Great experience. I had a slow leak in my front passenger side tire and found this place on yelp. I stopped in for a walk-in to check the tire and get it repaired. They were able to take me right away and the issue turned out to be trivial and didn't charge me a dime to fix it (just the schrader valve was loose). I really appreciate honest service and when a business has a mind for long term customer relationships rather than short term profit. These guys are professional, honest, and quick. I don't live in the area but it's the kind of place I will drive to in the future for services going forward. read more

I scheduled an oil change and air filter replacement. Everything went smoothly, and service was super fast--I was in and out of there in about an hour. Definitely way faster and cheaper than going to a dealership. Will definitely be back! read more

Yelp sent over a project request for a window regulator this business never responded even if it was to say they couldn't do the job.

I called in advance was quoted a price for the service I needed and when I got to the shop I was in and out within 20 mins with my tire rotation and the pricing was very reasonable. I recommend this place for your car needs! read more

All went smooth, very friendly staff when I came in to service my family van for an oil change. All done within 2hrs after I came in the late morning. Under new ownership. They haven't bothered updating the option they have on their website of scheduling an appointment. Cane in today for my scheduled appointment and was blown off and told the old shop was bought out. I get it, these things happen but they were pretty rude about it all. Plenty of other places to go to. Won't ever return here read more

Knowledgeable shop that cares about the quality of their work. Brought my car in for a radiator replacement and they saved me hundreds of dollars over what other shops were quoting me. When nobody was sure where a leak was coming from, their master mechanic found the issue right away. Not only did he fix it but also took the time to explain exactly what piece had broken, where, and why. Trustworthy folks all around. read more

Professional + honest + fair price = Service. I've had been looking to replace my previous auto shop which I've used for years... unfortunately that shop's service has diminished. Here at Pro Stop Automotive Wheels & Tires, I truly appreciate Chris's good communication and handling of each concern. Porfi has great follow up and is thorough with his work. I hope this business is a keeper for my Toyota and Volvo for years to come. I will personally be recommending this place, so give it a try! read more

Watch out! They charge for service they don't even do. They think you are an idiot and try to take advantage of customers. They said the replaced the valve cover gasket and seals. It leaked even worse after I received the car back. A day later I had even more problems. No good. Not going back since they just try to take advantage of you even more. I'll cut my loses and just stay away! read more

Needed to get new locks on two of my doors back in July 2024 so I called around for a couple of quotes and Prostop was the best one. They were significantly lower than sticking with the dealership. They called around for the parts I needed, got it shipped to the shop fast, and did an excellent job. Now I'm back for an oil change and was able to get seen right away. Reasonable price and friendly workers. read more

Pro stop is the best place to bring your car for anything, very knowledgeable people, one is a mechanic of 28 years. i had bad injectors on my ford bronco and was super satisfied with the results, they even let me watch and learn some of the repairs so i can do it myself in the future. they also work with you on pricing and are totally fair when it comes to to the repair and labor costs. if you have a car issue, bring you car here to this lovely family shop and they will treat you as if you were family. read more

The best auto care by far Fransico was professional and fast. Im so appreciative of him and his quick team.

I came in to get my brakes checked, the start stop feature assessed/fixed, and an oil change. They did all the above plus were completely honest with me that my brakes were good and didn't need to be changed. They did suggested a few other services that would help, but he did not pressure me into doing anything. I ended up doing the recommended services and I was still in and out in 2 hrs. Thank you Francisco for your help. read more

These guys charge way too much for parts way too much for labor. Found the parts cheaper on Amazon. The labor rate is not justified for the work that they're doing definitely I would avoid this in the future. You could probably have it done cheaper elsewhere if not yourself. I don't care about Covid. Covid does not justify the expense on the wiper blades or the expense on liftgate shocks, especially with Amazon's pushing them out for $20 a pair for blaze and approximately $30 to 40 for the actual liftgate shocks standard oil change nowadays should be $65. The money is not adding up your folks avoid it. read more

Came in for a check engine light due to evaporation leak. Although it was a relatively simple fix, they ran all the diagnostics to make sure it wasn't anything else. They even gave a discount when I paid with cash. read more

I brought my Chrysler 300 to him because of the outstanding reviews I've read he showed me the problem it had and stuff that needs attention, I really like his work and he'll give 100/100 to make sure the work is done correctly, upon receiving my car wow awesome job done. Thank you prostop im a customer for life. read more

They are honest and very appropriately priced! They had every chance to lie to me like other dealers would, and making money off of installs new battery or alternator but they didn't. They found the small issue and even reduced their evaluation cost because it took them little to no time identifying the problem. They even showed me how to work around it because the part isn't available yet. I am in awe and they have earned my future business for all of my car servicing and I will recommend all of my friends and family! read more
