He booked me for the next morning and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my ride. He runs a clean cool looking shop. The prices were very reasonable and they did great work! Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to. Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. Thank God I had the additional PPF protection--it helped protect my bumper from what could have been serious damage. After this experience, I highly recommend Evolution Motorsports for high-quality PPF and professional installation. I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. The photos show the lazy job I had received. I take full…read moreaccountability for not replying when I first said I would. However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

While six other places quoted us $250-$350 for a "comprehensive" inspection, we paid Arnold $100, which was a STEAL for what he did, even more than what the others promised. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. After browsing Yelp and reading the amazing reviews, we decided to come here instead and I'm so glad we did. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. He answered every single one with clarity and confidence and everything I was expecting to hear. My husband stayed the entire time, and Arnold patiently explained everything while inspecting the car. You can tell he was that kid that made the auto shop his playground growing up. He's passionate, meticulous, and GENUINELY cares. What impressed me most is that Arnold will never pressure you. He won't tell you "don't buy it," but he will clearly explain what could go wrong and what it might cost to fix. These guys are true pros! I brought in my 1999 Mercedes SLK to get the back and side windows…read moretinted. Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

This place is great, I came in with my Lifted Subaru WRX looking for something to complement the style of the car. Ahren and Rebecca spent a significant amount of time with me helping me choose the perfect color. I came to the shop with late notice to have the car wrapped and ready to go for a large Subaru meet. I did not think there was any chance the car would be ready in time. Sure enough they knocked my car out in an impeccable amount of time and it was flawless. The craftsmanship and quality of the work was incredible. I would not recommend anyone every wasting their time going to any other vinyl wrap shop, the service quality and hospitality at Templar Wraps was unbeatable. Templar Wraps is the best; I've used them several times-roof wrap, headlight and taillight tints and a Hexis Body-Fence clear bra on my BMW, a full color change wrap on my wife's Lexus, and some restyling on my Honda CBR. Great service, quality work and really nice people. Very helpful, explained everything, and followed-up. And, if you are a repeat client (which I am) you get special pricing (which I did)! The new, larger, location in Irvine/Santa Ana is a really nice layout, with a nice waiting room/design consult area, rest rooms, and a full 4 car work area... and very convenient to get to, just off the "5". I swear Chut at Templar Wraps must have some kind of wizard powers. I called in needing several wraps printed, fully expecting stress, delays, and maybe a few emotional breakdowns on my end. Instead, Chut waved his magical print wand (or maybe it was just a squeegee, I'm not sure) and got everything done perfectly. Seriously, he was super helpful, answered all my ridiculous questions, and made me feel like a wrap-printing champion. Templar Wraps did a great job with my chrome delete. I had a 2019 black Mercedes with a ton of chrome and Ahren was very helpful in walking me through the different blackout options and guiding me through the process. Once I dropped my car off, it was taken care of very quickly, and it was ready for me the following afternoon. I got my roof wrapped by these guys and the wrap was pealing and it had some bubbles. I contacted them and they told me they were short staff and will contact me to bring it in. I find it wrong because I already paid for a wrap that only lasted a month. I still haven't received a call. I also sent a email last week and never got a response. I am having another shop take a look at it tomorrow. read more

Koosha was highly communicative throughout the whole process and the car came out really well. I appreciate that he even talked through some issues in the paint and provided some options on how best to handle them. At the beginning of this year I had a tree fall on our property that ended up scratching a lot of the passenger side of the vehicle. I took the car back to Koosha to get the coating redone since a door had to be repainted. Koosha went above and beyond in doing some additional paint correction. In the end the car left looking like new again. Can't recommend Koosha enough if you are shopping for an XPEL PPF/ceramic installer. Some good advice I have heard is shop for a good installer as opposed to a brand of film and Koosha is one of the best.

I finally decided to go with DAS and I have no regrets whatsoever. I needed a shop that could remove the old, dealer installed "ppf" that cane with the car, install some aftermarket body parts I brought with me, modify my exhaust, then add colored PPF. I primarily worked with Michael. He walked me through the entire process, was transparent about their pricing, and was patient as I had quite a but of scheduling conflicts due to work/travel. He was always responsive and answered my hundreds of questions. I also worked with Auri. He is very meticulous about the product they put out. He noticed a few things that weren't to his high standard (including a dent on my car that was there before I dropped off the car) and had them fixed immediately. Auri is friendly, responsive, and takes a lot of pride in their work (it shows). No doubt I will go to them going forward.
