Our car sat there for a whole WORKDAY untouched, only for us to eventually be told that they couldn't get to it and asked if we could come back over the weekend. Seriously... why take an appointment if you have no intention of honoring it? If you're too busy to service a car at the time we were ABLE to schedule it, then SAY THAT. Don't have someone drop off their car, let it sit there for hours, and then casually tell them you never got around to it. Due to "new management" That's not being under "new management" --that's wasting someone's time and showing a complete lack of consideration for your customers. We could have taken our car somewhere else and actually gotten the service done, but instead we wasted hours because apparently "appointment" is just a suggestion here. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you value your time, save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually knows how appointments work and respects the time of the people giving them their business. ( FYI: A big reason this place has so many positive reviews is because they literally have a sign at the entrance offering a free shirt for leaving a positive review. That definitely makes you look at all those glowing reviews a little differently.)

My car is a luxury European vehicle, and not every technician is familiar with working on this type of car, but Daniel handled the job with confidence, skill, and complete control. What impressed me even more was that they didn't just change the oil and send me on my way. They checked the tire pressure, fluids, and several other things to make sure the car was in good shape. They did everything they could to help without even mentioning. This is clearly a well managed shop. The employees are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
