This place used to be my go to for patches AND new tires. But something changed, they're more about how much they can hustle outta you. Patches used to $10-$15 depending on the persons day, now they want $20+. Worst part is they tried to sell me a USED tire for $60!! It's a basic tire 195/60R15. And trying to sell me a used tire for more than a new one would've cost. Y'all are straight cons and scammers. Came down the street to Walmart and got a brand new one for $70 (mount and balance). You guys need to do better, but considering how you think everyone is just a bag to you I know you won't. Oh ya and after I called them out on it, they held my car hostage until I paid them $15 for an "Inspection". GTFOH! What goes around comes around read more

They didn't make sure to put my lung nuts correctly by the time i pulled out of the shop My tire rolled out my suspension making it hit on the floor and my bumper all fucked up. read more

They did a good job and in a very short time. The first guy quoted $55 before the job was done. Then they asked for a cash or Zelle. Made me Zelle and charged $70, claiming that tax is added. Bad business practice. Just shady all around. Such a shame cuz the quality was there. Not recommended as there so many different options few feet away... read more

After they charged me $50 it was a no then confronted them about it , then they closed at 2:30pm while i was getting my tire changed & i was getting the impression that i was charged extra because i was holding them up from closing . I got my tires from here and everything went well, then I went to get used tires for my truck 4 days later one of my tires was flat went to get it repaired and come to find out that those tires already had 3 patches and with this one would of been 4 patches, and the gentleman said that they aren't good after 2 patches. Payed money for them and they were shit! $160 down the trash. I was in need of them bad but I guess! DONT GO HERE! read more

It was raining and hailing I was on my way to work and my tire pressure was low... I pulled into Bloomington Tires and they very kindly stopped what they were doing and took the time to take off my tire and check for leaks instead of just filling it with air. It ended up just being low on air but they kindly went through all that trouble to check then when I asked what the bill was they told me " no charge" ! I was happy to leave a generous tip and took a buisness card as I will be back here for buisness!! read more

I wish you can give negative stars. Sold us a tire, blew out the same night they installed it. Tried to take it back & guess what they pulled on us--No refund, no exchange. Why??? "because it was a used tired. It wasn't a bad balance issue...it was just a bad tire" so why the hell sell a bad tire to someone?!!!? Please don't waste your time or money on them. They'll probably go out of business soon read more

Great place! Awesome customer service. Great prices. Friendly ppl. Same day service. Will always come back.

This place used to be reasonable for getting used tires. Prices have gone up bad. They used to charge $30 and now they charge $50 each. Don't waste your time. Go to Chicalli Tires in Riverside 8391 Mission Blvd Riverside. $35.00 a tire, way better price. read more

So I was in the Fontana area last week! When I noticed a notification pop-up on my dashboard come up! It's was letting me know that my tire pressure was low. So, I stop by a tire shop close to where I found my self. It was a tire repair shop! I thought to myself, "awesome!" They found a nail through the tire! No big deal, rite?! So, they took the tire off, repaired the tire and replace tire back on the rim! Gladly I paid, and off I went! Soon as I hit the freeway my vehicle started shaking, The faster it whent the More it shacked!!! I decided to turn around, go back and find out if they could see what went wrong... When I got there, they mentioned; "tire is off balance" when I mentioned to them that the tire was completely, balanced before I got there... They stated they would have to charge me; $8 to rebalance it. Unfortunately for me they were ready to go home and they didn't want to get it done. They requested me to come back the next day!!! When I mentioned to them that I didn't live in the area and I would not be back in the area they responded with an "oh well" I was upset at the moment, but I decided to let it go... I knew that if I thought about it anymore it wasn't in a make anything better for me to get home safely! It so happened that the tire shop across the street, happen to be open and so I drove there. After I had a conversation with them about my experience, they decided to take a look. In less than 10 minutes my wheel was taken care of and back on my car! Compassionately they did not want to charge me. I wouldn't take no for an answer so I gave them a 20.. And very thankfully I was on my way home! I only wish I knew the name of the tire shop!! I may have to re-edit my post the next time I go back to Fontana!! As for the big flamboyant tire shop that I first went to... let's just say I was very disappointed! Unfortunately for them customers do not come first! read more

We got a flat on the freeway and these guys were the closest and still luckily open on sundays. the guy there was super nice and very accommodating, we didn't have the lugnut key but he still managed to get the lugnuts off with his own made "key" and hammer. I was sent there by the used car dealer to change the tires and the brakes on my car after the purchase was final. The garage said it would take 2 hours and ended up taking 8 hours. I Noticed after four hours had passed while I was waiting in their office that there was no one working on my car. I approached one of the employees and asked about my car, and his response was that I should wait patiently and he said that working on a Mercedes takes a while. I told him that it was only a brake job when another female employee joined the conversation and rudely said that I was being ignorant and I don't know anything about cars, but I do because I owned a garage before. One hour later I noticed the same two people were drinking alcohol "bud lite" which I took pictures of them drinking and took pictures of the beers after they threw them in the trash. Two hours have passed when the person who was working on the car, told me that my car will not be finished until 4;30 pm because he stripped one of the screws on the wheel caliber as he was putting it together and he is waiting for the part. Now 5 hours have passed and I waited all day to get my car back. The next day, I took the car somewhere else to check the work they did and make sure it was done properly, drinking while working and lying to the customers is not a good practice and I would never take my car there ever again, and I don't recommend anyone else take their care there either. My family's life is on the line with the brake job they did and they were drinking while working on my car, I could not believe it. I wonder who is the ignorant here? read more
