Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

Now about three years later my windshield tint is bubbling and warping. You can see it from the inside. I've reached out to them to see what can be done because I don't believe it should be bubbling up already. Even sent them pictures and they said that shouldn't be happening. I remember asking when I left the shop the first time they did tell me that the tint had warranty and if anything happened, they would replace it. Now that the time has came and it needs to be replaced they said they can't do anything because i don't have the little warranty slip. They gave me three years ago, which was never mentioned that I had to keep that because they do keep records of everything. They even confirmed that they had records of me bringing my car to that shop. Seems like the customer service was good in the beginning because they were getting my money but now I'm trying to get it replaced that went out the window. Unfortunate...
