I've been coming to this location for years with three separate vehicles but after today I may not be coming back. When I pulled up, 5 people were watching one person work with three cars in the bays and two of us waiting to be checked in. The lady next to me left after a couple minutes of waiting and I had to ask if they were checking people in. Once they checked in the car I went inside to wait. I could hear the staff cursing (their favorite word was F**k while berating a fellow co-worker) from the waiting area. I usually have our kids in tow but I'm glad I didn't today. Their attitude alone makes me not want to come back. There are plenty in the area so I guess it's time to find another place. And the value for the oil change has definitely gone up, $160 for an oil change on a 6 cylinder seems high to me. read more

Customer service is good. They're fairly quick. I would always go to this jiffy lube to get my oil changes done on my wife 2022 bmw x3 only to make sure there was record to keep factory warranty. Warranty ended and I did the first oil change myself at home since and there was no crush washer on the oil drain plug. This should always be replaced every time the oil is drained to prevent oil from leaking out. Got lucky I didn't have a leak but this is still not OK. read more

About a week after my oil change, I noticed a massive oil leak. I'm not sure exactly when it started within that week, but when I checked my oil, it was completely empty. Imagine if I had kept driving like that, I could've blown my engine. That would've been a $4,000+ repair. Now look, if I had gone to some random oil shack off the highway and paid $50, I'd kind of expect something to go wrong. You get what you pay for. But Jiffy Lube charges some of the highest prices for oil changes, so I never once thought something would be done incorrectly. I expected quality. Obviously, something wasn't done right. I called them and explained the situation, but since I couldn't move my car, I asked if they could come to me. At first, the guy kind of hinted that I should try towing it which is expensive, and honestly unfair since this was their mistake. Thankfully, they ended up sending someone out to my house. The guy did the oil change, which I appreciated--but when he was about to leave, he told me the issue wasn't really their fault. He said a "blue hose" had broken. I don't know a lot about cars, but that didn't sound right, so I looked into it. Turns out he was probably talking about the O-ring, which is a part of the oil filter assembly. And guess what? If you install it wrong, it can cause a major leak exactly what happened to me. He told me the part failed because of "high stress," which felt like a stretch. I use my car for work it's a 15-minute commute. That's not high stress. It really felt like he was trying to shift the blame onto me, or make it seem like it was some random failure instead of an install error. And he never really apologized. Just did the change and blamed the "broken hose." I paid for quality and got the opposite. Yes, they did the right thing by fixing it, so I won't give them 1 star. But the way the worker made me feel--like it was my fault--when it could have also been an installation error. Also the potential damages I could have needed to deal with if I damaged my engine is not okay. I won't be going back. read more

Came here on a weekday at 10:05 AM and initially there was nobody in the office, so another gentleman and I had to wait a little. After a few minutes Javier helped me. Told him that I wanted to get a high mileage oil change and he asked me to bring my car around back and wait there. Two bays were in use and I was next in line. After approx. 20 min I was asked to bring the car a bit closer and that I could then wait inside. They were done around 11 AM, so it took about an hour total. 2 years ago I did a tune up on my colorado. So 1 year I notice my battery charger was gone. It was under my back seat lift. So I couldn't complaint it was a a year. Me being a honest and good person they left there sensor motor in my truck I gave it back to them. Not knowing my battery charger was gone. I dont even think that change my spark plugs. I came here for the first time to get my oil changed and was greeted by multiple techs who were very detailed about the times of blends they have. I opted to sit in my car during the service and got to hear the shop talk. Went in for a quick oil change. This place is so convenient for 9-5 Monday through Friday employees! They are open at 7am and on weekends. Steven helped me out and was so helpful. He's definitely a morning person. Great mood and great vibes . I decided to add a tire rotation and a filter change for my engine. First trip and they provided me with a coupon. Thank you to Luis and Steven for that! So so helpful. Especially for a single mother. We need to find all the help I can get. The best part of it all was when I explained to them that I had to be at my son's football game by 9. I showed up by 810 with no appointment. I was out by 850!!! Horrible experience, awful customer service, and absolutely disrespectful men. Went to get my tire checked, to see if there were any issues with it because it felt wobbly... When I got there, they approached me in the parking lot, and didn't even let me in the door of the building... so I started telling them what I needed, and they didn't even let me finish, before trying to send me to America's Tire (who actually sent me to them)... Before even hearing what the problems was they were sending me somewhere else... They didn't have a lot of customers, but I guess they just didn't want to serve me? I left because of how dismissive and disrespectful they were. So, I figured before I call corporate, or leave a review on the internet, let me speak to the manager there, and let them be informed of my lack of service and disappointment, and maybe they can help me with the issue.... So, I called to speak with the manager, but when I asked to speak with them, an employee said "Ok" and left me on hold for 10 minutes...literally... and then after all that time waiting - of course THEY hung up... So, here I am writing this review now. I didn't even get a service here because they didn't want to serve me.... Still don't know why they didn't want to help me, but there are at least 5 other jiffy lubes in the area I urge you to go to besides this one. I hope they receive this, and put their employees through customer service training, so they can learn how to treat people. I will be calling corporate, and leaving a 1 star review on every site. Beware of shady practices at this Jiffy Lube location. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and witnessed the manager remove my air filter and handle it suspiciously--acting like he was going to dirty it up. when he saw me looking at him, he tried to hide , It honestly felt like he was trying to make it look worse than it was to push an unnecessary upsell. I keep my vehicle well maintained and knew my air filter didn't need replacing. This kind of behavior is deceptive and unacceptable. Customers come here expecting honest service, not games or pressure tactics. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend others double-check their parts and get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here. read more
