones I wanted, she's a keeper, I will come back just cuz of her. read more

They damaged my wheels, been trying to fix this issue. The owner doenst want to be responsible of what happened :(

Recently this place is hit or miss with the employees. Prices are not consistent and seems like they make them up out of thin air depending on how their day is going. Workmanship is ok. Definitely need to work on improving you're customer service overall and the attitudes of the employees and young ladies that give prices. Don't know if I'll be coming back after 8 years of doing business! read more

Was waiting for a alignment and a truck got there after me and they put him first before my car

Been coming for years and always give me a fair price, quick and reliable. Also staff is awesome.

It's pretty sad when you wanna support a small business and they rip you off. I took my car and there to get four tires mounted and balanced and when they bring the tires to my car put on I noticed there was no balance in time. I talk to the girl and she said they were balanced. Obviously they were not balanced they still had the old weights on there and they were not even moved around they were in the same place. Pretty sad read more

Great, Fast Service! Power out in Devore, Ca so friend Vladimir recommended me to come here. Lexus SUV needed 265/65r17, I called and Angie got my tires in an hour and I showed up, Victor out tires on and I needed brakes also and alignment. They hooked me up and I was driving back to Vegas in a few hours! Staff was easy to talk to, friendly, and did not rip me off! Loved it! Will be back for other work in future! read more

I tried to get them on the phone more than a few times and couldn't, otherwise I would have given 5 stars... Once I requested a yelp quote they were ON IT! Within the hour I was in and new tires were already being put on. They had the best prices around from all the quotes received, and they responded quickly. Quotes continued to come in after the job was done and I'm glad I didn't wait! read more

This place was the best tire shop in town back in the early 2000s. now the place is really gone down hill. You wonder why there is no price board? It's because they make up whatever price they want on you based on your ethnicity and believe it just sit down on the brown concrete bench and observe every single non Spanish speaking person get ripped off. Don't worry you'll have plenty of time to study your surroundings because they take a hour minimum for a basic tire change. ARMANDO you really let this place sink to the ground which is sad because my family has done business with you for over 20 years. Profits don't mean much after the whole community comes together and realizes your place is bottom tier to all the 20 other tire shops within a mile radius to you. Hope you guys could flourish again and be the best in town again but for now you're letting lots of your community people down. And I know I speak for many of them that wish this place would run with the same pride it did in the early 2000s. Best of luck in the future but please change. Reply: the issue is the prices that change per person even though they ordered the same size used tire. If you where charging based on brand of the used tire that's just worse. The other problem is your employees. I went in one day to get a simple ass tie rod changed. Your employee wanted to charge me $220 on top of the alignment to just pop that shit off and unscrew it, he must've thought I was someone that doesn't know anything about cars. Check your employees because they are running shit behind your back and making your business look like shit read more

Very honest and reasonable pricing, will be going back every time I need my breaks changed

If I could give this place no stars I would. They rip people off while making you feel like they are helping you, yet they are straight up lying to you. I went in to see if they could take a look at my car since it had been having some issues and also seeking an oil change. He looked at it and said everything was fine since the check engine light wasn't on and quoted an oil change for $140. When I politely asked why was it so expensive he gave me all these random reasons. He then said he would take a look at it while doing the oil change, which is why I agreed to it. I figured he would check it out and help find what the issue was. I AM SURE HE DIDNT EVEN DO THAT, because when I picked up my car it didn't start!!! He said, it's for sure the battery. I asked him why didn't I get a call to get it replaced. He said its better if you go to autoZone it's cheaper that way. Let me tell you I did after they jumpstart me. When I got to autoZone and I explained the situation to the guy helping me he y old me "they straight up robbed you." The worst part is they did a horrible job since they didn't fill up some liquids/fluids for the AC. Maybe they do a good job with other people but if you are a female I suggest taking someone who knows the jargon they throw at you. For reference I have a 2006 Camry. read more

I went to this mechanic yesterday and hooked it up to a diagnostic machine. The mechanic gave me a price up 400-1000 for a water leak for the radiator and he didn't know were the leak was coming from. I decided not to get it fix there because I didn't feel comfortable with him not knowing where the leak was coming from. So I went to a friends house that's a retired mechanic and showed me where the leak was coming from and fixed in less than 5 mins. The leak was on the top very clear and visible. I was distraught he needed to take my car apart for a water leak.I wish the the owner would take the moment to call me so he can see it himself. My son always recommend me to this place and after this incident I will need to reconsider. read more

My go-to tire shop. Support of local small businesses. They always get me in and right out...professional.

Took my truck in for alignment and tire rotation if necessary, they advise me the pick up was ready after an hour later, same day I took truck home it was now pulling to the left instead of right and steering wheel to the right same way I brought it in. Dropped off following day, I advised them I was in no hurry to just fix the problems & to please test drive truck before calling me to tell me truck is done ready for pick up. Called me an hour later and advise me truck was done once again, I asked if they test drove the truck they responded "yes". I picked up truck and as I'm leaving now, the steering wheel is to the left. I appreciate the effort they put into my truck but I won't be taking any of my vehicles there again. Thank you read more
