She called AAA and had a tech come out to replace her tire with her spare. When the tech located her spare, it was flat. Most tire companies check your spare when you have new tires installed. She went back this morning to have her tires checked. The tech told her she needed an alignment. She explained that she just purchased the back two tires and they performed an alignment. He said he didn't know that even though she had it done in that store and he had reviewed her account on the computer. She asked to speak with a supervisor. A man named Joseph explained to her after she described her experience that America's Tire always offers an alignment when you purchase tires. That sounds horrible to me because they didn't check the car to see if need an alignment. They just offer it for the upsell. Furthermore, they patched the tire. So why would she need an alignment? Bad business. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have referred a ton of business to American's tires and I will not do that again. I feel bad for the next innocent, trusting individual that goes in and is under the impression they need an alignment when they don't. Because they offer it, regardless if the car needs it or not. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then they reply and say they want to correct it with more information but the link doesn't work.

They were friendly, they were smiling, they were accommodating and helpful. They said it had been a long day, that they weren't going home early, yet they continued to smile and work so so hard. It was so genuine and sincere. I felt so bad that other patrons were being so difficult and impatient. Not a single employee complained about the heat or how busy they were. They were just hustling and working hard and having a great attitude while they did it. They deserve to be commended on a job exceptionally done. My son that attends college nearby went to get his ac checked and they wanted to replace every single component of the ac system. And also gave a long list of unnecessary extra service that they strongly recommend and left a bill almost $5k. Marvin was quick to realize I wasn't going to allow him to take advantage and play his games in doing unnecessary service. I had the car released and took it to Honda and they were able to get it fixed for less than half the price. Please go to a dealer or anywhere other than these people.
