every time I get my oils change in Riverside on sierra ave is always a good welcoming visit and ser excellent thank you for the treats to :)

I swung by Jiffy Lube on a Monday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait. I was greeted by Mason immediately upon driving around the bend. When coming from La Sierra, you need to drive around a bend to the left and make a quick right into the driveway. The entrance and exit share a narrow easement so use caution when entering the area. The service area is long and narrow so four vehicles can be worked on at the same time. Mason was super nice and had great customer service. The waiting area is small but can seat six people comfortably. Great AC on a hot day. They even have bags of chips if you need a snack along with purified water and Keurig coffee pods while you wait. I appreciated having the large window in the waiting area so you can see what the technician is doing and how your vehicle's service is progressing. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Of course, they asked if I wanted to have additional services performed on my vehicle out of the two offered, I got the urgent one done. read more

Been going to this Jiffy Lube since 2019. I highly recommend it! I've brought my car my parents car also. So happy with consistency in their work, time taken and constant communication of what they are doing. Super friendly and all seem to be a very cohesive team! read more

Took my mom's car here on a Saturday a little after noon (a Jeep with 220k miles). For a whatever car, it's a legit place to take it! Went with Castrol GTX high mileage and had a $15 off coupon. Total was around 75 bucks and I was in and out of there in like 15-20 minutes. Not sure how they would do on a newer or enthusiast car. Looks like a bunch of young car guys work there though. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Clean waiting room with nice air conditioning! My only critique is the television was too loud and I couldn't manually turn it down.. - Auto Repair Near Me - Riverside, California

Popped in without an appointment this morning. They had three vehicles in the 2 bays. I was immediately approached by a friendly technician. He took down my information and even informed me I could save money by using a cupon code from their website. He informed me of the free snacks and coffee in the lounge. They wasted no time starting the oil change, wait wasn't too long and staff was professional and nice. I'll come back again. read more

I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through the services performed, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The service was quick but thorough, and my vehicle is running noticeably smoother. It's refreshing to experience customer service done right -- organized, respectful, and genuinely attentive. I'll absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others. read more

Just started noticing that this jiffy lube discriminate against women and take advantage of them. I've been taking my diesel truck here for a while now! I get charged $90 with a coupon. My wife has also been taking it here and just told me that she got charged $119 with a coupon. Her vehicle is a small Chevy SUV. I'm definitely gonna be looking into this!! read more

You can be stuck waiting for almost two hours to get an oil change. Something is wrong with their workflow .. I will not come back again... also their lobby smells like sewer for the past few years. They never fixed it instead they are using some very harsh chemical to mask the smell. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Here's my jeep always trusting in your service! - Auto Repair Near Me - Riverside, California

I was on my way to the desert when my husband called to let me know there was oil in garage and on the driveway. There was a Jiffy Lube was near the next exit on the freeway. We pulled in explained what was happening. Even though it was a Saturday, they were able to check out the car within 20 minutes. I had had the oil changed at another auto repair about a month ago. They said that it appeared the oil filter had been tightened too much and it cause a slow leak. There was no oil on the dip stick and they did a complete oil change and made sure the engine sounded okay when they finished. James and Janey were awesome and explained everything. They literally saved my engine! I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! Thank you! read more

A few years ago I stopped going to this Jiffy Lube. It was awful. They never checked your tires, never filled fluids, and sometimes felt like they didn't change the oil because I would be in and out in 5 mins. After this situation I did have a manager contact me and he said he was taking over and is trying to get this place back on the right footing. Great, but I still wouldn't go back. However, I decided to give it a try last week. I was very impressed. Customer service was much better. They filled everything. They even wiped my windows and vacuumed the floors. I'm not sure if it's the same manager, but I will definitely be back again and I truly hope they keep this up. Great job! read more

The manager, is amazing. She and her team go above and beyond. I really appreciate all of them. Thank you, for being the best

I had an emergency where the skid plate under my car had come loose while driving on the 91 Frwy. It was dragging under the engine and making terrible noise. I have been a regular Jiffy Lube customer at another facility near where I live and had always had excellent regular service maintenance. However, this time I was out of town and pulled into the Riverside facility to see if they could help. Anthony and Daniel were awesome and so helpful. They removed the damaged skid plate and I was able to get home safely. And with no charge. Thank you so much to these employees. Jiffy Lube saved the Day! read more

In the past the service I receive was great. Windows were cleaned all the way around, inside was vacuumed, tire pressure was always check, and oil level was verified that it was changed and up to correct level read more

Great service! Replaced my back tail light so I didn't have to do it myself. Always has coupons so the value is great in these times.

