They deleted my information from the system, claiming I hadn't been here in over a year when I was here in May. The customer service is excellent, and the wait time is almost zero. put in an online estimate with all my correct car information for this Jiffy Lube Sierra for a high mileage oil change, which was only supposed to be $89 i drive all the way out and bring my car in today and the gentleman wants to charge me almost $150 because the oil is "expensive European car oil" that he's gonna use ? it's just 5w-30, ridiculous, then he tried to tell me put the information wrong on the website. these guys think you don't know anything about cars. hilarious. Aiden,Abdel and the man himself Louis were incredible. They did not just change my oil but they told me what I needed to do to better my vehicle. Customer service incredible. Hearing the professionalism from Louis talking to the women in front of me is amazing. She wanted larger fonts as she couldn't see the small letters on the sticker they put after they are done on the car. He made it happen. Whoever owns this shop must be really proud. My dad just took his can to this location and they were very rude. He sat there for 20 minutes and nobody came out to help him. When he got out the car to let them know no one had helped him yet the guy said ok and still didn't help. Another car pulled up and everyone came out to help that car. My dad told a worker he was there first and he should've been seen first. He told them he wouldn't be bringing his car back there and the guy said "don't " and walked off. read more

I waited a whole hour and I was next just for them to move my car to the next lane and they put me in the back. I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change that's suppose to take only 15 minutes. They take about 45 minutes per oil change because they just walk around and talk instead of actually working. Other jiffy lubes are better this one just sucks. I left after they put me to the back. The price was going to be $140 for a hybrid vehicle, pretty pricey for a bad service. read more

I always give a second chance a couple months took my truck a to the Fontana location on Sierra. Customer service is awful!! They ignore you and have people just standing around clueless. I drove up to the Sierra Blvd location and asked for a oil change and tire rotation and brake inspection. I drive a Ford F150. Its not raised but does have 35 inch tires. After they started the oil change one of the guys came over to me and told me they might not be able to do the tire rotation because they had a truck just like mine fall off the rack because of the sidestep. I told him, how can you blame the side step for falling off the rack? It sounds more like the employee who was putting it on the rack didn't know what he was doing! So they finished the oil change and called me up to pay for the oil change and informed me that they couldn't do the tire rotation because of the sidesteps. I told them your guys didn't even try to put it on the rack! He said sorry we couldn't rotate your tires. If I would of known that I would of taken it elsewhere. Bunch of lazy employees that don't value there work. They could of at least given it a try. there only raising it a inch off the ground. I want to give a great shout out to the team at Jiffy Lube. Their customer service is outstanding. Louis from the moment that they finished up my oil change he explained everything now having to take care of my car maintenance. I need a lot of direction. He was quite patient in explaining how to make sure I pull out the oil gauge to check the color of the oil, he also said that when the oil is dirty, it has a different smell. Who knew all this also I want to give a shout out to Milton. He wiped down my dashboard. He vacuum my car to my windshield fluid and cleaned all my windows. This team goes above and beyond. They also gave me a coupon for $25 off. also they did it in a timely manner. You totally deserve the five stars. read more

Took my car about a mono ago and the maintenance light kept coming back on that oil needed to be changed I took I back to jiffy lune they said they forgot to reset the system but it still kept coming on and I ended taking it to the dealership and they were changed the oil and it's been fine ever since. Absolutely amazing service!! I had my oil changed 3 days prior with a competitor. As I was coming off an exit yesterday, smoke started billowing out of the hood of my car and into my car. I had smelled oil earlier, but I thought it was just burning off from a spill. I looked up the closest oil service facility and within 3 miles I found a Jiffy Lube. I have never used Jiffy Lube before, but they now have a new lifetime customer. Michael and his team quickly checked my car. They discovered my cap had been left off and the oil stick registered "0" oil. Even though they are not the ones the caused the damage. They refilled my oil, cleaning the exterior and interior of my car at no charge. I couldn't believe it. When does that ever happen? The compassion that these guys showed was amazing.!! I don't really write a lot of reviews but I have been bringing my vehicle here for its recurring oil changes since I moved back to the Inland Empire. The staff is friendly and they'll suggest some additional services after inspecting your vehicle. They're pretty quick and efficient at what they do. The place also has outdoor and indoor waiting areas depending on your preference. Their unisex bathroom is also clean and well kept. I took my car there for an oil change. Dude tried to charge me $75. He also showed my my 'dirty' filters which has a leaf conveniently placed on top. And was asking $50 for 1 filter! They see a young girl and think we're stupid. I paid for my $25 oil change with a coupon and left. Coincidentally 2 weeks later my power steering light is flashing on. No way am I going Back to that swindling business. I'll refill my power steering fluid myself. So help me god if they cracked my tank and didn't just drain it... STAY AWAY read more

