Horrible shop the owner is asshole. I bought new tires n brought them back because they were defective my dodge dealer said. Owner refused to replace them and honor warranty the tires are only months old. His solution was to sell me new tires n I could take it or leave. Had a muffler installed was a very clean job and there was the Abs wire system was ripped out do to the muffler broke and those little things shows that customers are well taken care of and the employee pancho fixed it at no charge for the wiring. Had my first visit here at STS. Here for negative camber to all four corners of LukyC7. To be exact -1.8 front and back. This place came recommended from a long time customer Mike. The work completed was pretty straight forward with the print out for the before and after settings. The service was good and the price was fair at $65. This tire place is a fucking joke I called before coming to make sure they had my tire size I mentioned I was going to use snap finance the guy on the phone sounded really cool he sent me the link and proceeded with tire info he gave me the price for them said $340 out the door I drove one Fucking hour for them to tell me they didn't have them till tomorrow! That they needed to be ordered who the fuck wouldn't mention that to customers over the phone !!! From the beginning there on top of it making sure you've been helped and extra informative and super polite. I got there as it began to get busier but all in all was there about 45 mins. My two rear tires were really worn out and was in a pretty urgent need for a tire change and alignment. I came to Sonora Tires pretty close to their closing time but regardless they still helped me. I was in a rush as I had work the very same day but they didn't take long to change all 4 of my tires and get em aligned. I got charged $500 cash in total for 4 new tires and the alignment combined. Not sure how different the prices would've been at other places but I was going to get charged $550 at another place for the same services. Buying new tires also came with benefits that I think made the price worth it, considering the fact I'm always having issues with my tires. The staff was really helpful, the lady in the work outfit was the one who made sure I was helped even though there was like 40 min left until they closed. The woman at the front desk constantly made sure everything was alright too by answering any questions I had and asking if I needed anything when I seemed lost. Services come with a receipt and business looks professional too, doesn't seem shady like other places. Paid $110 for every tire and $60 for the alignment service. Also came with a 45k mile warranty. Overall it was fast and price was decently good, only thing I found a bit odd was the fact that it doesn't seem like there's a set price on services or services combined, just a rough estimate that can make you question whether you're getting a good or bad price. Please don't take your car here, I almost lost my life! About 2 weeks ago I came here because I found 2 used Camry rims at the pick a part and I wanted swap out my old damaged rims but keep my original tires. So I figured they could probably do it for cheap. (My mom used to bring her car here all the time long time ago). So I gave them the new rims and they took old ones off and put the new ones on. Ago couple of days later I go out of town. I'm driving the car to TX everything looked good before I left. I have a flat tire in Redlands so I pull over and some one was nice enough to put my spare tire on. I find it strange that I all of a sudden I have a flat on the tire Sonora swapped the rim on but I keep going. I stop for gas outside of Phoenix and notice I have another flat on the other tire Sonora swapped the rim on. I'm thinking it's just a slow leak or something or I hit a nail. I don't see anything. I put air in it and keep going. I stop in El Paso and the same tire Sonora swapped is low again but my personal spare tire is fine. I finally make it to Houston by the grace of God and take my car the chain tire shop where I bought all my tires. They end up giving me new tires because they said the tires were damaged. I'm so thankful that I lived after traveling 1500 miles and wasn't in a accident or anything because Sonora tires purposely damaged my tires so I could come back and buy from them. I strongly recommend that they be investigated because I could have been in an accident or worst because they want to keep business going. They are crooked business people. Please don't take your car there. Take it to a tire chain, the prices may be a little higher but you will have a warranty and you'll be covered nationwide if anything happens to the tire. The cheap prices Sonora charges is not worth your life. read more

I went to get my brakes fixed on my Mazda on a Saturday morning before they opened so i could be the first car to be worked on. Half an hour later and nobody was looking at my car. A lady came after me and they worked on her car first. To top it off there was a lady with a gas blower blowing dirt all over the parking lot and they had rolled the windows down on my car and i had just recently had it detailed, so i just left and went to another brake shop. I got hooked up with 4 brand new tires and an alignment for a great price. If you have a personality you can sauce your way to a good deal. They do mechanical work in the back so oil changes and tune up are done inexpensive. Came here for an Alignment,the guy(light skinned red hair) said he couldn't guarantee the alignment because my tire had play! He estimated me 140$ to repair the front tires plus 40$ for the alignment,but he would knock out 10$,so a total of 170$!!! LoL. I went home,then maybe 30minuted later went back to ask him what parts he was going to repair and he BLEW me OFF!!! LOL. Went to another shop and they did the repair and alignment for only 105$!!! I brought my car here because my tire needed patching. They patched it up and an hour later I noticed the tire was flat. I went back immediately (same day) to get it fixed and they wanted to charge me again for the job they didn't do right the first time. Ridiculous!!! There service is horrible when I took my truck in it was because the alternatore needed to be replaced when we picked my truck up the check engine light was on and it wasn't on when I dropped my truck off they didn't know what they was doing and instead of saying they didn't know much about Cadillacs they messed my truck even more and I ended up having to take it to the dealer to get fixed properly.
