I wish I could tell you about the great deal I found online, but when I showed up for my appointment it turns out the tires I ordered weren't in stock. (Shocking, I know.) I was expecting this to be the part where they up sell me a more expensive tire and out of desperation I just take it, but it turns out the more expensive tire isn't in stock either, but could be ordered and arrive a day sooner than the other tires.... He allowed me to leave my vehicle & worked on it & I was able to make it home with no issues. I appreciated the priority he made for my vehicle. Went there to get tires replaced and alignment. The workers there were respectful but the manager was so rude and disrespectful to his staff, it was actually embarrassing. While the service person was getting my info he was yelling at him in front of customers to move a car (while he just walked around). The service person told him I'm helping this woman right now. Can someone else do it? There was another person in back of him that wasn't working. And he just continued to yell and walked out. He just berated his employees & treated them awful. When I made a comment about it, he just stared at me trying to intimidate me. And I vocally explained I was not to be intimidated. There is no amount of time that his stare down, would flip my opinion on how awful he was as a person. His excuse for treating them like that was he needed to make sure that they did well on my car. I didn't see them doing anything wrong. And truthfully, I have my degree and all my ASE certs. I am just injured and I can't do stuff for myself right now. Rarely do I have a positive experience at any place I take my car to, but happy to report this was a 5/5 star experience! My tire pressure light came on and I stopped by multiple gas stations and was unable to get air. The layout is a little awkward so it's located on the corner of a relatively busy street so I can see how it could be challenging to navigate if there are a lot of cars. However, I was told to just pull up to one of my doors, and one of the employees helped fill air in my tires (didn't even need to get out of the car) and I was quickly on my way. The guy in front since the beginning gives me the impression of wants me to sell something, it's an old black dude, DONT TRUST HIM. He acted like he didn't believe that I had an appointment. I was there for my Uber inspection and he was rude and impatient as hell. I asked him how long it would take and he sighed, rolled his eyes and said an hour. It was closer to 2 hours once my car was finally inspected. Also, their waiting room is atrocious, torn broken furniture and used tissues all over the place. The only nice person I talked to was the technician who actually inspected my car and that was Alfonso. If I could rate Alfonso, I'd give him the 5 stars. I came here for new tires, brakes, and alignment which was desperately needed after teaching a teenager how to drive. David got me checked in for my 9am appointment and kept communication with me about my car. He also made me aware of possible future expenses. He broke down the cost of everything and made sure I was ok with it before doing anything and though I groaned at the (fair) price, he assured me my car would handle like new again and he was right. He made a great pitch for the firestone credit card that can be used nation wide with 0% APR for the first 6 months but he didn't pressure me when I said nah. They did their complimentary multi point inspection after my alignment and forgot to push my dipstick in all the way and when I hopped on the freeway and did a wide open throttle pull a bunch of white smoke came out the back. I was immediately alerted to I pulled over asap and saw oil all over my ac compressor and headers . And as you can guess by now my dipstick was left open and all the oil squirted out through their with the pressure of the engine. Today I scheduled another appointment for an oil change and spend nearly THREE hours waiting. I watched 5 people come, wait, and leave with there cars before I even bothered confronting them. They didn't even know where the papers for my car was. They also said I had another problem with the break fluid and would need to come back. Yeah, not gonna happen. TL;DR don't come unless you have all the time in the world. Horrible, terrible customer service from manager Tim. He literally walked away from me as I was asking a question about the $550 repair he was suggesting. He doesn't explain anything. He is rude. He acts as if you, the paying customer, are a nucance to him. You know it's bad when the other store knows all about him and his poor business practices. I took my vehicle to the Limonite store and guess what, that same repair was $100 less than what Tim quoted, for the same part! How is that possible you ask? Well that's because Tim parted it out. Why would you do that to your customer? Is that extra $100 going to make his books look better, yep it will if he pads every repair. I had another bad experience with this guy on another ocassion too. Apparently a lot of other people have too. I was told that Tim has the worst reputation as a store manager in the entire region. So what does that tell you.? Go to the Limonite store, at least you know that they are honest and do good work. I called to find out how much an alignment would be and if they had an appointment for the next day. It took 2 minutes for them to answer the phone. Then I told him I had a crew cab four-wheel-drive with a 8 foot bed truck. He said oh you will have to bring it in so I can see if I can do an alignment on it because he does not know the size of his alignment rack and what vehicles they could put on it or not. So I have to waste my time to give them business because they don't know what their equipment can and can't do. They are reasonably priced that's why they get 2 stars. read more
