I had a really great experience at America's Tire. I came in a little after 5pm, not long before closing, expecting it to feel rushed--but that wasn't the case at all. There was a short wait at first, but once it was my turn, the employee who helped me was very friendly and professional. He introduced himself and took the time to explain everything clearly. He let me know my spare tire needed to be replaced, pointed out a screw in one of my tires, and explained they could patch it for free. I really appreciated that he also reassured me that the rest of my tires were still in good shape. The wait time to get the tire fixed was reasonable, so I stepped out to grab dinner nearby and came back later. When I returned, another employee updated me right away and let me know my car would be ready in just a few minutes. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and friendly from start to finish. I left feeling confident in the work they did and really satisfied with the experience. I'd definitely come back and recommend this location. read more

i've taken all 3 of my cars here for tires, make sure you talk to Uri, he is the coolest guy ever, always extremely helpful with everything and top tier customer service. only 3 stars because one of the porters started revving my car and shut it off mid rev while pulling it into the shop. my car is tuned and does not have a rev limiter. if you rev too high, you will blow the motor. no reason a tire shop should be revving a car at all regardless. read more

Super helpful every time I've been there. I would definitely recommend them. The tires also seemed to be a good value

This place is really exceptional. Had a TPMS that went bad on one of my tires. Called and they told me to walk in. Walked in and they were checking my tires within minutes. I approved the price and they had it swapped out in less than ten minutes. Excellent service and competitive pricing. I got my tires here and it's the only place I'm going from now on. No more waiting at Costco for hours. read more

I got 4 new tires from them. Ordered online and scheduled my install appointment. I waited there, took about an hour as they estimated. I appreciated the price matched Costco on the $0 install fee as the tire prices were comparable. The staff was super friendly and the customer service was wonderful. When someone would walk in they would acknowledge them and let them know they would be with them shortly. They were super busy but they run a good operation. It was refreshing to see considering most businesses don't seem to care about customer experience anymore. read more

Walked in with a flat tire at 5:20 PM without an appointment. They removed the nail, patched the flat, refilled air in all 4 tires, and had me out by 5:50 PM. Everyone I interacted with was super efficient, professional and had wonderful customer service skills. The entire service was complimentary. More importantly, there was no pressure to purchase new tires. I even joked about my balding tires and the associate kindly told me I had at least 6-8 months left. read more

I took my car in for new tires. I originally called just to get information on what their process is since I was new to the tire buying experience. I spoke with Bryan who answered all my questions, helped me set up my appointment, and narrowed down which tires to choose. On the day of my appointment, Bryan also assisted me and provided me the same top quality service he provided over the phone days prior. I definitely recommend this location! read more

You seriously can't beat this place. Their price, their people, the service. Been coming to this location for many years and also love that I get treated well as a longtime customer - businesses like this that take time to build a relationship with customers are the ones that stand out. I've also shifted to being a believer in getting the tire insurance - especially on a high-quality set. Thank you! read more

Horrible customer service! Booked an appointment the night before and when I showed up they said I wasn't in the system and I had to wait 90 minutes just to get 1 tire checked out. I also got all 4 tires from here with warranty and they still did not care! Stay away, lost 2hrs of work read more

Don't look around for other tire shops, just go here! These guys are awesome. They have the best prices out there and will price match as well. The shop is super clean and very well managed. Took my Rav4 Prime in for some new tires and they took care of me. I ordered the tires Friday night, they were at the shop the next morning! They got me on the schedule that afternoon. I went to a restaurant nearby to grab a bite to eat and by the time I was done my car was ready! Thanks to everyone here for doing such a great job! read more

I got a tire rotation and they asked if I wanted an alignment without notifying me that it would be an extra cost and did not disclose. It was very underhanded. Be very careful dealing with them. I felt It was extremely dishonest. read more

I got here a few minutes early for my 8am appt and they'll be done around 815. Im heading on a roadtrip today so it needed to be done. I've been an America's Tires customer for many years now and today, like always they do not disappoint!! Brought my car in with a leaky tire and was attended by Bryan who was super courteous, professional and really knows his craft. He diagnosed my problem and got right to work. Even though the place was really busy they took care of me in a timely manner. Since my tires have the damage replacement warranty on them (worth EVERY penny) there was no charge. We bring all 3 of our vehicles here and have always had good experiences. They do the off-road tires on our truck, standard tires tires on our SUV, and performance tires on our sedan. My car alerted me that I had a low pressure in one of the tires and I drove to this business to have the tire checked. It was my first time there and they were absolutely wonderful. The waiting room was busy but they did checkins and looked at my car right away then kept me informed via text. I had a nail in the tire that wasn't visible but they found it. They did all of this at no charge and I had never even been a customer before. I will definitely go there for tires in the future! read more

Everyone here is very courteous. Joseph who helped us a coupla times is amazing, Bought my daughters tires here. Get the warranty! Greta first Experience! This was my first time visiting American Tire, and let's be honest--nobody really enjoys coming to these places to deal with tires. But I have to say, the experience here was surprisingly pleasant! When I called, the person on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful, answering all my questions and encouraging me to stop by. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and the staff immediately got to work. Cory came out to get the details from my car and assured me they'd take care of everything. Then Juan came out to explain what had happened with my car and walked me through the next steps. The whole team was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers' experience. For my first time here, it couldn't have gone better. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tire services! read more

