    Super fast and friendly service. I was in and out in no time which is awesome because I'm super impatient sometime haha. They even had this cool charger thing for your phones just in case you leave unprepared like I usually do haha.

    Went there to get tires replaced and alignment. The workers there were respectful but the manager was so rude and disrespectful to his staff, it was actually embarrassing. While the service person was getting my info he was yelling at him in front of customers to move a car (while he just walked around). The service person told him I'm helping this woman right now. Can someone else do it? There was another person in back of him that wasn't working. And he just continued to yell and walked out. He just berated his employees & treated them awful. When I made a comment about it, he just stared at me trying to intimidate me. And I vocally explained I was not to be intimidated. There is no amount of time that his stare down, would flip my opinion on how awful he was as a person. His excuse for treating them like that was he needed to make sure that they did well on my car. I didn't see them doing anything wrong. And truthfully, I have my degree and all my ASE certs. I am just injured and I can't do stuff for myself right now. So I can clearly see if they were doing nothing wrong as someone who worked in the industry.

    No people working in house. Everybody was doing so slow.

    This store has absolutely no responsibilities about what they are doing. 1. Wrong job descriptions were produced, 2. had customer wait and wait more than a reasonable time. I had appointment, why do I need to wait for the other customers again. 3. No care to the customer. If you complain, they just send you go away. ***If you expect a quality service, MAKE SURE change another store to go. This is a very bad experience after wasted my hours of time.

    terrible service bunch of liars, criminals and thieves.I bought axle shaft with lifetime warranty. I went back to replace it again because it was defective and david clarr told me it didn't have warranty. but this time it will.i told him to give me proof. he answered me Firestone doesn't give proof only word.so i told him write it on paper.i had just change motor oil and wiper blades 5 days ago. he recommended me to do service. i told him i just did it.so David claar and technician Orlando are scammers. i reported to Firestone and no resolution.

    This shop consistently blocks the sidewalk with parked cars in a busy walking area downtown. They block the sidewalk even when there is available parking in their own lot.

    I hardly recommend NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they're going to rip you off. Recently I went for a Uber inspection and "they convenient found out" that my car needs $1,311 dlls on repairs.. mostly tires.. of course they encourage me to buy tires .. there a tire shop. Anyways I make my appointment and they make me wait almost 2 hours just to tell me their quote:. The guy in front since the beginning gives me the impression of wants me to sell something, it's an old black dude, DONT TRUST HIM. So be careful to go to this place.. they're not HONEST, they're just sellers and use Uber condition to BOOST their business.. if u need tires go to Costco it's a 100% cheaper and reliable and they not going to waste 2 hours of you're time, they get the job done quickly..

We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.