Very long wait. Since theirs a Groupon associated with this location, it probably added to the wait. But also, so many cars that came after me were done long before me... I would suggest not using the Groupon. You basically pay the exact same amount you would have paid for an oil, maybe more. Plus, the oils listed in the fine print that aren't eligible for the Groupon are the exact oils that they use here. Go figure! I got a full synthetic which normally costs $75 plus some taxes which comes out to around $100. Today my bill was $128. So out of pocket on location I paid an extra $30. Add that to the $69 Groupon... well, I should have gone to Valvoline where I could stay in my car and be done in 15 for $100. read more

WARNING!!! BE CAUTIOUS WHEN TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Went for our oil change. Paid the synthetic oil... got that and of course the filter was changed for a my mid SUV. We went on a drive and about 300 miles later... My check engine light turns on and my car is telling me that it needs service. The "engine control system" needed a diagnosis. Then shortly later my oil change light starts flashing periodically. LIKE WHAT THE HELL!!! $190 for this crap!!! I take it to the dealer and they asked where we get regular service done, I advise about taking this to Jiffy lube and getting a oil change just 3 days ago and they proceeded to show me how Jiffy lube tech jammed the filter into the casing and causing damage to the casing and chips of plastic in the casing. 3 codes popped up with my diagnosis and ALL THREE CODES HAD TO DO WITH OIL!!!! ONCE THE CAR WAS OPENED UP THEY FOUND THE DAMAGE TO THE FILTER CASING THEY NOW HAVE TO CLEAN IT OUT! If you've had good service here before, consider yourself lucky! You dodged a car reck bullet! Don't chance it. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO TAKING MY CAR TO THIS LOCATION!!! VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Almost $300 LATER!!!! Now I have a successful oil change???? How many more people have to go through this till they properly train ALL their techs! And auto response person... No I will not email your person my review. Well my second trip here I was happy because this spot is close to my house. It's convenient to not have to go all the way to dealer for simple oil change.... But as I walked up to parking lot to pick up my truck I noticed they backed my truck into the tree next to parking lot and left it. Seriously?! Just left it up against the tree. When I confronted them about it just happened to be the guy that moved it and all he had to say was man I backed up real slow I didn't even know I did it. First of all how do you slowly bump a tree and not know??!! Most likely he backed up quick and jumped out. Secondly - come on I have a back up camera!!! It's a 2019 truck with a back up camera so somebody wasn't going slow and paying attention because the tree was all up in the back up camera screen when I started my truck. Then I was given "I'm sorry man I didn't mean to" then turned over to someone else to finish transaction because apparently he didn't want to own up and finish. No discount! No free offers! No manager coming out just handed to another guy lost on what was happening so can't take out on him. This guy did his best to be professional walk me out show new oil etc so my hats off to the guy working on his sons birthday so he salvaged some of the day. The bumper is reinforced so there was no damage but the point is it was super unprofessional to just "apologize" walk out and I over hear the guy saying I told the guy I was sorry and just acting like it was no big deal. So ya know I think if I can't trust a guy to move my truck the probably shouldn't let him near it with a wrench! Guess I'll be finding a new spot and/or going back to dealer. To management/owner - just lost good pocket full of money. Spent $400 today alone.... would've been more but they couldn't rotate my tires or do my differentials so your loss for future business. Btw I was too mad to take a picture but I did show the guy that walked me out just so someone saw it other than myself.
