The time in bottom corner should be explanation enough. Yelp said they opened at 7:30. And google said 9:30. Was waiting since ~9:40.. ppl next door said to call the guy- no answer 3x. Disappointed becuz I had already went to Les Schwab on riverside and the Walmart auto center who recommended I come here since they wouldn't touch my tire due to a liability issue on the tread. read more

Great prices and service, the drive is worth it if you are from the L.A area. Definitely coming back for all my tires

So we just left Hernandez Tire & Wheels....GREAT...GREAT place to go. The honesty and the quality of work is not found in the Automotive business these days. We purchased tires...Nitto at an AWESOME price...yes they were take off's, but really how many miles does a new car on a lot really put on the tires. No tread wear was shown on the ones we purchased and we had them also do a front end alignment...They took their time...used the computer to make sure everything was accurate and these tires are great...quiet and the alignment is right on target. We will be back with our Toyota 4Runner...Thank you... read more

Found these guys selling some offroad tires on Craigslist. Guy met me at 9pm since I was driving from Downey. Brought them back to be balanced a month later since they said they'd do it for the price of the tires. Got me in and out in a matter of minutes. Guy had his son working with him - cool place, just make sure you know what you want since that made it easy when buying tires this way! read more

I'm a little late in writing my review, but one Saturday in November 2014, I was headed out to Riverside to watch my son in a marching band competition. I got lost, and while trying to get back onto the correct freeway, ran over a divider in the road (I didn't see it) and got two flat tires. Of course, this happened at about 6 pm - on a Saturday night. And, I was leaving the next day for a week-long vacation. I had a spare tire in my trunk - but what to do about the other flat? My husband suggested I call around and try and find a tire store that would put a used tire and the spare tire on my car. Then at least I could drive home and avoid the towing fee to tow my car back the 40 miles to home. All the tire stores that I called that actually answered the phone said they were closing and sorry but they couldn't help me. Diana at Hernandez Tire Store, however, said that although it was close to closing time, they would wait for the tow truck to bring my car and they could put on the spare tire and sell me a used tire (all for a reasonable price) so that I could get home. They were my guardian angels!! Once the tow truck dropped my car and me off, Diana asked if I needed water or a snack or the restroom. Carlos immediately began work on my car, checked whether the tires were salvageable (they weren't -they blew out the side and had a big gash in the sidewalls), and put my spare tire and used tire on the car in no time at all. I was on my way soon and took surface roads home. And, I was almost home and Diana called to check and make sure I made it home safely! How thoughtful!!! Diana and Carlos at Hernandez Tire Store were wonderful to me that November night. I was feeling pretty bad-missing my son's last marching band competition, getting two flat tires (and thinking of the cost to replace), and thinking I'd be stuck out in Riverside and have to pay $300-$400 to get towed home. Hernandez Tire Store knew that I lived out of their area and wouldn't be a repeat customer, but they still treated me with kindness and waited for me to get my car towed there, even though it was closing time on a Saturday night. If I lived out in Riverside-Rialto, I would definitely go to them for new tires. But since I don't, I'm doing the next best thing and letting everyone who does live in the Rialto-Riverside area know that these are nice, decent people and I bet they are very good to their customers. read more

They suck couldn't help me with getting me the size I need. Horrible service and rude.
