Now about three years later my windshield tint is bubbling and warping. You can see it from the inside. I've reached out to them to see what can be done because I don't believe it should be bubbling up already. Even sent them pictures and they said that shouldn't be happening. I remember asking when I left the shop the first time they did tell me that the tint had warranty and if anything happened, they would replace it. Now that the time has came and it needs to be replaced they said they can't do anything because i don't have the little warranty slip. They gave me three years ago, which was never mentioned that I had to keep that because they do keep records of everything. They even confirmed that they had records of me bringing my car to that shop. Seems like the customer service was good in the beginning because they were getting my money but now I'm trying to get it replaced that went out the window. Unfortunate... I do believe there work is great and it can be a defect in the film that was installed but do not offer any solution was a let down.

Messaged them on yelp and was able to come in shortly after. Drop off was Friday and it was ready late Saturday afternoon but we were busy so I couldn't get it until Monday! I had a very unfortunate event that happened while getting my car serviced here, but I will say…read morethat in the end this business did do the right thing, but it was a little bit of a challenge getting them to reconcile. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.

They really understand what they are doing, and I felt completely comfortable with their recommendations. The windshield on my car is notoriously challenging to tint because of the size and layout, but they did it perfectly! They really go above and beyond. When I told them that I would not be able to pick up my car during normal business hours because of my schedule, they went out of their way to be available on a weekend, so I could get my car back ASAP. They also request that you bring your car back yearly, so they can look over the PPF and boast the ceramic coat - great service! Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!!

My issue was entirely with communication. I booked over a week in advance and dropped my Tesla off between 9 and 10 a.m. I went with XPEL XR Plus, 55% on the windshield and 20% everywhere else, skipping the roof since it already comes tinted. At drop-off, I was told it would be ready around 3 or 4, and 5 p.m. at the latest, which is when they close. Since I'd be without a car until then, I planned around that. At 4:20, I texted to let them to see if I should be heading over soon, since it's about a 20 minute ride for me. No response, even though the text showed as "Delivered." I called around 4:40 and again at 4:50, and still nothing. At this point I have no idea if my vehicle is going to be done today or if I have to wait a few days since they were closed on the weekend. I didn't receive any communication until I was told it was finished at 6:15 p.m., and I picked it up around 6:35, about an hour and a half after I was told it would be ready. I've had plenty of cars tinted, and I completely understand that jobs run long. Other shops have simply called or texted to say they needed more time, and that's all it would have taken here. A shop usually has a good idea by mid-afternoon whether a job will finish on time, so a quick heads up would have made this a very different review. I'm not asking for minute-by-minute updates. Something as simple as "Hey, we're running behind, should be ready in about an hour" would have been plenty. Even the smallest bit of communication goes a long way, and for what a premium XPEL install costs, I expected to be kept in the loop. If the tint holds up through curing, the work itself seems solid. But since that kind of basic communication matters a lot to me, I'll probably look elsewhere next time. Who knew the darkest thing about a tint shop would be its communication?

I've used these people in the past and so is my family not even sure how many cars they tinted but…read moreI have to say they have a minimum year they'll do and it's 2010 however three years ago they did tint my 2007 crown Victoria and I don't know if they broke the rules cause I said that they did tents before I don't know But they did a wonderful job. The car ended up getting totaled due to a front end accident and so I bought another one 2004 this time Little older less computer stuff to go haywire and they said they couldn't do it so I thought that was interesting but anyway, no harm no foul. The place did great work before they just couldn't help me now.
