I understand that phone calls are part of the business, but I feel that customers who are physically present in the store should be given priority over customers calling in, especially when someone is already waiting in line. I simply think the location could improve by prioritizing customers who are physically present over customers calling in. I believe this would make the overall customer experience even better.

My daughter had two new tires installed two weeks ago. She was working late in Temecula and came…read moreout at 11 PM to a tire that was flat. She called AAA and had a tech come out to replace her tire with her spare. When the tech located her spare, it was flat. Most tire companies check your spare when you have new tires installed. She went back this morning to have her tires checked. The tech told her she needed an alignment. She explained that she just purchased the back two tires and they performed an alignment. He said he didn't know that even though she had it done in that store and he had reviewed her account on the computer. She asked to speak with a supervisor. A man named Joseph explained to her after she described her experience that America's Tire always offers an alignment when you purchase tires. That sounds horrible to me because they didn't check the car to see if need an alignment. They just offer it for the upsell. Furthermore, they patched the tire. So why would she need an alignment? Bad business. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have referred a ton of business to American's tires and I will not do that again. I feel bad for the next innocent, trusting individual that goes in and is under the impression they need an alignment when they don't. Because they offer it, regardless if the car needs it or not. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then they reply and say they want to correct it with more information but the link doesn't work.

About a week later, I believe I ran over a piece of metal on the highway, which caused my rear driver-side tire to blow out. Fortunately, the Tesla FSD (Full Self-Driving) system responded excellently, keeping the Tesla Model Y under control and preventing it from flipping over. AAA responded promptly and professionally, towing my vehicle to America Tires in Redland, where the employees again demonstrated professionalism and replaced my tires efficiently. Overall, I am very impressed. Now, all four of my vehicles have tires from America Tires; both of my Teslas are well serviced, and the other two gasoline-powered cars are being taken care of as well.

Best Customer Service…read more This American Tire location; has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! My tire suddenly went flat, so I stopped by this location at 5:58 PM hoping they could just put some air in it. I didn't realize they were closing at 6 PM, so I felt terrible for showing up so late. There was an amazing young man with blonde hair--I unfortunately didn't catch his name--who went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain my options. Even though they were already closing, he made sure I knew what I could do to get my tire fixed and didn't make me feel like a burden at all. Everyone inside was also incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. You could tell they genuinely cared about helping customers, even at the end of their shift. I'm so grateful for the kindness I received that evening. This is truly what exceptional customer service looks like! Thank you, American Tire!

I came to America's Tire specifically to get a wheel alignment on my Toyota Tacoma. The alignment…read moreitself was completed, but I was very disappointed with the sales experience. The salesperson who helped me, Ian, recommended that I replace all four tires. I told him I understood I would eventually need tires and that I planned on purchasing them later. He then told me that I should buy the tires today because if I replaced them later, I would have to pay to have the alignment done all over again. That made me feel pressured to purchase four tires immediately instead of simply getting the alignment I came in for. Ian also advised against rotating the tires, saying they were already in the best positions based on their condition. Before leaving, I asked for the initial inspection report, because I wanted to see the tread-depth measurements that supported the recommendation to replace all four tires. I was told the information was included in the paperwork they gave me. After getting home and carefully reviewing all the paperwork, there are no tread-depth measurements for any of the four tires anywhere on the documents. If all four tires were inspected closely enough to recommend replacing them and to determine that they were already in their "best positions," I would expect actual tread-depth measurements to have been taken and documented--especially after I specifically asked for them. I'm not claiming that my tires will never need replacement. My concern is that four new tires are a significant expense, and I believe a recommendation to replace all four should be supported by actual tread measurements rather than sales pressure. The alignment service itself was completed, but the experience left me questioning whether the tire recommendation was based on an actual documented inspection or an attempt to sell me four tires I wasn't ready to purchase.

No sense of urgency. They take their time to even ask what you came in for…read more They don't stick to them time they say they will have your car ready by. They should have better communication if it's not going to be ready with the time they had previously given you without you having to ask. They only started my car because I asked about it. They should value your time more. They seem to lack communication between the techs and salesmen. There is no accountability within their team and what they commit to. Once I asked they started to have better communication. They seem to want to upsell you and not just take care of what you came in for and let you just figure out what you would like to do on your own. I also asked for paperwork for the inspection so I can show car dealer since I just purchased this car and for some reason they didn't think they could do that. So strange. I took a picture of their device that reads the tire threads but that's all I have. I don't know how you do business that way and expect to make a purchase happen without any paper trail for people have. I guess I'm used to going to Glendora location, receiving great service, paperwork and good service even just for a patch. My advice to anyone is, drop your car off if you can and come back when they notify you it's ready.

Charlie, David, and the entire team did a great job with both vehicles. They were professional, easy to work with, and kept everything convenient from start to finish. They even provided a complimentary Lyft for both drop-off and pickup, which was a really nice touch. Best of all, they saved me thousands of dollars compared with what Toyota of Riverside had quoted me for the same work, without sacrificing the quality of the service.
