Took my lifted Tacoma here 2 years ago with same setup and had an alignment done. Came back a few weeks ago for an alignment after replacing a inner tie rod. Next day my stability control and safety sensor was on. Took it back to see what happened. The manager at that time started denying they did anything wrong. Starting saying thing like "if you want it back to normal we have to put your alignment back like the way it came in" "its not our fault your truck is lifted" and my favorite "you can't have your cake and eat it too". These comments piss me off so much! You charge me $200 for an alignment because you know my truck is lifted. Normally its $140. And my truck is mess up under your care and you are denying it? Finally the technician told me to see if they can reset it with their scanner. After a few minutes it was back to normal. So it's something they can do but didn't and then blame my lifted truck as the reason. You took my money and didnt want to complete the job. If you have a lifted truck/vehicle i don't recommend this shop. Never taking my truck or car here again. I also ask how much a certain tires for my wife rav4 was. They quoted me $1,400 installed while another shop charge me $1000. read more

Coworker used a Groupon for this place on oil change and tire rotation. I don't have a fancy car (Corolla) so I got the regular instead of synthetic oil deal that cost $30 more. When I booked my appt over the phone the manager emailed instead of called me about an hour prior to let me know they were booked so I went down there for nothing. He apologized. All good because I don't work far from here but if I was driving more than 5 minutes to get here I would've been pissed they wasted my time. Next time I went in he said the Groupon was for x but my car needs full synthetic. I said fine, do what is needed and I'll just pay the diff. No can do, he said. Have to go through Groupon. Which in the fine print says no refunds and he also prefaced that other people who came in said it was a pain to try to get a refund. So he sent me on my way and asked if I wanted to take the car or leave the car and get it sorted. I was at work at the time and coworker was waiting to drive me back, so I didn't have time to do this again so I said I'd leave the car there and handle it from the office then call him back with the right code on the "correct" Groupon. Meanwhile all I can think about is: 1) if a Corolla can't take the cheapest oil what car can? And 2) I get it that I can't pay the difference but that's a real hassle. Luckily, instead of dealing with Groupon I just called my bank to dispute the purchase and bought the higher priced Groupon to give the manager what he wanted to get my car done. When I came back to pick up my car there was another young woman waiting who was trying to sort out the same issue on her oil change. The manager asked what I did and I said I just disputed it with my credit card and let the bank handle it instead of dealing with Groupon. Moral of the story? This wasn't worth it. I'd rather just go get work done elsewhere and pay what I should be charged instead of the obvious upsell for people who are trying to save a buck but going through these stupid hoops. read more

Walked into the shop looking for rotation, balance, and alignment. The first thing I saw a tech driving a car into the bay and reving the engine and laughing about how it sounded. When the techs finally realized a customer was there, they let me know the manager left and they could physically do the work needed but couldn't do so without a work order. The only person that could make the work order was the manager that randomly disappeared. This was a Wednesday at 10 am. The techs did not seem very surprised to know no one was there to help. He had the nail pulled, patched the hole and charged me ZERO. It was a nice holiday surprise. I always get treated well at this place. People are always friendly. I went in to get a patch for a nail for my Tesla tire after Costco said they couldn't repair Tesla Continental tires. The guy at the counter said it he could try to repair it but due to the foam lining in the tire it may not be possible. He explained the risk and told me the price of a new tire if the patch failed. He then went took my car back and did the repair himself and was done in about 30 minutes and showed me pictures of what he did to repair it. Stopped by this week to get a simple nail removed from my tire. Right away, the guy starts pushing that I "need a new tire" because the nail was "too close to the edge." That was a straight-up lie -- the nail wasn't anywhere near the edge. Then he tries to charge me $250 for a new tire. Mind you, my car is only two years old with low mileage -- all four tires are still in great condition. Total scam. I took my car somewhere else, and guess what? The tire was 100% repairable -- no replacement needed. This place is a joke. They try to upsell you with scare tactics, lie to your face, and pressure you into spending money you don't need to. A lot of screen time amongst employees during business hours. DON'T waste your time. Truck sat on the rack for 2 hours before someone touched it. Had to walk into the back to get someone's attention. Dropped of the car and did our own thing then about 1.5 hours later we were called to pick up the vehicle. I had an extremely negative experience with Tire Choice at 14511 Red Hill Ave, Tustin, CA a complete waste of time and money. I ordered tires through Amazon, which unfortunately only partners with Tire Choice. Since this location was closest to me, I selected it. My car requires two different tire sizes (front and rear), so I ordered accordingly. I received a notification that one tire was delivered but not the other. When I called to check, Kevin, the store manager, was incredibly rude and dismissive. His response? "I have 200 tires, I can't tell which is yours," before hanging up. As if they don't have a system to track deliveries? I had scheduled an appointment at 12 PM the next day, but when I arrived, Kevin told me, "My men are on break. They won't start for 1.5 to 2 hours." Then why offer appointments at all? I had planned to work from my laptop while waiting, but not for two extra hours. Additionally, I prefer to drive my own car into the bay, but when I asked, Kevin aggressively shut me down with, "NOPE! No one drives into my shop. We can't do the service for you, and you're free to leave." At that point, I should have left, but I reluctantly handed over the keys. Since it was going to take so long, I took a Lyft back to the office. Shortly after arriving, Kevin called me again, saying my tires were a different size than the recommended ones. I explained that they were still within specs (just slightly wider, which is perfectly fine for my rims) and I will take full responsibility of that. He refused to install them, claiming it was their "policy." Funny enough, I couldn't find that policy anywhere on their website. If it was a real policy, their system should have flagged it earlier--saving me time, money, and frustration. Fortunately, I found another shop just a few blocks away, where the staff was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. They let me safely drive my car into the bay, roam around, and watch the process (which I enjoy). Tire Choice was an absolute disaster. Rude customer service, poor scheduling, and a lack of transparency make this place a hard NO. Never again. read more

