He looked at the work and did a double look just to ensure he knew what needed to be done and the work came out amazing. We had some beams about 15' in the air and he had no problem getting up there and making them look like new. He made sure to warn me about every possible concern (dust, skylight damage, noise). He was quick with his work and very fairly priced compared to other quotes I received. If you need a mobile sandblaster in the area I highly recommend Weber Sandblasting!

I wanted to take it all the way down to the natural finish to decide whether to leave it as is or acid color wash it. Rick was referred by a non-mobile shop, came out to review the project and a described precisely what type of process should be applied to this and addressed the risks of unknown factors. I prepared myself for a less than optimum outcome, considering, but was thrilled by what he was able to accomplish. I even showed before and after photos to a major fountain supply operation who said while they don't usually recommend sandblasting of concrete fountains due to the the risk of unexpected outcomes or uninvisioned results, they said they had never seen such great results that Rick produced. I only wish I could show photos here of the before and after, maybe on facebook. In any case, if you need mobile sandblasting services for any project big or small, look no further. He deserves every one of my 5 stars.

Had a great experience with a silver powder coat on a set of 2005 Camry 16" factory wheels…read more I got a set of throwaway wheels on Facebook Marketplace intended as a gift for my mom's old car. The wheels were in pretty bad cosmetic shape - dings, scratches, brake dust everywhere, peeling paint galore, and some pitting on the back for one of them. After Proper Motion finished my powder coat they came out spectacular. You can also clearly see all the factory Toyota markings on the back despite the years of obvious neglect. The worst wheel still had some of the pitting come through only in the back, but that was the original wheel's problem so kind of expected for a 21-year-old wheel. I didn't ask them to file it down (which would've removed probably too much material), so I'm still thrilled with the final results. I guess I visited their newer shop in Sante Fe Springs. They had a clean and neat front lobby and a cozy waiting lounge with couches. I just dropped off the wheels, so didn't get to take full advantage of the lobby. I asked for pricing over the phone before coming, and once I arrived everything was still as quoted, even with the poor condition of my wheels. They had lots of sample swatches and a few miniature wheels as demos, but I wanted a lighter silver to match the factory paint. They were super helpful and special-ordered the matching powder / paint for no additional cost. I just had to wait a few days for the order. Overall would highly recommend.
