American tire depot did a great job installing my tires. Even though i bought them online and brought them with me to install. They did so with no issues whatsoever! Plus they didn't over torque my lug nuts. Took them a little under two hours, but that didn't bother me. The quality of the works is what matters and im very happy with the work they did, A+. I'm just physically not strong enough to get the other side of the tire over the rim . And I thought hey worst they can tell me is no u know . DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I took my car in for a flat tire and they called me a hour later saying the stud broke off and the free service was now $200+ . They charged me to fix something they probably broke. The reason i say probably is because of everything else after. After i picked up the car i felt the car drive funny. I finally let my family mechanic take a look at it and they never re- tighten the caliper- they didn't even put a bottom screw. The caliper was completely loose and hitting the inside rim. This leads to the car brake system failing and will cause a horrible accident. Literally the worst nightmare avoid this shop at all costs. I will be reaching out to the manager about this. Completely unacceptable and who ever worked on the car either had NO IDEA what they were doing or negligent. read more

I'm not really sure why every time I come here I'm very disappointed that with the amount of time (like how inaccurate the wait time is). I came here once for tire replacement and the said should only be about 1 hour so I waited. After and hour it wasn't ready so I asked like 30 mins later and it still wasn't ready. I think in total took them 3.5 hours. But since i thought it would fast I just waited there in person for it. So after that I decided not to wait in person anymore. I decided to just leave and wait for them to call me. I asked the person again how long it will be and the hit me with 1.5 hours. After 3 hours they never called me so I decided just to go and check since I was nearby and I saw my car was done with new tires. I get they are busy but dang I was wondering if I didn't check if they would ever call me. The actual talking to them is nice and they are helpful but just the estimated time wait times are not that accurate, so be aware and plan around. read more

I first went next door to Euro Car Doctor for a simple oil change and after their diagnostic test they handed me a quote for around $9000. You can imagine how stressful that was, expecting maybe a $200 bill and instead being told my car basically needed a complete overhaul. Out of concern I took that same quote to American Tire Depot just to get a second opinion. They reviewed everything line by line and told me they could get it all done for about $1500. That alone earned my trust. They finished the job in just a few days, the car drove perfectly afterward, and the entire experience felt effortless. Since then I've brought my car back several times for regular maintenance and other issues that come with having a 10 to 15 year old car. Every time they've treated me with honesty, patience, and care. EJ and Trevor along with the entire service team are genuinely great people. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about customer safety and satisfaction more than anything else. They don't just do the job and send you off. They actually walk you through what they're doing, explain what might need attention in the future, and even tell you when something can wait so you're not spending unnecessarily. There was one time my car completely seized on the freeway and I was dreading another massive repair bill. This is my first time using American Tire Depot and was left feeling extremely disappointed with how UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT this location is. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION! Had to replace a SINGULAR tire. They took 3 DAYS to replaced my tire and left my wheel DAMAGED. I dropped the car off on Monday, 3/17/23 and didn't get the car back until Wednesday They said it would only take 2 hours. Came back later by the end of the day and they said they can't get the tire to inflate. They promised that would be able to get to tire on the next day so i left the car there. Next day come around, same story of "oh we tried everything but can't get it on". They even had to order a SECOND tire to try. Finally they had to take to another shop to check it out. TURNED OUT, the shop where they took it to was much more COMPETENT and noticed right away that it was the wrong size. I ordered 275/30/ZR20, and they been trying to fit a 275/30/R20 on my wheel. I had to leave the car there again for one more night for them to order the RIGHT size for a THIRD time. I finally get the car back and noticed the wheel was damaged. I finally get the car back and noticed the wheel was damaged. The shop did provided some BS rebate which barely covered tax and a free oil change. This is not a appropriate for all the time wasted and the damage on my wheel. The team here are UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT from top to bottom. I came in because my tire was losing air. Over the phone, I was told there were 2 punctures and that the tire couldn't be repaired. But when I arrived 20 min later, I saw three white circles already marked on the tire -- and they told me I had three holes and needed a brand new tire for $300. The new tire wasn't even available that day -- it was supposed to arrive the next morning. Something felt off, so the next day I called and asked to just pick up my car. They were extremely rude and sarcastically told me, "Drive safe," even though they claimed my tire was too damaged to drive on. I went to another tire shop -- they confirmed there were only two actual punctures. The third mark was just that -- a mark, not a real hole. They patched both real punctures in 30 min without any issues. This place tried to scam me into buying a tire I didn't need and likely planned to keep my old one to resell. Be careful. Always get a second opinion. I'll be adding photos as proof. P.S. You asked me to email you after I posted my review -- which I did immediately.