I changed the engine oil here, and they didn't finish the job well, so I was riding in a condition where the oil was dangerously dropping 3 drops a day. Despite being in a dangerous state, I couldn't make a reservation, so I was asked to come the next day and went back the next day. 1. He said he could not show the condition of the car when I asked if I could see the leaking. 2. He just changed the oil without saying how to proceed. 3. After replacement the oil only, I was waiting without knowing how long to wait. 4. Again, when I asked how long I would have to wait, he took away the precious customer's time with nonsense and ambiguity, such as saying that I couldn't give you a car until it was 100% confirmed. 5. He said no, even though I asked him that I could come back if I see any future leaking by checking daily. 6. Even if I said I would call the police, he said yes, and while I was doing so, he hurriedly brought my car out. Horrible service. I usually do not have time to write reviews but I need to do this one. I ordered my tire via their website and made an appointment to install tire the next day at 12 noon. When I arrive Nicolas tells me the tire was not there and that the website has issues and it happens often. I figured okay maybe an issue with corporate and fixing website so I didn't not blame him. I asked if he could order and he did. He said it would arrive the next day and I would get a call telling me when it arrives. Next day and no phone call. So I called them on the third day and said I never received a call for my tire. They transferred me to Nicolas. Now Nicolas said there is an issue with communication with the warehouse and they do not have tire. Now I am upset but kept my cool. I asked him in a stern voice, can you call them direct, order tire and call me back please. He said he would call me back. I never received a phone call. I tired these guys because the price was the lowest and now know why. Their service is unbelievably bad and I never heard a sorry from their mistakes. Came in for an oil change, and staff let me stand there for over 10 minutes without a greeting or asking what I needed. Once I asked if someone would be helping me they said be right with you and proceeded to talk about the fixes on the cars in their bays for another block of time. Their conversations were not critical and only one person actually had their hands on a car. It seems the staff here just want to do the least amount of work possible and collect their checks. Purchased a Groupon for an oil change and made an appointment online. When making the appointment it specifically asks if you will be waiting or leaving the vehicle. I chose waiting and selected the 1pm appointment. I arrived just before 1 and told the person that came out that I had an appointment at 1 for an oil change. He told me I had to leave my car and it would be an hour and a half. I asked why it would take so long for just an oil change. He listed off a bunch of random things like tire rotation that I didn't need and I told him as such but he insisted that it had to be done. I said ok but then he tells me that the only person that could do the oil change was at lunch for an hour. Why have appointments at 1pm when you have nobody to do the service and why am I forced to wait for unnecessary services to be done that I don't want? I left without getting my oil changed and unless you want a ridiculous long wait for a simple service I suggest you go somewhere else. More accurately a 3.5 rating. I purchased four tires thru Amazon, and tire choice was the recommended installer in the area. Pluses: Kevin honored the Amazon install price in person. Service was prompt and courteous, and tech even inflated tires to specified pressure on doorsill placard. Minuses: Store didn't have the Tesla lifting pucks to avoid battery damage - I had to provide them. Surprising since Tesla superchargers were in the parking lot. 2. I witnessed the tech using only the air impact wrench to tighten the lug nuts, and as I found at home, overtightened them. I had to retorque the lug nuts myself to factory specs. read more

I would not recommend this place. I came in for tires and a B service on my Mercedez. The check engine light was never turned off. They told me to come back So the mechanic could reset it. I went back three times and was gracious about it. They still Have not been able to reset it and even though my car was supposedly repaired the check engine light is still on. When I went back yesterday to try again the manager who was helping me conveniently left and the technician said there equipment can service a 2018 Mercedez!!!
