They were there when I needed a fix last second and did not try to up charge. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Thank you again!

Like most of us, I spent the last 20 years from one garage to another one hoping to get the best service and value. Same for tires. I can truly state that The Wheel Shop is meeting all my criteria for excellence. And I will recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. Kudos! read more

We have used them 2 times-once for a scrape to one of our rims and once for a tire patch after running over a large screw. Their service is always quick, professional, and appropriately priced! I will return if I have more tire/wheel needs read more

I came in with a scratched rim on my brand new SUV, and they took me in right away. They literally put me at the front of the line so I could get out as quickly as possible. The manager, Robert, was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. It's rare to find service this fast, efficient, and customer-focused nowadays. And the best part was the price was very reasonable compared to most other wheel repair shops. If you're looking for honest, affordable high-quality wheel/rim repair, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for any future work. read more

Fixed my curb rash on a new wheel after an unfortunate meeting with a road median. The wheel looks brand new and they took care of it the same day. Excellent service and would 100% recommend. They even picked my car up from my bmw dealership to make it even easier. Kevin and Rob are great, thank you. read more

I bought a pair of BBS wheels from marketplace that had been pretty beat up, and another tire shop had refused to look at them. The Wheel Shop fixed the wheels in just a few days and swapped them onto my WRX the very next day. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of repairs and I'll be back soon enough to have the paint repaired as well. Many thanks to everyone I talked to and was involved! read more

I brought in a set of OEM 2011 Shelby GT500 wheels that I had purchased used, but unfortunately they looked nothing like the pictures from the ad. Layne at The Wheel Shop was the one who helped me, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism. He kept excellent communication throughout the entire process, gave me a very reasonable price to refinish the wheels, and also repaired curb damage on all of them. The turnaround was quick, and when the work was complete, they even delivered the wheels right to my home looking absolutely brand new. Before coming here, I had taken the wheels to another shop in the area, where they sat untouched for nearly two months with zero communication. I should have gone to The Wheel Shop from the start. I'll definitely be returning to have new tires installed on these wheels, and I also plan to bring my Mustang in for suspension work and an alignment. I Highly recommend The Wheel Shop for anyone who values quality, professionalism, and reliable service read more

What a fantastic job they did. My car got in a big fight with a curb and lost. I didn't think that a repair would be possible. Sent photos to Erica who said they could make it look better. They did more than that...it looks good as new. Couldn't be happier or recommend them more. Very reasonably priced as well. read more

I was recommended here a few years ago by a friend to get my wheels fixed. I remember great customer service and I was super happy that they were able to fix my wheels back then! What I really want to comment on is my experience this past week: When I ordered tires from Tire Rack they suggested to ship them to their shop and install them there. I am SO GLAD I did!! My car is way too small to take the new tires down to a shop and get them installed. It was SO EASY to make an appt once my new tires were delivered. They took my car in at once and got it done in two hours (had them fix some curb rash while it was there). They gave me a call to ask if I wanted an inner wheel bend fixed as well, I'm so glad they caught that and gave me a call! I picked up my car and it was such a smooth process checking out, no hidden fees and overall, customer service is 5 stars!! My wheels look great and my tires are installed correctly. I check the pressure afterwards to make sure they're not overinflated because a lot of shops just don't care- they had them at 32 psi!! Perfect for summer tires. Prices are really great, this is becoming my #1 tire shop. I've dealt with so much bs from other tire shops, but they got everything right! Definitely felt welcomed here vs a burden getting my tires installed. 5+ stars read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I can't remember when I've had a better experience recently and had to give them a shout out. I saw I had a nail in my tire and because of the great yelp reviews decided to bring my car by on my lunch break. I was greeted with friendly staff who let me know it would just take 5-10 minutes. 5-10 minutes. With NO appointment. 5 minutes later: "Okay your car is all done". "Great what do I owe you?" "Oh nothing. Just let us know if you have any tire or wheel needs." I'm sorry, what? Seriously stunned by such customer service. And you know what? It works. Next time I do have a major tire or wheel issue, this will be the first place I go to. read more

I just took my brand new Tesla to them this morning after my wife scuffed up one of my aftermarket wheels. I was a bit skeptical of how well it could be fixed but wow! The wheel literally looks brand new again. Not sure how but they did it! AND, it literally took them less than an hour and was a very cheap fix to make it brand new again! read more

Clean shop! They kindly explained the difference in damage to my Wheels. My Wheels look brand new! Worth every penny! Highly recommend

