Two of my longtime friends, Tim S. & Marc D. referred me to Boden for some exhaust and engine tuning on my vehicle. Kevin helped me find exactly what I was looking for, sound, throttle response, AND even the price was too good to be true! I dropped my vehicle off in the afternoon and was greeted by David who made me feel at home in thier shop and reception area while waiting to speak to Kevin. My vehicle was completed on time and even ahead of schedule at which time I was notified that my vehicle was all ready to roll! Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to meet the owner Josh, however, I'm told he is just as hospitable as his employees which I'm certain is accurate as professionalism usually flows down from the top. I strongly recommend Boden to anyone looking for the best place to take your luxury or super car for upgrades! Thanks guys for making my experience at Boden world class! read more

Boden just finished helping us get one of our McLaren 720's reverted back to stock. We were on a rushed timeline going into this - which I know isn't great for shops to deal with. Nonetheless, they tackled everything with precision & top notch service to a T. Kevin did a wonderful job at communicating the entire time - every timeline he promised was hit without delay. In the auto market, that's pretty rare to come across. Won't be the last time we visit Boden - thanks for everything! read more

obviously he doesnt even mention the ferarri tdf downpipes that he never gave me, but had displayed at the cars of cannery row event. also ignores that he and a well known ig Lambo owner went to drive around Newport with him and go to a bar for over 8 hours. yet im so despised . and throwing out claims of other shops ... but cant name them... lol. typical of a shop that will take advantage of patient customers.. make sure you dont leave a part at this shop or they may end up keeping it and selling it. don't let him fool you. i gave him 20k deposit for the g Wagen because it was his customers car. paid the rest to a local dealer(evan paul) that was selling it... and when i never got the title or even word on it coming he returned 15k and kept 5k for "renting" the car. ofc he doesnt show you any message about that lol. everyone knows overpriced. many better shops like BBI in oc to use. read more

Superior service and professional. Very passionate group of people that work and Josh who owns the business. What was satisfactory for me was not good enough for the Boden guys, they made it better than what I was expecting. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service they provide and the cars that are there reflects the clientele. I had them clean up my trunk install as I just had it setup to run and never got around to cleaning it up and making it presentable. They KILLED it w/ the install and made it even show worthy even though I had no intentions of showing it off, but now I wont be embarrassed to show someone my trunk setup if they asked. Love these guys! read more

Josh and the team at Boden took the best care of me. Worked on my Aventador and made the whole process extremely easy from the moment they picked up the car 150 miles away up until delivering it. I received a text message from one of joshes technicians name Patrick, he mentioned that he wasn't satisfied with some of the procedures he performed on my Porsche Panamera and insisted that I bring the car back he even went out of his way came three hours earlier than when the shop opens to just doublecheck something he was concerned with... Lo and behold there wasn't anything wrong with the car keep in mind this is not the shop owner this is one of the techs at the shop he didn't have to go out of his way and do all that he did to make sure that I came back. That means the world to me that he wants to maintain the quality service and a quality brand name for the shop I highly recommend anyone to come to the shop for either full builds, minor details ,services maintenance ,and much more simply because this team truly cares about their customers!! read more

Boden is one of, if not the best place for air installations. The guys here are super nice and will help you with your ride and answer any questions you have. Josh is the owner and is one of the nicest people I've come across in the car scene. I brought my mk6 GTI in for a frame notch and they did it flawlessly. Professionally done and welded to perfection. It's no wonder these guys are so well known in the car community. I trust these guys with my car and I don't say that about a lot of people. This is one business that Yelp has definitely steered me right! SO RIGHT! If you're a Hot Rod / Classic car owner in the market to get your car bagged, you must check this place out. The shop is SUPER clean and very meticulously organized. Josh is very honest and all about FULL disclosure. Josh called weekly updating the status of my car. Anyhow, I read the great reviews on here and decided to take my 1964 Chevy Chevelle. I told Josh what I wanted and he sure delivered. Josh ordered my custom wheels and made sure it was to spec. My car was bagged with Accuair / elevel and few other goodies. I was extremely happy with the work Josh and his techs completed. He is very honest, responsive, meticulous, and passionate about his business. Can't wait to bring you my NSX. Thank you Josh!!! read more

Boden Autohaus. A hidden gem in the Orange County. I found this place through instagram, a purple all road and all the other bagged cars I double tap. Josh and his crew took care of me and more importantly my car. They give exceptional service that is also professional. Josh saw me through from my inquiry to when they got my part installed. These guys really are the best. I really appreciate the fact that Josh, their founder doesn't just hand you off to someone else to get your stuff installed. To me, as a consumer, I think that it's great that the owner themselves are involved and passionate about their business. Josh also took the time afterward to answer any questions I had and it felt nice to have a small chat with someone about other services that they offer. They have a really great waiting area too with a nice TV and netflix. At the same time you're surrounded by these beautiful cars that they work with. Would highly recommend for all car enthusiasts. read more

