Arrived at the Arlington location around 1:25pm and was IMMEDIATELY helped. The older man asked me was I here for an oil change I said yes, he informed me that my car takes full synthetic oil and quoted me $102 and asked if that was OK? I said fine I have the $20 off coupon as well. He then informed me that it would be about a 30 minute wait which was fine I'm in no rush. (The wait actually turned out to be less than 10 minutes) He came and took some info from me and a younger gentleman worked on my car. (Cristian) He checked my tire pressure as well. I had no issue using my $20 off coupon and was out of there by 1:54pm I will definitely be returning the mechanic was polite and efficient. Only thing I would add is that the invoice includes recommendations that I would not have known about had I not read the emailed invoice - and some things on the k voice that say completed were not such as a wash windshield. I had my oil changed and was asked did I want a cleaner added, I said yes. The next day my vehicle started to misfire and the check engine light started flashing. I went back to explain what happened and to ask can they drain the old oil out and put some new oil in, thinking maybe that would fix the problem. Sometimes different cleaners have a negative effect on older vehicles. Unfortunately for me I was met with a lot of finger pointing back at me. I've been a customer for a while so I really thought I would get some consideration. I usually go to the store on Arlington in Riverside, before that I went to the store on Alessandro. The manager kept accusing me of not allowing him to speak and saying that the only reason the other shop change my oil was because the did a lot of work for me. I had to get a break job, tires and shocks and mentioned to the shop what was going on with my vehicle. The shop manager said hey I'll throw in a deer oil change because some of those cleaner have a bad effect on some vehicles. The manager at the oil shop kept trying to make it sound like I was trying to get something free. He even went far as pulling the maintenance record saying I haven't got my oil changed in 9,000 miles. It was a frustrating experience. In the end I told the manager if it nothing you can do for me, let me know and I'll leave. I never thought that one of the cheapest thing you can do to a car would lead to me trying to explain for over 30 minutes and get no consideration from the manager. Very disappointing experience and I will not go to any of those stores again. I've been going to those shops to get my oil changed for over 10 years. read more

I've come back 2x in the last month thinking I've hit mileage for my car, and if they wanted to perform the oil change they could have. But they told me how many miles my oil last for. I usually have the best experience here at oil changers. I have been a loyal customer since 2018 (maybe earlier). not one single time have I ever felt uncomfortable and an inconvenience there as I did my last visit. I went on May 3rd 2025. I didn't get a pleasant hello as usual but I ignored that first encounter. They asked what I was here for I told them an oil change and the went to work. normally they show me where oil line was, that didn't happen. They often check my lights and filter . that did not happen. they usually do a tire pressure check / fill up . That also did not happen. The only thing they discussed with me was the option to get the oil change high mileage as I went over the mileage but I politely declined. when it came time to pay I let them know I had a coupon. ( usually they would have asked but whatever I know that might not be apart of the job description but I was just given excellent service that way in the past ) He then quickly said oh what coupon? I showed him the one I had and he said oh that expired today. which was a bit confusing if it expired the day I was there shouldn't it be valid until that day is over? maybe you guys do your expiration dates different but ok. I then asked oh is there a valid one then? and he looks up in the air and says oh I don't know that's for you to look for. I have never heard a more disrespectful comment in the demeanor he relayed that message. I paid then pulled up to the guy saying the good byes to ask for the gentleman's name that helped me and it was Chad. I am so disappointed that a place I have referred so many friends and family to had a person like this working there. I always get great service when I bring in my car to Oil Changers. I don't have to get out of my car and they don't take too long to do the oil change. The guy will show you the oil dipstick before the oil change and again after the oil change is complete. They also check your turn signal lights and will give you a carnation flower when you leave. Super impressed with this shop. I pulled up at 8:20 am. As soon as I drove up everyone kindly greeted me and started working on my vehicle. They explained to me pricing and would double check first to make sure they had the parts for the sprinter van. They checked tire pressure , Changed the air filter Only reccomended what was needed . I always dread taking cars in for oil changes because of the up chargers or them pressuring you to buy more things for the vehicle. They did not, they tell you what future work needs to be done so you're prepared for the future but don't pressure you. THIS SPOT IS AMAZING. Guess much a paid. $59.30 for my oil change. Compared to the 65-70 I would pay at other places. It for a basic oil change but if you sign up on the page with phone number or email you get 10 dollars off your first oil change so 49.30.
