You wanna charge $35 for plugging a tire that had a nail in it when other places charge $10 you guys should just not even offer that service since it seems like you don't even want to do it at a reasonable price. That should never cost $35 you're crazy. Don't come here when there's other places near by that are 1/3 of the price.

I booked an order with Mr. Tire. Mr. Tire helped me get back some stolen items I was expecting to be delivered. When the delivery driver called me, I started talking about how my day was and told the driver my items were stolen. The driver suggested that they might still be in the area because there had been reports of a string of robberies. When the driver arrived they had all of my stolen items. I asked where did they find them and they replied "long story" I go back into the house, turn on the news and saw this...great customer service

I came here recently for the first time because it was the only tire shop open after 6pm. I came in to have one of my tires get patched up because of a nail. I was expecting to wait for hours as I have before at other tire shops. I walked up to one of the employees and asked how long it would take to get the job done, and he immediately started working on it. Maybe 15 minutes is all it took him to complete. I understand people on here complaining about pricing, but I am okay paying $35.00 if I am in and out in 15 minutes. The person (wearing a hat) who helped me was really nice and down to earth as for his co-worker he did not seem to happy to be there but who cares the job was completed fast and that's all that matters. Definitely coming back for future fixes. read more

I needed a quick wheel alignment before a road trip and did not have time for drama. I called Mr. Tire in Fontana and was told to come in and they would work on it right away. Music to my ears. I showed up and they actually meant it. No long wait no upselling no mysterious "while we're in there" conversations. They got the alignment done quickly and sent me on my way without any hassle. The price was about standard for a wheel alignment which I appreciated because nothing ruins a road trip faster than an unexpected bill. Fast honest and easy. Exactly what you want when your car just needs to be aligned and not adopted by a mechanic. I would definitely come back. read more

I've becoming here for years, maybe because it was close by and Chris always took care of me. I recently went and asked for a tire rotation: super simple job and expect a good price. When I asked, he said $20 for the rotation. Gave him the go, and was told to pay inside with the owner. the owner charged me $32 with a fee. I knew there was a card fee but I didn't realize he charged me an additional $10 for the job especially after Chris had just said it would be $20 until after I was leaving. I asked why the additional charge, and apparently Chris had no idea they had went up. Idk but to me thats some bs. Crazy enough, I remember a different time I came and had a similar experience here with the owner overcharging me. Money hungry owner thats for sure. Im done coming here, plenty of tire shops in Fontana. read more

Quick and efficient service. Very transparent with services and pricing. They replaced one of our fast leaking punctured tire ASAP today. We were in and out under 15mins. Very pleased that we're able to continue with our Sunday. Furthermore, we got a discount on all 4 new tires as well, since we requested for the maintenance for them change out all our old tires later this week. Definitely recommend! read more

Long overdue review, I have been bringing all of my cars to this place for years and recently brought in my Tesla with several issues that Tesla was trying to charge me over $6,000 for. Diego checked the report Tesla gave me, took in my car, thoroughly explained to me what was wrong and that they could actually fix all of it! SCRATCHED WHEELS Came to get some tires put on some wheels I had. I dropped them off and when I came back they still hadn't touched them. Then I waited another half hour for them to install them. They ended up scratching my brand new wheels! Do not come here if you want a job done right. They have a sign up stating they are not responsible for scratched wheels. But you're a tire shop, and if you can't do a job right then do not accept the job. The manager handled everything well, but they still won't take responsibility for their poor work. Spend the extra money and go to a better tire shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH NICE WHEELS OR IF THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR STUFF! read more

I asked to see the tire and visibly see the bubbles left from the car wash, once I showed them (attaching the video) they all got a huge attitude with me and then charged $150 for a single new tire. So in total they got $300 for 2 new tires and gave unprofessional service ! 10/10 do not recommend this place, with so much competition, you spills be nice AND care about the tires because my best friend had to drive 4+ hours back home and could've been hurt with the tire they were sending her away.

Called and spoke to the fantastic Juan who said come on down. I thought I had just one nail in my left rear tire . The very alert Alan spotted another nail in my right one as well. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the vibe, the warmth that I experienced immediately . All the workers just seem calm, happy and just loving life.. Translation and end result - great, efficient, very reasonable( $25 per tire) professional, honest service from Juan and his team as I sat and almost nodded off in the comfortable chair in the waiting room. I was in and out in 17 minutes. Just a 5 minute drive south of the 215 and a minute from Arrow. Golden Tire sets the Golden standard. Good, really GOOD people here! Grateful.

This week my father brought his vehicle to this shop to address an oil leak, he is not a mechanic…read moreand specifically asked for help diagnosing and fixing an oil leak. Instead of properly diagnosing the leak issue , staff claimed he requested "valve cover repair" which is not true. He works in medicine and does not even use or know mechanical terms like "valve cover". He relied entirely on THIS SHOP's expertise to both identify and address the actual problem. They charged him almost 700$ for VALVE COVER gasket replacement and the oil leak was not fixed. They then refused responsibility and instead blamed my father, no refund, credit , proper diagnostic or fixing of the actual leak issue. IF the shop was unable to properly diagnose or address the oil leak, they failed to clearly communicate that to my father (the customer) before proceeding with repairs. This is absolutely unacceptable. If a customer comes in asking for help with an oil leak, it IS the shops legal responsibility under California Law to properly diagnose and NOT perform unrelated repair and then shift blame when it fails. This experience felt extremely misleading and exploitative especially in a community without mechanical/maintenance knowledge that depends on local shops to be honest. We will be filing a formal complaint with BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) so the state can determine whether this shop properly followed legal and ethical standards. I strongly advise others to be cautious and get a second opinion before agreeing to ANY form of repairs here, Based on our experience we simply cannot recommend this shop for accurate diagnosis or reliable service. If they couldn't fix the oil leak then they should have said NO, instead of performing a repair that did not address the problem. UPDATE: golden tires put on a legal document (receipt) that labor for 1 HOUR was 519.50 dollars. Receipt was also added in BAR formal complaint. State of California limits PER HOUR labor charges. DOUBLE CHECK or file formal complaint w BAR if you need further clarification.
