Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.

I opted for the base option for $12 It got the job done and I will say the drive through did a pretty decent job of removing the dirt from my car. They offer vacuums and air hoses for post car wash, and there are plenty of spots to pull into. The only downside to my visit was this is the longest I've ever waited to go through a car wash. There was 1 car ahead of me in line when I pulled up and it took nearly 10 minutes. On the plus side, I guess it's a good sign that they do a really good job of spacing out the cars through the tunnel (I've seen my share of cars collide in a drive through wash due to being too close) Solid drive through car wash, a little pricier than others that you can find (basic for $10) but very conveniently located to several corporate offices in Irvine!

At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

She was so worried that it was going to be expensive and she wouldn't be able to get it fixed right away. When I called I spoke with Larry and he was incredibly nice. He informed me that they do not charge for a tire patching service. I relayed this information to my mom crossing my fingers that when she arrived she wouldn't receive a different answer (like most places) and Larry took care of her for FREE just as he said. My mom said that Larry and Tyler were incredibly helpful and very polite and friendly. Larry GREATLY assisted my mom by notifying her about another tire that was very low tread and also FOR FREE moved the low tread tire to the back of her car "in case anything happens before she can replace it". It is a $3 minimum to start your wash for 4 minutes. They accept tokens, quarters, dollar coins, and credit card. I used my credit card and the total cost I spent was $12.75. My car is worth the extra love and attention. I have a hard time trusting others or the drive thru car washes, so I like to wash my car personally. These wash bays have the following features: pre-soak, wheel & tire cleaner, high pressure soap, foam brush, high pressure rinse, wax, spot-free rinse, air dry, and stop. A lot of these came out of the same nozzles compared to other places that have separate nozzles per function. I was also annoyed of maneuvering the way it was hung to the ceiling to get around the bay. There are also vacuums upon exiting but I was in a rush so I didn't try it out. It's good to know the option is there.

I left feeling like they saw an opportunity to overcharge me instead of giving me a fair estimate. Whether that was their intention or not, that's how the experience came across to me. A difference of almost 5.000$ for the same repair is hard to justify. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs here. It saved me thousands of dollars
