Seems to be a common issue with late model VW's: Cracked coolant overflow flange at engine and cracked coolant flange at another engine port. Intune motors took care of this within a couple days due to a part that had to be ordered in. read more

I'm updating my previous five star review some time ago. I just took my ten years old 2014 Audi A5 for the strut replacement for the hood, regular maintenance with oil and oil filter change. The owner personally worked on my hood strut and charged me only for the part priced at $49.33 and no labor charge. The Mobile 1 synthetic oil was $8.25 for each and five cans were used. The oil filter was $15. Altogether the labor costs me $31.39 and parts were $105.58. Total cost was $126.37 with discount for being a regular customer. When I checked other places, the costs for parts only were at least double. The entire work took about 55 minutes. I'm definitely renewing big fat five stars. If you live in Orange County and near Irvine, Tustin area, for any car repairs, make sure you check Thuc and Ricardo. These guys will be honest goodness the best people to trust your car with. Just for a fun fact: my daughter needed to take this car for a few months to Houston last year for her school. I had it thoroughly checked by Thuc and made sure the oils, transmission, belt, tune up, tires all got checked and serviced at a very reasonable price. She had it outside her apartment in Houston and drove it everywhere. She came home with absolutely no issues with her Audi. I'm truly grateful for these guys! I got my oil changed from Jiffy Lube and they mentioned I had a cracked radiator and hose, so I read the good reviews of Intune Motors and decided to give them a shot. I've had to put a lot of money into repairs over the past few years, so I was not excited to have to do this, but Intune motors made my experience so wonderful. The owner informed me it wasn't a radiator crack, which I was so happy to hear. The coolant was leaking from a different hose and he was able to order the part and replace it within the same day. He also saw my fog light cover sitting in my passenger seat, as I had to order a new one and couldn't get it on myself and installed it for me! Pricing is fair, service is great, and they're honest. Great shop. They helped me replace a radiator leak in my son's 2015 Lexus IS 250 with over 100k miles. They found the leak and was able to take care of it and replace it with a new radiator. Then, I came back to have them replace the water pump, tensioner, serpentine belt, and thermostat. They didn't try to up sale me and I did these replacements as a preventive maintenance to prolong the life of the vehicle. I bought the parts and had them replace it. Thuc and his team are the very best at diagnosing and addressing issues quickly without all the red tape and shop jargon you get at other Auto repair places. When I called back to ask them what kind of Transmission oil was used in the last repair they completed- I was astonished to find out they used one of the best motor oil brands they could find! When I asked why they chose to use this over the factory oil I was informed that one they chose was better for my car given it's high-mileage. Most shops would use the cheapest stuff they have lying around and charge you up the wazoo for it. Dealer quoted me I needed 'X' part (4k) after doing a brake fluid change. I took in my car to this shop to get my brakes doubled checked and to see if they could double check the brake system. They looked over my brake system and mentioned there were no Codes or faulty items other than the brakes may need to be bled. They ended up bleeding the brakes properly unlike the dealer and told me that my brake issues is most likely the BMC. They afford ordering a 3rd party BMC. I opted to order an OEM one that ended up in taking a month to get in. A month later, took the car back to them to install the new BMC. Here is where their commitment to their customer service shined. Ricardo did multiple brake flushes trying to get the brakes to feel right. After 4 flushes the brakes were grabbing better, Ricardo still wasn't happy with them but suggested I try it out. After trying it I was feeling improvements in the brakes.
