I took my rare wheels here and asked for them for them to be handled carefully. The manager assured me that it would be done right and they would take care of it. When I got the wheels back, they were dirtier and the way the techs handled them indicated that they were not handled as promised. The wheel weights on one wheel wasn't even stuck on properly and it would have fell off if I didn't tape it down. If you care about your wheels, I'd skip this place. read more

Went there today because I got a flat tire yesterday on my way home and the guys from AAA, who were great so I'm not knocking them because they tried their best. Anyway, I called Redlands Tire Pros this morning to see if they could help so I took my truck there this morning. They warned me that it could take a while because they were busy but I was a walk in so I didn't have any business being impatient. About an hour later my truck was ready. Save your money, take your vehicle to a local lace that knows what they are doing. I had my truck leveled and added wheels and tires. Have had nothing but issues from the beginning and it kept getting worse. After my last rotation there my tires were rubbing so bad i decided to get it fixed at another tire shop. They handled the situation very promptly while Redlands Tire Pro's couldn't figure it out. All of the issues were caused by their recommendations and have eaten on the side wall of my tires. read more

Yesterday I woke up and found my car's left front tire pressure to be half of what the other tire pressures were. I inspected the tire and found a nail in the middle of the tire. I filled it up with air and saw the tire was retaining the air so I drove to hopefully get my tire patched up. I drove to a chain store nearby in Redlands first and they inspected my tire. Immediately they said since my car was an EV and the nail was in the middle of the tire, the whole tire would have to be replaced. They said this was because there was an inner foam layer in my tire which helps with noise cancellation and that the nail "definitely punctured through it". The estimated bill would be around 500 dollars which I understand as tire replacement can be a hefty cost especially for some EVs. The wait time would be 4.5 hours. After my estimate I paused and decided to call other competitors in the area. I immediately came across Redlands Tire Pros. I told them my situation (tire was slowly leaking air, nail was in the middle of the tire, etc) and they said they could patch the tire. I went over and was met with excellent customer service (I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name). They told me not to worry and that they could do the patching in an hour. It wasn't even 35 minutes when they told me the work was done! The total cost for the patch: 20 dollars! My day went from almost dropping half a grand on a new tire to getting things fixed for a small fraction of that price. I can say I am very happy with Redlands Tire Pros and will definitely be going back for my future tire needs. read more

On Friday, 1/10/24, i brought my 92 Bronco in to exchange an EGR and SOLENOID at around 1pm. They said they could finish by 6 p.m. Of course, that did not happen. In fact, I had to rent a motel until next morning. As a note, i take care of my car and no dents. When i got my car back i saw two scratches on passenger side front fender, and a large dent on driver's front fender that was not there when i brought it in. I brought it to their attention, and they denied they did it. It's going to cost me $1,000.00 to get it fixed. I'm pissed. VERY DISHONEST ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. Had a great experience here. Recently bought a new Ford truck, and unfortunately within a few days I somehow had a flat tire from an errant nail that punctured the sidewall of the tire. I took the truck here and they repaired the flat in no time and treated my truck respectfully and carefully. They do prompt work--no nonsense. Highly reccommended. When it's time to get a new set of tires I will definitely take my truck here. I think the flat repair was around 20 bucks. Went in because I had a slow leak. They found a nail in the tire and promptly fixed it for $20. They were honest and didn't try to upsell me. Bonus is the wonderful dog that hangs out in the building and it's a very short walk to a local bakery where you can get coffee, tea and a snack. I will go back when I need tires for sure. read more

I took my car in to have my front tire checked since I hit a pothole and had a chunk sliced from it. The guy was honest and said it was purely cosmetic and that my tire is fine. After getting a tire rotation at Valvoline I was informed I had a nail in my tire. I stopped at firestone to ask for a repair but they told me the nail was too close to the side wall and they couldn't repair and quoted me nearly $300 to replace which would take 2.5 hours for 1 tire. Called over to Redlands Tire Pros and they told me to come over. 45 min and $20 later I'm patched and on the road. Highly recommend these guys. Trustworthy, responsive, quick, and great prices. I would leave a 0 start if I could. Travis is very Unprofessional.Did work on one of my vehicles breaks very important. When I got my vehicle back, the brakes did not work correctly. I took it back with his bad attitude. Still did not fix it. Had to take it to another shop. Cost me more money to fix. Tried to get ahold of the owner. In regard to this and the way he spoke to me. The owner didn't seem to care. poor attitude out of Travis. I have been going there for years and so have a lot of my friends. We will not return. I do not recommend this place. read more

Don't bother calling for any help with questions, can't get much more then a yes or no out of these guys when looking for in stock items or ordering anything. I work in the car industry and even if I don't have something in stock for a guest I still try to provide as much information to help them on there search instead of just saying no. You could even respond with just a sorry we don't have those available right now but or their on back order just "no" really? After making some more call definitely look up wheel warehouse in Orange. Spoke with a guy there who explained why these wheels are hard to get your hands on and have some great recommendations. Will be going there tomorrow to pick up a set. read more

They went joyriding in my car! Don't take your sports car here. See the good, the bad, and the bottom line below. First the good: Friendly service. They were willing to work with me on specialty parts. They arranged transportation once. If you can get it there at 7:30, it seems like they can do most jobs same day. The bad: The worst issue is that they have definitely taken my car for at least one joyride!!! This is a unacceptable, unprofessional and a major breach of trust. On the first visit, someone picked me up from my house in MY car when it was ready (not the truck they used the first time), which was nice on the surface, but he seemed maybe too glad to have done it. On the ride back, he told me how he was a major street racer and lost his license for a long time - like years? Then he accidentally told me how he would always race customer cars when he worked somewhere else and then realized what he said and went quiet and awkward. It was so obvious but I had no proof so I let it go and decided never to go back. However, long story short, I recently had no choice but to use them again so I reset one of my trip odometers when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, they had driven 1.2 miles (seems like more than needed for testing) and my mileage was the lowest I have ever seen it: SIX MPG!!! I usually get at least 20, including the occasional fun drive so it's clear what they did. They obviously drag raced it, probably without warming it up considering it was a mile, which is especially bad for my new turbo. Who knows what else they did. Donuts? Abusing my clutch? Launching it? What long term damage could they have caused? Unbelievable. Other problems: For my first alignment there, I told them I have some suspension adjustments under the hood, which they definitely need to know about to align it. The front desk guy didn't write it down (the street racer). So I called like 7 hours later (7 hours for an alignment?) to check on it and got the tech on the phone. He sounded a little annoyed that I was bugging him (maybe just busy and interrupted, OK), but then he said they were struggling with it...and it was because no one told him what I said. On one of my last visits, there was an issue that they said wasn't their fault but it was aftermarket so I thought it could be my problem and thanked them for everything they did. I contacted the manufacturer who said it sounded like they may have tightened something down incorrectly, which is a little annoying, but understandable. I had to bring it back and they checked it and didn't charge, which was nice, but then raced my car (the six mpg visit). The parking lot is also a nightmare. Nowhere to park and other businesses are clearly annoyed with signs in front of their shops about their spaces being for their businesses (obviously fair) but then there aren't many options. There have been some other small issues as well. Bottom line: If you DON'T have a fun car and you're willing to leave it all day for basic work, then you might have a good experience there. They are friendly, can probably do it same day, and are willing to work with you, which is why I'm willing to give two stars. That said, I have just had too many issues, especially now that I have proof they were joyriding my car. read more
