Got my windows tinted at Sync Wraps towards the end of last year 2023. The owner Jerry was very professional but also chill. I enjoyed the vibe at his shop. As for the service, my tint at the time was purpling and hard to work with which extended the job time but still came out great! Prices are hard to beat here. I got my Tesla brake calipers painted by Sync Wraps in July 2020. For the SECOND TIME since then, the paint has chipped terribly. They had fixed it the first time, so I reached out this time wondering if they could fix it again. Texted them; no response for 2 weeks. So I called them and spoke to Jerry, who scheduled me an appointment for a repaint. I showed up Friday 6/16 @ 10am, as I was told to, and they were closed! All my texts and calls were ignored. After 1 week to just do a chrome delete that was supposed to take one full day, they scratched my door which they "fixed" you still can see where it happened, also if you don't know how to remove a door, please don't do it. The speaker of the door got damaged, I had to replace it, also the door handle wasn't working I had to replace the whole thing because they "accidentally" cut a cable. The Jeep emblem has bubbles from the dip which they offered because they couldn't do a wrap on it, but it looks really bad, now I'm thinking to just replace them with brand new emblems.. Now after a few months with the chrome delete which it looked cheap and really bad ITS COMING OFF! This was a long overdue review because I actually had my car wrapped back in June but I guess I forgot to leave a review. Jerry and Tahsir were timely on their communication and execution with the wrapping on my car and couldn't have been any better to work with. During this time I was looking around Orange County to find a place where I could wrap my first car and fell upon this place on Yelp when it was fairly new with reviews. Jerry and Tahsir really try to go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what you want and you know exactly what to expect. I bought a brand new white Audi S5 which I wanted to wrap blue. I didn't know which blue on the color swatches would end up actually looking good on the car. Jerry was able to take the time to help me come to a decision out of the many blues available and I really haven't stopped getting compliments on my car since! It's a one stop shop for a lot of things when you get a new car. I had dropped my car off right after I got it from the dealership to get wrapped, tinted, and get my wheels powdercoated black. Once Tahsir heard what I wanted, he suggested ceramic coating the wrap to protect the wrap and add a shine. I'm a stickler for water spots on my car and to keep it clean so I decided to add that on as well. I also bought a new front grill I wanted installed on my car and Tahsir and Jerry offered to switch that out as well for me! I really didn't need to go anywhere else after coming here. The price was very competitive with other shops I called for quotes and they also included a lot of extras for free while other shops would've charged for it like door handles and mirrors. With a one week turnaround, it looked way better than my original white car and I was so happy with it. The ceramic coating really did add a shine to the car, especially the grill in the front and the wheels. Every nook in my new front grill was coated and shining. The blue (especially with the ceramic coating) turned out way better than Jerry or I even expected! I have been really amazed with the customer service and highly recommend this place for anyone who wants their car to be taken care as well as I do at one place! I've been contacting at least 20 places around the area for clear bra protection and tint for my Tesla model 3. Sync wrap offered the best quote (at least 200$ to 300$) cheaper than their competitions. The whole process of booking appointment was easy and Jerry was very fast to respond on Yelp and explain all the steps. I had no complains about the tint jobs. It turned out looking amazing. But when they did my bumper paint protection I found scratches on my existing hood ppf and pointed that out. They were happy to take off my existing ppf and reinstalled a new one free of charge. Now that's great customer service. I also like how their booking, billing are done online and you get text messages about updates on your vehicles. That's professional. ***FRAUD ALERT*** I took this company (Tahsir Ahsan and Gerardo "Jerry" Gomez) to court and won. It is public record, so they can't deny it. I gave them multiple opportunities to address the damage they caused, yet they managed to mess up my car even more. Note how many of the positive reviews here are for a FREE SERVICE. Naturally, anyone getting a FREE SERVICE is going to give a 5-star review. Right? Sync Wraps charged me $550 to install LLumar IRX tint. I later discovered that Sync Wraps installed non-LLumar tint on my car. They charged a premium for LLumar tint that wasn't even LLumar. I took my car to a much bigger (and far more ethical & experienced) tint installer in Costa Mesa who showed me how easily Sync Wraps' bogus fake tint came off the window. This awesome tint company has been in business for many years and the co-owner even worked for Eastman, which is the company that owns Llumar (she was the one who easily peeled Sync Wraps' non-LLumar tint right off my window). We compared LLumar against the tint installed by Sync Wraps and it is definitely different. Needless to say, this is FRAUD. Imagine how many people this company has scammed and ripped off. I still have not received the production lot/run numbers for the LLumar tint they installed, which is required for LLumar warranty coverage. I invite Tahsir and Gerardo to have the tint they installed on my vehicle tested by a 3rd party company. After giving these guys multiple chances to address all of the issues they caused and created, they stained and scuffed my interior hood liner from tinting. Didn't bother to clean it. They also scratched the defroster grid on the replacement windshield that they had to install after carving a razor blade across my brand new factory-installed windshield (car was less than a week old). I searched for a while for a place that does wraps for its cars, since I've wanted to wrap a car with a custom color when I found out that was a thing (mostly Instagram helped solidify that this was a thing). Anyway, I mostly wanted to wrap a car to protect the paint, but if I was going to wrap a car, I might as well make it a beautiful color as well, and throw on ceramic coating on top of the wrap to protect the wrap and the paint (and to make it a lot easier to wash and clean off bug splatter). Jerry was very responsive with his quotes, and although there was some mis-communication (I think because he was traveling at the time), the end result for taking my Tesla to this shop was worth it. I keep getting complimented on the color of the wrap and the level of detail that Sync Wraps provided, and most people agreed that the price was very reasonable as well. I paid $2100 to wrap a Tesla Model 3, along with $500 or so for the ceramic coating (honestly, they could probably charge more and I'd still pay, since other shops were charging $5k for the same job without ceramic coating). I got that rate by paying cash, so if you want to save a bit of money, you can do that and they'll give you a slight discount (as opposed to a surcharge because of the credit card processing fees, although most businesses include that surcharge into their price and don't give you an option to opt out, so props to them for allowing the customer to opt out). It took 4 full business days to wrap for my car. The worst part was not having my Tesla for 5 days, I love that car (4 business days, 1 additional day for drop-off and for them to wash the car to be prepped before the wrap). The best part is having a beautiful car that I love even more. And the compliments are just a bonus (and really, the credit goes to Sync Wraps for making it possible). So thanks Sync Wraps for making a sweet ride pretty much a dream come true. read more

Brought my Maserati to sync wraps and I'm very unhappy with their work . They kept my car longer than I've even had it because it was dented at this shop and the wrap was peeling off. They fixed the dent and made cut outs where the wrap had air pockets on the bumper . Six days after finally picking it up the wrap is peeling off again and there is visible glue and air pockets throughout the body as well as staining on the bumper and door. The Maserati dealer also noted holes made in areas to release air pockets . Now I'm out the cost of this wrap and having it taken off and done right by someone else.