The Vossen CV3's on our 650i were looking shabby, with the clear coat failing after 10 years. The Wheel Shop gave them a new lease on life! Jon, Rob, Erica, and the crew did a great job! We chose a finish very similar to the factory Vossen matte graphite finish originally offered for the CV3's. They were even able to paint in the recessed lettering and trim on the center caps. We couldn't be happier with the quality and service. It was a fair price with no hidden extra fees. Flat rate out the door. read more

Had my car scheduled for a tire rotation on Monday but they weren't able to get it done. Not only were they able to get me in the very next day, they offered to pick up my car at the office and bring it back so I didn't have to worry about dropping it off and waiting around for the service. Highly recommend the Wheel Shop for any and all things related to cars, trucks and anything else you may need! read more

brought my car here because something was up with my front tire, it kept losing air, much too fast. Service was quick (I waited less than 15 minutes). The employees were so friendly and helpful. Had a previous nail in the tire fixed here and it is still holding strong 1 year later. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

The Wheel Shop was very responsive and continued to do so when I had more questions. I had just replaced both tie rod ends on my 2013 Honda Fit and tried to keep the alignment as close as possible so I could drive safely to the alignment shop. Unfortunately the car did drive straight but the steering wheel was off to the left. The team was super friendly and had a nice and comfortable waiting area while the team works on the car. The quote for the alignment was on par with everyone else, but is it just me or has the alignment cost gone up in the last 3 years. read more

Took my Lamborghini here to get lowering springs installed. Seemed like a nice shop, that everything was organized, and Rob seemed professional. However, when I got my car back, it had a dent in it and a small nick in the paint. The walk around video shows there was no dent when I dropped the car off. Rob didn't believe they were responsible but sent a mobile paintless dent remover--who did a half ass job. Dent was still there and added another chip to the paint. When I reached out to Rob, he didn't want to own up and eventually stopped responding to me. As nice as this place looks, I wouldn't go back between careless employees and managers who don't want to take responsibility. read more

I needed some TPMS sensors installed and needed the wheels/tires to get balanced on some wheels I had just purchased. While I was there they offered me a service to polish and remove the curb rash from the wheels. The price was okay... it's pretty much the average @ $90 a wheel, so I was not shocked. It was very convenient. I dropped them off on a Thursday and the staff let me know I could expect to have them back by Monday. They ended up completing it in 1 day! Got them back Friday after work They cleaned up nice! So much better after the polish and correction! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a good wheel/tire shop! read more

Had what I thought was a slow leak. Went to a tire shop and got the bad news that the inner part of my rim was bent. After almost having a heart attack in seeing how much a new or refurbished 20" BMW X5 M rim would cost, I reached out to a trusted auto pro who referred me to The Wheel Shop. I called Rob and they had me in as their first customer at 8 A.M the next morning. Upon arrival, he quoted me the price right up front (to which they delivered at a fraction of the cost of a replacement rim!). Very clean, professional shop with a comfortable waiting area. Erica in the front office was super kind and helpful, and before I knew it my rim was ready to go in about an hour (lucky for me It was New Year's Eve, so not extremely busy). Thank you so much for getting my New Year off to great start - you've earned a customer for life! read more

This is the best tire shop in town. Highly recommend coming here. Not only are they friendly, efficient, and priced well.

I recently had a crack repair done by the wheel shop on one of my rims. Repair was done correctly but I ended up running into a little issue when they re-installed my tire back onto my rim after the repair was done. Pretty much I had to purchase 1 brand new tire because it was damaged on the inside bead. I spoke with Robert over the phone about my situation and went there in person. we got the situation handled and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend the wheel shop not only for their great work but also their awesome customer service. If I can put more stars I would. read more

My local Porsche dealership recommended this place to have my wheels re-powder coated cause I did not like how they came from the factory. They came in all matte black and looked very boring. This shop doesn't need another 5 star review to know they are great, but they deserve a 5 star review b/c they know how to take care of their customers and repair bent wheels correctly. They also know how to communicate and have a technical discussion when it's appropriate. I've seen my fair share of wheel shops over the years but this is one of the best and even better that its in Riverside, near where I live. I'd rather not go to LA or OC for my car needs and this place can handle any wheel repair. I brought in my F80 M3 b/c I had a subtle osculating vibration at speeds over 80. Turns out two of my wheels had minor bends and they repaired both and now my car is running smooth again. Can't recommend this shop enough. Erica is also very responsive and easy to work with and if she doesn't know the answer, she asks the right people instead of making stuff up. Love the no BS factor at this shop. Highly recommend and will bring all my future wheel business here. read more

Good service and fair prices. I powder-coated my Factory MB wheels in about 2 days.
