He took the time to explain the powder-coating process and helped me decide what I wanted before I scheduled my appointment for the following week. I dropped my car off in the morning, and it was already finished and ready for pickup by around 4 PM that same day! My wheels were originally satin black, and I wanted something that would stand out a little more against the color of my car. The new finish came out excellent and really makes the wheels pop. He also repaired the existing curb rash on the wheels, and you can't even tell it was there anymore. Great workmanship, quick turnaround, and an owner who takes pride in his work. The caps had an aluminum decal in the center, and small prongs in the back which has to be carefully removed. I was asking if I could get the decals painted red and caps re-chromed. Finally I came across Superior Metal and was expecting the same excuse. However, after discussing what I was looking for Tony took the time to answer my questions, looked at my caps and discussed options for the face. We settled on a very reasonable price. A week later I got my wheels and I was very pleased. The real surprised were the caps. A week after I got the wheels I went to get the caps and I was more than pleased. Tony painted the decal in high quality paint and outlined the small details in the lettering with black paint. These things look better than when they were first made! Tony takes pride in his work and it shows. I highly recommend him to anyone with one, two or three piece wheels wanting to get them redone.

I got estimates from multiple companies, but chose Ken not because he was the lowest priced, but because he was the most honest and passionate about the work. His prices were MORE THAN FAIR, please don't get me wrong - the entire job cost less than I expected and estimated - but the quality of his work far exceeds what he charges. I would recommend going to Ken simply because the man absolutely LOVES what he does, is incredibly skilled at his work, and he handles your possessions with the care you would handle your own belongings with. Time and again, he emailed me to keep me updated on his progress, and continually commented on how much he enjoyed restoring these family heirlooms for me and my family. Ken is wonderful. Makes me wish I has more things that needed metalwork and powdercoating.
