Ryan is a lifesaver. I have a warranty for basic service through a dealership. Anything beyond, including fluids adds up fast at a dealership. I called Ryan and he not only saved me money on the brake and coolant fluids, he saved me a bundle on ridding my engine of rats. I dropped off my car during lunch, and Ryan actually advised me that my throttle body and fuel injection cleaning weren't needed since my car only has 67k miles. Went in today for brake pads. Before I gave my keys, I also inquired about my AC that hasn't blown cold air since I bought it. Considering how hot it has been lately I was in great need for functioning air conditioning. My initial appointment was just to have the serpentine belt replaced on my Mazda CX5. Ryan advised me that there is also a second belt that runs the water pump, which I didn't know about. He then explained that if I wanted to replace it at a separate visit it would cost more than having both replaced at same time.
