He kept excellent communication throughout the entire process, gave me a very reasonable price to refinish the wheels, and also repaired curb damage on all of them. The turnaround was quick, and when the work was complete, they even delivered the wheels right to my home looking absolutely brand new. I was recommended here a few years ago by a friend to get my wheels fixed. I remember great customer service and I was super happy that they were able to fix my wheels back then! What I really want to comment on is my experience this past week: When I ordered tires from Tire Rack they suggested to ship them to their shop and install them there. I am SO GLAD I did!! My car is way too small to take the new tires down to a shop and get them installed. It was SO EASY to make an appt once my new tires were delivered. They took my car in at once and got it done in two hours (had them fix some curb rash while it was there). They gave me a call to ask if I wanted an inner wheel bend fixed as well, I'm so glad they caught that and gave me a call! I picked up my car and it was such a smooth process checking out, no hidden fees and overall, customer service is 5 stars!! My wheels look great and my tires are installed correctly. I check the pressure afterwards to make sure they're not overinflated because a lot of shops just don't care- they had them at 32 psi!! Perfect for summer tires. Prices are really great, this is becoming my #1 tire shop. I've dealt with so much bs from other tire shops, but they got everything right! I don't usually write reviews, but I can't remember when I've had a better experience recently and had to give them a shout out. I saw I had a nail in my tire and because of the great yelp reviews decided to bring my car by on my lunch break. I was greeted with friendly staff who let me know it would just take 5-10 minutes. 5-10 minutes. With NO appointment. 5 minutes later: "Okay your car is all done". "Great what do I owe you?" "Oh nothing. Just let us know if you have any tire or wheel needs." I'm sorry, what? Seriously stunned by such customer service. And you know what? It works. I had just replaced both tie rod ends on my 2013 Honda Fit and tried to keep the alignment as close as possible so I could drive safely to the alignment shop. Took my Lamborghini here to get lowering springs installed. Seemed like a nice shop, that everything was organized, and Rob seemed professional. However, when I got my car back, it had a dent in it and a small nick in the paint. The walk around video shows there was no dent when I dropped the car off. Rob didn't believe they were responsible but sent a mobile paintless dent remover--who did a half ass job. Dent was still there and added another chip to the paint. When I reached out to Rob, he didn't want to own up and eventually stopped responding to me. As nice as this place looks, I wouldn't go back between careless employees and managers who don't want to take responsibility. read more

I needed some TPMS sensors installed and needed the wheels/tires to get balanced on some wheels I had just purchased. While I was there they offered me a service to polish and remove the curb rash from the wheels. The price was okay... it's pretty much the average @ $90 a wheel, so I was not shocked. It was very convenient. I dropped them off on a Thursday and the staff let me know I could expect to have them back by Monday. They ended up completing it in 1 day! Had what I thought was a slow leak. Went to a tire shop and got the bad news that the inner part of my rim was bent. After almost having a heart attack in seeing how much a new or refurbished 20" BMW X5 M rim would cost, I reached out to a trusted auto pro who referred me to The Wheel Shop. I recently had a crack repair done by the wheel shop on one of my rims. Repair was done correctly but I ended up running into a little issue when they re-installed my tire back onto my rim after the repair was done. Pretty much I had to purchase 1 brand new tire because it was damaged on the inside bead. I spoke with Robert over the phone about my situation and went there in person. we got the situation handled and I couldn't be more satisfied. This shop doesn't need another 5 star review to know they are great, but they deserve a 5 star review b/c they know how to take care of their customers and repair bent wheels correctly. They also know how to communicate and have a technical discussion when it's appropriate. I've seen my fair share of wheel shops over the years but this is one of the best and even better that its in Riverside, near where I live. I'd rather not go to LA or OC for my car needs and this place can handle any wheel repair. I brought in my F80 M3 b/c I had a subtle osculating vibration at speeds over 80. Turns out two of my wheels had minor bends and they repaired both and now my car is running smooth again. Can't recommend this shop enough. Erica is also very responsive and easy to work with and if she doesn't know the answer, she asks the right people instead of making stuff up. Love the no BS factor at this shop.
