I had 2 tires puncture after hitting a large pothole. They were the only ones opened so I had my car towed here. It was around 8pm when we got there Used tires normally costs $30-45 each, but because of my situation they saw this as an opportunity to charge me $250 for 2 used tires. I tried to haggle a bit and was able to get it down to $220, but he was increasingly aggressive so I stopped. Now to the main reason for this review. I watched as he put on my tires. I clearly saw him lose a nut and look for it. He did not find it and moved onto the next tire. He then came back to the tire with the missing nut and quickly put on the hubcap thinking I wasn't looking. I confronted him about it and he denied and said he found it and put it on. I told him again that I was watching, but he kept denying it. I really had no choice as it was past 10pm almost 11 at this point so I paid and left. To add onto this horrible experience. OPEN 24 HOURS!!!!!! Saved my butt! I am soooooo thankful my dad found Tire Kings! And that they are open 24/7 even on a holiday weekend! I decided to go up with the family to lake arrowhead this weekend. The fog was really bad and it was hard to see the road. Due to that, there was multiple car accidents on the mountain. And while driving past a crash, we ran over a piece of glass. My poor tire deflated almost immediately and we had to pull over at a turnout on the mountain. We tried calling AAA but didn't have service. It was a nightmare situation. We eventually figured out that we could use the run flats and drive very slowly down big bear mountain. We went super slow and put on our hazards. Made it down the mountain (thank goodness!) and the slowly drove to Tire Kings! Thankfully they were open and available to help! We got so lucky. They did a good job switching the tire out and it was very cheap! So thankful we found this place!!! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP!!! I went to this shop only because my son had a tire blow out on the freeway and it's was the only place nearby that was open after 6:00pm. I purchased 4 new Pirelli tires from this shop and was told they would arrive by 7:30 the following morning(Sunday). After paying, I was informed that the tires wouldn't actually be in until Monday morning. When my son went to pick them up, they weren't in. He was told they would check on the status and call him back, but after several hours, he never received any updates. He called again and was given the same response. After waiting some more, he called multiple times with no answer. Eventually, I called myself and was promised the same follow-up. Later that evening, my son finally received a call saying the tires had been ordered and would be in by Tuesday morning. However, when he called Tuesday morning, he was told the tires still weren't there but would arrive later that day. By this point, he had been driving around with a small spare donut tire for three days, which was incredibly inconvenient and unsafe. Because the tires still weren't there Tuesday morning, I decided to have him go to a more reputable shop to get new tires. Finally, Tuesday afternoon, we were told the tires had arrived-after I ended up purchasing 4 more elsewhere. When I went to the shop to discuss the situation, I was shocked to find that the tires were not Pirelli, but a cheaper brand. When I requested a refund, I was denied. I was taken advantage of and misled. The lack of communication, delays, and the mix-up with the tire brand made this a very frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to this shop and suggest you do not either. read more

Taking advantage of a situation because your the only place open is absolutely crazy to me. I needed two tires for my car and they had the best price for used tires. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They took my rear tires and put them in the front and put the used tires on the rear. I was at American tire up the street and the girl there was so rude! And not friendly or nice!