Went in today for my tire rotation. Love and appreciate the superior service they provide out of this location. Everyone was attentive, courteous and knowledgeable, not just today but each and every time. It's best to make an appointment. When I came to check in, surprisingly there was no line. And the 2 staff members who passed by greeted me and said someone will be with me shortly. I am giving kudos to 2 people today who took great care of me. First was the friendly Jordan who provided detailed info on the condition of my tires. And after about 20 mins, Cole came over to let me know my car will be ready in less than 10 mins and explained to me what he did. Thank you and keep up the great service guys! read more

Was hesitant to come bc of a bad experience in Tempe, but had a top notch experience at this location by Cesar A. Had a flat, they got the right new tires installed, Michelin warranty has flats covered, in and out in 40 mins for only $48. Coming in on Monday was a good idea, not too much of a crowd. The store is dog friendly and all the employees were very courteous! I'll be back again! read more

America's Tire did for me what no other mechanic or tire shop could do. My car was having issues with the tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS). Another chain tire shop told me that I should go to the Lexus dealer and purchase their TPMS and then come back for them to install it. My mechanic told me he could install OEM TPMS, but, that I should purchase 4 of them for $200 each. I decided not to do it and asked if they could reset the TPMS. Resetting it was good for about 2 months before it lit up my dashboard again. The associate helping me, Terrell(?) was fantastic. I told him the car's history and issue. He told me that he could replace the TPMS and quoted a price of $88. I agreed. A text was sent to my phone and an estimated time. They fixed it earlier than the quoted time. So far the TPMS has been working perfectly. I didn't have to replace a pair or all four. They were way better and cheaper than the 2 places that I had already taken my car to. read more

I've been doing business with America's tires for three decades. Prices are fair, recommendations are appropriate, not up-sales, work done is fast, reliable and professional. I'll never go anywhere else for tires. read more

I had a very frustrating experience yesterday where my 30 minute tire installation appointment took two hours and resulted in me driving away with a flat tire after the staff had triple checked the tire pressure and assured me that it was my tire pressure monitoring system that was wrong. I ended up having to go to a nearby gas station to fill my new tires myself because they insisted they'd done it correctly. I don't have the heart to give them one star because the workers were friendly and working hard, but this was a terrible oversight that led to a frustrating experience and a lot of wasted time for me. read more

I had an appointment and stood waiting just to check in for 20 minutes. Instead of helping me they kept picking phone calls and having long personal conversations. What's the point in making an appointment if you are ignored when you get there. read more

These guys are great. They price match competitors, they repair nails in tires for free. The shop is very efficient and well run, very friendly and good employees. They don't try to needlessly upsell you nonsense, they just fix your tire for free if it's fixable and you go on your way in 20 mins. This is such a well run business I would not consider purchasing tires elsewhere at this point. read more

This location does Alignment on top of other standard services! Everything else was great as expected.

I was on my way to the Honda Center from the SFV for Life Surge and as I was about to exit a muffler was on the road and popped my tire. I called 5 shops and nobody had anything for my car. They were the only shop that had tires available, these guys had me in and out within 45 minutes with no appointment. America's Tire has been my go to here in the valley! Not surprised that service is amazing at all locations. Tires were decently priced for what they are and the lifetime guarantee is great. read more

I rarely write reviews. Absolute amazing experience at this America's Tire with Steven A. He was an absolute pro. I felt like a family member was helping me. AT - This man is an absolute asset to your company and you should be paying him accordingly. The service, patience and experience were 6 STARS out of 5. My daughter brought my car to Big-O-Tires with a nail in it. They told us that it wasn't repairable. It needed 4 new tires. told us that the tires were at 3/32", completely worn out. Luckily I called to get a second opinion. First, they quoted me the same tires for $300 less. They re-measured the tires at 6/32", and told me that the tire was 100% repairable. They saved me $1400, fixed the flat for free, rotated the tires for free. I will use them for life and will go there to buy my tires in all my vehicles. read more

As an update: I got in touch with their manager and he invited me to come by to get it sorted out. The techs tried their best but unfortunately weren't able to get my TPMS warning light off after all this time. They said the model of Tacoma I have is particularly difficult to do this job for--but that just makes me wonder why they were happy to charge me so much to work on a problem they couldn't fix. My disappointment remains, and I really want to waste more time driving over to learn that they can't fix my truck. read more

Dominic helped me out by price matching Costco's Michelin tires sale to the penny. I was expecting to wait at least three hours since that's how long I wait at Costco, but I was in and out within 30 minutes! Their customer service is great and I even got a good deal on a pair of TRICO windshield wiper blades since they noticed mine were spaghetti (aka shredded). The checkout process & appointment process was easy online. The check in at the shop was virtual and easy as well. In the shop, they were quick...
