There's a reason these guys stay busy. The customer service is on another level. In an industry where I feel customer service is lacking, these guys go above and beyond. I took my car in to get some KW's lowering springs installed with a short shift kit. From the start I was dealing with Bryan and he was great. Always responded to my emails right away and kept me posted with pictures. Plus you can tell the guys there are all car enthusiasts and love what they do. Bryan also installed my short shift kit himself to make sure I can get the car back in time. One of the head tech's name is Patrick and he had worked on my car. You can tell this guy knows his stuff and was patient answering all of my questions. It was after hours (past 6pm) and I didn't feel rushed at all and they even double checked the car was properly set while I was right there. The car was so low, they had to get a few works out to help guide it off their driveway to make sure my front lip wouldn't get damaged. Again didn't rush and took their time. They test drove the car around and made sure again it was all good. I'll definitely be going back to get more goodies installed. My sister has an E91 BMW wagon, and she was looking to get a new set of wheels for it. Being the car guy of the family, she asked for my help. I recommended Rotiform LAS-R wheels for it, and she really loved the look. After reaching out to Rotiform I was put in touch with Bryan Munoz from Boden Autohaus. Bryan was great! I had a number of questions regarding fitment, offset, and what width he would recommend and Bryan answered all of my questions and provided excellent advice after I explained that my sister is looking for a modified look but doesn't want the car to feel much different. The oem wheel setup from BMW is 17x8 in front and 17x8.5 in the rear, with 225/40/17 tires up front and 255/45/17 tires in the rear. We selected a set of matte black 18x8.5 LAS-R wheels, and ordered Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position tires in 225/40/18 (front) and 255/45/18 (rear) sizes. The tires were ordered through Tire Rack and shipped to BMW of Encinitas. Boden Autohaus really went the extra mile here. I figured they would ship the wheels to the dealership from their Irvine location and that the wheels would arrive in a couple days time. I had told Bryan that my sister planned to have the new wheels fitted on Thursday, and I was placing the order on Tuesday morning/early afternoon. Since Bryan determined the wheels would not arrive on time if shipped, he actually had the wheels hand delivered from Irvine to BMW in Encinitas! First class service!
