Lots of mixed reviews about this location but I will talk about my experience on 2/11/16. I was hearing a grinding noise coming from my car so I went to have them check my oil and brake pads. When I pulled up, David, greeted me and tool my car in for a check. Him and the team were quick and informative in helping me figure out what was needed. Although we arrived 12 minutes before closing on a Sunday he had oil and oil filters changed on both my car and my daughter's car in less than 15 min, and saved us from having to come back and do this the next day. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this Jiffy Lube. I learned today that my car has been running for a year with the wrong oil--an error made during a previous visit here. When I questioned it, staff simply said those employees no longer work there. After I rejected service, they filled the oil anyway without my consent and told me they'd note not to service me next time. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. FIRST OF ALL, STAY FAR AWAY. LOOK AT THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. They are all consistent! They do something scammy with your car!! Should file a complaint to BBB! When I rolled up the bald headed bearded dude acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. Then as I got closer, he goes, "have you been with us before? You have to register to get serviced." I have never in all my years have to do that getting an oil change. Mechanics just usually kindly take me in. He proceeds to look at my mileage and states, " your sticker says valvoline. That's our competitor." Like why the f does that even matter? All around bad attitude from the moment I rolled up. Then he tells me, "We have to drive you car in. It will take 20 minutes." That's when I got really suspicious and decided to go to my trusted Valvoline!! Had I let him take my car, he probably would have f'd up my car like all the other customer's!! I am sorry yall had to deal with that!! STAY FAR AWAY AND JUST GO TO VALVOLINE. read more
