As a AAA member for over 20+ years I called them to have one brought and installed on site at my home. The company AAA sent out screwed things up really bad (Please see my review for Hope towing in San Bernardino to find out how I found Ryan.) I was desperate to get my car up and running that I just started calling random mobile mechanics I found on Yelp. Luckily the only one to call back was Ryan. I explained to him what happened and he came out that same evening, after attending a previous client. He assessed the car and gave me an honest answer. I paid him his assessment fee and figured I'd call AAA back to make things right and 5 days later and no solution and I'm still without a working vehicle. I text Ryan once again and tell him how AAA was giving me the runaround and how my car was still not fixed. He advised me on a few solutions and I decided to just purchase a battery elsewhere and have Ryan install it. This way once installed if any other issues arose Ryan would be able to give me a real-time solution and pricing. Not only did he install the battery. He went above and beyond with small details that not everyone would do. He checked the voltage and gauges. He told me the car was up and running with no major issues. He did discover a water pump leak and gave me an estimate then and there. He didn't try and price gouge me or lie and say I needed a new alternator. So,I called around local repair shops, asking for estimates for my car service 2019 Toyota and my son's Lexus suv.He was quoted $600-$1000 for spark plug replacement. Hi tech ( Cesar) was the only person that explained what needed to be done to replace the spark plugs and gave me a $400 price.( They had to remove the rocker panel to get to the spark plugs) I have been a frequent customer since. Cesar is very honest and very knowledgeable. His shop is not super busy and I usually drop the car off at 9am and wait. I definitely recommend this repair shop and have referred my co-workers too!