Top level work and customer service! I had Accuair installed with them on my Audi Q5 and it came out perfect. I was really worried about something going wrong with the car with the air suspension but Josh really knew what he was doing and was able to have me feeling comfortable about the work that was going to be done. Every aspect of the install was done right from inception to completion. The car was done on time and was perfectly dialed in. The fit and finish of the air system was much better than expected. They made a custom bracket for the car that fit under the floor in the trunk where everything fit together and it looks great. I was very pleased with dealing with them on this project and will definitely go to them for future work on my cars. read more

There's a reason these guys stay busy. The customer service is on another level. In an industry where I feel customer service is lacking, these guys go above and beyond. I took my car in to get some KW's lowering springs installed with a short shift kit. From the start I was dealing with Bryan and he was great. Always responded to my emails right away and kept me posted with pictures. Plus you can tell the guys there are all car enthusiasts and love what they do. Bryan also installed my short shift kit himself to make sure I can get the car back in time. One of the head tech's name is Patrick and he had worked on my car. You can tell this guy knows his stuff and was patient answering all of my questions. It was after hours (past 6pm) and I didn't feel rushed at all and they even double checked the car was properly set while I was right there. The car was so low, they had to get a few works out to help guide it off their driveway to make sure my front lip wouldn't get damaged. Again didn't rush and took their time. They test drove the car around and made sure again it was all good. I'll definitely be going back to get more goodies installed. Dont be intimidated by all the Lambo's, Ferraris' and other high end cars, they will treat your car as if it were high end even if it's not. read more

My sister has an E91 BMW wagon, and she was looking to get a new set of wheels for it. Being the car guy of the family, she asked for my help. I recommended Rotiform LAS-R wheels for it, and she really loved the look. After reaching out to Rotiform I was put in touch with Bryan Munoz from Boden Autohaus. Bryan was great! I had a number of questions regarding fitment, offset, and what width he would recommend and Bryan answered all of my questions and provided excellent advice after I explained that my sister is looking for a modified look but doesn't want the car to feel much different. The oem wheel setup from BMW is 17x8 in front and 17x8.5 in the rear, with 225/40/17 tires up front and 255/45/17 tires in the rear. We selected a set of matte black 18x8.5 LAS-R wheels, and ordered Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position tires in 225/40/18 (front) and 255/45/18 (rear) sizes. The tires were ordered through Tire Rack and shipped to BMW of Encinitas. Boden Autohaus really went the extra mile here. I figured they would ship the wheels to the dealership from their Irvine location and that the wheels would arrive in a couple days time. I had told Bryan that my sister planned to have the new wheels fitted on Thursday, and I was placing the order on Tuesday morning/early afternoon. Since Bryan determined the wheels would not arrive on time if shipped, he actually had the wheels hand delivered from Irvine to BMW in Encinitas! First class service! My sister was so impressed, as was I. Overall, a very pleasant and easy experience. I would highly recommend Boden Autohaus to anyone looking for new Rotiform wheels. I know they'll be my first call once I'm ready to get a set for my Audi. Thanks again Bryan! You really provided amazing service to me and my sister. We appreciate your attention to detail and dedication. read more

Vinyl wrap, air suspension, window tinting, car stereos, nitrous oxide oh my. If it touches your car, they can not only do it, but they'll do it well. If you are into customizing your car and are particular about who touches your car, Boden is the place for you. I was nervous about taking my ordinary Audi A4 to a shop where R8s, Porches, Teslas, and other high end cars frequent. There was no reason to feel that way. Josh and his install team treated my A4 like it was my R8. If you are looking for a low cost provider, Boden isn't for you. If you are looking for experts to execute your project ideas and get it done right the first time, Boden is for you. While not the cheapest, their pricing is inline with industry pricing and fair. Do yourself a favor and just drop your car off at Boden and let them do their thing. Once your car is ready for you to pick up, you'll be amazed. Period. I was beyond delighted and they exceeded my expectations. Yes, exceeded my expectations. Josh, thank you to you and your staff...I will be back with this car and my future cars and I will not hesitate to recommend Boden Autohaus to all my family and friends. read more

Josh and all the guys here at Boden Autohaus were very welcoming and took the time to explain what they would be doing to my car. My experience with Josh and everyone over at Boden has always been beyond perfect. They've worked on several of my vehicles and I've never been disappointed. I took my 2016 BMW grand coupe when I first purchased it to buy Rotiform wheels wrapped with toyo tires, and coil overs. a few months later they installed an exhaust for me and did their black out package. I don't normally write reviews but it's hard not to for Boden. I'll try to keep it short and to the point. Bought a Lexus RC350 F Sport (Ultra White) and was looking for a place to dress up the car. Came across this shop and a few other places and ultimately decided to take the car here. No regrets whatsoever with my decision. By far the most honest shop I came across and the work that they do is beyond words. I have to say, the team they have going for them is almost too perfect. Roy and Phil's craftsmanship on the work that they do is properly done and precise. None of that half-ass work like other places do. Trevor's photos are pretty damn awesome. And Josh, basically was the genius behind the look and feel of my car. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need to make a quick buck. Basically had everything on my car done at Boden. They do everything there. From air suspensions to exhaust to wrapping to body work. EVERY-FLIPPIN'-THING! Check them out on IG (@boden_autohaus).
