Anyway, they do the oil change and when I get my car back the engine splash shield is not secured onto my car correctly so it is just dragging while I drive. My Son's Acura started overheating back in April. We paid to have the radiator replaced, then AC compressor replaced after multiple attempts with our previous mechanic. The overheating issue was not resolved. I am so thankful for the car doctors for resolving the issue in less than an hour. Ryan was very attentive and knowledgeable in the car and year that we had and was able to diagnose the car quickly. I brought my car here because I had a few maintenance lights go on. I was referred here by someone at work and I had been burned by a few mechanics in the area so I was happy to try somebody new. Would not recommend. I've heard good things and the guys were nice but I came in for a rear main seal replacement and driving out realized they screwed up the speedometer. Took it right back that day and they fixed it but then my check engine light was on and it was running rough. They fixed that but I had to take it back AGAIN two days later after my rear main seal (what I came in for) was leaking again. The owner was nice and professional but my lord I would not recommend you go here. Update: 2 weeks later, the clutch they installed is making horrible noises. NOTHING they "fixed" is working now. What a headache. The main guy seems to know his stuff but those other mechanics appear to be totally incompetent. He ended up refunding $400 of the $2500 I spent there, which was nice (hence 2 stars). However, I've been to a lot of mechanics and have never had to demand a refund before. I came in with two problems and came out with five. They offered to fix the issues but I'm not going back a fourth time and letting them screw something else up. read more

I brought my 2012 Honda accord this Tuesday 06/20/23 for an overheating problem. The lady at the front desk had told me they most likely needed to diagnose the car to figure what's going on and that they'd charge me 180 for that. Ok! Left the car there at 9am and went back home. She mentioned they'd call me with updates but I'd never got a call I was the one having to call them to get an update. I called the same day at noon and still they didn't know what was wrong with the car. 5:30pm comes around and I get a call from Jeff saying they couldn't figure out much so they'd need to keep it another day. Now Wednesday 06/21/23 I had to call again around noon to get an update....finally the lady at the front desk calls me back telling me the thermostat on my vehicle is no good so they'd need to replace that and it was going to cost 130 for the part. (I just listened) She originally quoted me 495 for parts and labor. So I get there Wednesday afternoon to p/u car because I was already frustrated with that fact that they weren't updating me and I never told them to move forward. For proof this was a shocking bill. & again Mind you I just wanted to know why it was overheating. I'm just really upset with the customer service and the fact that we feel like we paid almost 700$ . I chose this place based off it's reviews because I wanted a spot that people mentioned did a good job. I reached out to them via online and got a quick response stating to give them a call. When I called I mentioned the problems the car had and they gave me their fee for getting it checked out with them. I asked if that fee would get applied to the total cost of repairs if I proceeded to get the work done with them & they told me no. From there I should've figured this spot was not right. I proceeded to take the car anyway. Car was taken so they could check out problems I was having with the AC. I received a call back and the news I got back were crazy. Apparently my compressor was not good and I needed the expansion valve repaired. I was looking at a total cost of $2,100.00 to get it fixed with them. I immediately said no , the price seemed so unreasonable to me. When I said no they immediately gave me the option of lowering the cost to $1800 by going with a remanufactured part I still said no. So when I said no to that I was then given the option of "snap payments". I said no thanks to that as well. I ended up taking my car to a different shop and good thing I did. I paid a total of $120.00 (what a huge difference) What does that tell you ? This place is clearly not reliable and definitely not "affordable" as they claim to be on their website. I lost my time taking it here and of course the fee I paid for having them "inspect it". Had my dads 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 towed to Car Doctors. It had been sitting for the past 7 years and had seen way better days. I needed to get it up and running for my 16 year old son, and the car doctors took care of us. Basically, everything that could be wrong needed repair, except the tires. O2 sensors, 3 of them. Brakes all the way around, transmission, Diff, 4X4 system, all fluids drained and replaced, oil change, Wires and plugs. Flushed and saved my radiator. Fixed the wiring on my wench, fixed the short in my main wiring harness, which the Dealer could not figure out, New ECU. And I am sure I am forgetting something. Before I considered them I went to other shops and they asked for $1400 , $1500, $1700. I came to Car Doctors Of Loma Linda because I saw an ad on Facebook about purchasing 4 new tires and getting a free alignment. I've never heard of this I have a 2015 jeep wrangler with 37 inch tires and I was getting quotes of over $1600 for tires with Mount and balance. I talked to George and he was able to find me a great deal and they even threw in the alignment. Car Doctors waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I was able to watch TV and let my kids play in a little area for kids. I'm so happy I found Car Doctors my jeep is driving way better now and my alignment is straight. Took a trip down the hill today as I live in the mountains. Once down there my truck check engine light came on and truck started acting funny and really bad (which I figured right away a misfire/spark plugs) drove right up and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk! DO NOT GO HERE!! I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! Let me tell you how they messed up my car and wanted to charge me $1000 to fix something that I didn't even need to be fixed. I wouldn't trust them with my car and I hope my experience saves you time and money. Came here to get my car alignment fixed a few months ago. They told me I needed a new camber and this other car part because mine wasn't working. Drove my car for a few months, it seemed fine, and then alignment seemed to be off again a couple weeks ago. I called them to ask about it and that's when they told me they would charge $1000 to replace the parts plus service fee. That's just way too much when a part costs less than $100. I took my car into Toyota dealership and they did a diagnostic checking to see what was wrong. Turns out, I did NOT need a new camber or any other parts. In addition to that, Toyota told me whoever did the alignment had "moved it all the way to the left which can be really bad for the inside of your car." Not only did the Car Doctors of Loma Linda mess up my car, they even wanted to rip me off and charge me $1000 to fix something I didn't need. Smh. I've always heard of dishonest mechanics and this place is definitely one of those places. Honestly not sure how they have such good reviews, so maybe they don't rip everyone off but they for sure tried to take advantage of my situation. I brought my 2016 Nissan Quest in today for diagnostic on my cooling system as well as few sounds coming from my suspension system. My wife was met with nothing but curtiousness as well as quick help. I received a call so I could explain the issue with my shock and struts, and front axle as well as radiator. They called me back within 45 minutes of running the diagnostic and quick drive. The price for the amount of work that is being undertaken was fair considering the extra things that need to be done.
