The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.

There was a small issue with the PPF on the front bumper--just a miscommunication more than anything--but they handled it exactly how you'd hope. As soon as I brought it up, they jumped on it right away and fixed it without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness and accountability goes a long way. I'll start by saying Josh and everyone in his staff at Boden Autohaus are perfectionists and masters at their craft. I was referred to him by a buddy of mine and I knew I was in good hands when I met the Boden staff and saw all their work not only on social media but IN PERSON. I usually do not post reviews on Yelp but when it comes to performing a job/service that exceeds my expectations that deserves a perfect 5 star review!!! I took my 2015 Audi R8 to Boden back in February of 2015 when I first purchased it to buy Rotiform Rims and lowering springs. They got the exact wheels and lowering springs I wanted and for the best deal around! After they did my rims and suspension I then returned for an Armytrix exhaust system about 2 months later which completely changed my whole driving experience. I thought I was done there but after going to car events with Boden and enjoying how well their cars handled on test drives and obviously how great they looked parked and bagged to the ground; I knew I would be back to complete my build with an Accuair air suspension system. Boden recently completed my Accuair E level air system two weeks ago and for the final time my build is finally complete. Josh and everyone in his staff went above and beyond with a 2 week install to make sure my build was beyond perfect. A year ago my car was just an R8 but after Boden's recommendations, expertise, experience, and perfection at their craft I can honestly say I have a unique build that was completed by no one other than the staff at Boden Autohaus. If you are in need of custom wheels, carbon parts, springs, or all the way to a custom accuair air suspension I would look no other place than Boden Autohaus. Super sick place, was walking around with a couple friends taking photos of cars when we started to talk to Brian. After talking for a little he gave us a tour of the shop and let us take photos of the cars inside. Brian was super nice and explained what they are doing to a lot of the cars while answering any questions we had. Hands down best guys in Southern California. They are quick, efficient, and do the job right the first time. Josh helped me choose the right rims and tires for my truck and took care of the whole thing from start to finish. He even went the extra mile and removed a sticker from at no additional cost. I sent Boden my Subaru STI from Colorado to put it on air, and was not completely sure what I wanted to do with my tank setup. Josh worked with me and went through different ideas until we came up with something we both thought would look good. It turned out way better than I ever thought. I sent my car to Boden specifically because of their reputation for air suspension since there are not many experts out here in Colorado, and they lived up to their reputation. The team at Boden did the AccuAir air suspension install on my Lexus LS back in January of 2015. Since then, I have put on 15,000 miles on my car and it hasn't had an issue once. On top of that, they went out of their way to do a custom trunk install that has gotten nothing but compliments since the day I picked it up. Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to. Maybe those were older reviews. I think Project Import has grown a lot since then. Kiet shared a lot of information about my Lancer Evolution. Not many shops understand these cars since they're rare and complex. Kiet and his worker (Duong?) were able to work on my car without any issues. The price quoted was exactly the price I paid as well. I will definitely be a returning customer. I really hope they maintain this high quality of work, especially on my car, which is very special to me. My car is running so smooth now and shifts better. Thank you very much!

I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Great customer service! These guys not only know their business and have vast knowledge of car Audio and accessories but are transparent, kind and informative professionals. Sam showed me the lighting in the Rolls Royce and also a few options that can be installed on the Mercedes-Benz. I opted for the very nice AMG entry lighting. Very cool. The last visit I had with my Land Cruiser was urgent as one of my transmission hoses ruptured rending it undrivable. Frank/Eric were proactive and allowed me to tow my LC to them to figure out the issue the next day (they were closing at the time I called). After parts were received on their end, my Land Cruiser was up and running back to normal. They inspected and test for any damage to the transmission that may have occurred when losing all of my transmission fluid. I am happy to have found a shop with a good work ethic, friendliness and thoroughness that is local to me in Santa Ana. 10/10 would recommend if you have a offroad vehicle or a Toyota (I am sure they are proficient with other vehicles as well).