I brought my car for an oil change... It took them 2 hours to do the work. I only saw two cars in front of me... they had plenty of workers around very slow service.... I thought it was a express service.. Expensive and slow read more

I never write reviews, but I had such a good experience at this location, I felt that I needed to write one. I generally take my Lexus to the dealership, but wanted something closer. I'm glad I went. Overall service went very well. My car is very clean inside and out, even Motor. After service, oil wasn't everywhere which is a plus for me. (Clean work) so bravo to the mechanic. Manager was very professional and kind the minute I walked in. She made it all so smooth. I think her name was Jani. The wait wasn't long at all. The value was great considering what dealerships charge. See ya'll in 5,000 miles. read more

Been coming here regularly for years. Jaynee has always been insightful and answered all my questions regarding my car. The team have always made sure my car needed the necessary service. I don't have long service waits compared other places. Jaynee will also provide coupons when they are available. Who doesn't love some savings. read more

What a racquet! I recieved a coupon for $15 off an oil change So I stopped by. I waited 15 mins in the pull up line just to get someone to acknowledge me. Then they don't do "stay in your car anymore" so they had me wait in the waiting room. An hour later.... to change oil, with no cars in front of me. What!? There is 5 people working here. Really. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $8.00 to top off coolant. Everywhere else I go they, top off for free. Ended up paying $88.00 after coupon for synthetic blend. Seems really expensive to me. Not to mention took over an hour. read more

i just came from this place, i was their last customer, i live approximately 3 miles from jiffy lube. i had oil change drive to my house and went to remove key and on dash board " check engine" light was on, dont know what they did to my car but this is the second time this has happen. stay tuned. i am taking it to my uei certified mechanic on monday. read more

I didn't have terrible service, it was fast. Everyone was nice. But the issue was AFTER I left. So a couple hours after I got my service done, I received a call from this location from a gentleman who claimed to be an employee accusing me of being disrespectful and of upsetting two staff members? Now, I work in customer service and see daily how terrible service people are treated and never would I pass that onto someone else. I was utterly confused by the call and his aggressive attitude towards me. He kept repeating, "So, what's your problem?" The crazy thing is I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I hardly spoke to anyone while I was there besides the gentleman who directed me, and the woman who charged me out. The remainder of the time I was sitting outside reading?... My rating is due to either 1) someone there is making wild accusations and got their facts mixed up and aimlessly accused me due to his only description being a woman with a Chevy that came in around 3 or 4 and apparently caused issues with staff (which I never saw while I was there) in that case would be extremely unprofessional OR 2) my information somehow was reached by a random person and they decided to troll me (from the facility number) which in that case would be more scary. Sooooooo never going back because I don't know which it is soooooooooo customer lost. Oh well, thanks for reading lol. read more

Friendly service, reasonable price and clean facilities. Reason for 4-stars (not 5) is: First come, first serve, so it could be 20 minutes or 90 minutes. They will offer to replace and install an air filter and/or cabin filter, for a price about twice what you can buy it for on Amazon and do it yourself in about 5 minutes total. Other than that, a good place to take your car for a regular oil change. On a plus side, if the wait is really long, you can pop in to Country Folks (right next door) for a bite to eat read more

RUN AWAY ! RUN AWAY ! RUN AWAY!! This is the worst place on planet earth you want to go. I was quoted 275$ for a basic oil change. This place is more expensive than the Mercedes!!!! And I have a ford truck. At ford the oil change is 110 bucks. This place is real convenient next to my house. I went online to see how much it costs to buy the material, I could buy everything for 100 bucks maybe even less. These people want almost 300. What a scam ! read more

Fast. Friendly. Affordable. I've been here several times and always had a great experience.

I'd like to begin by reviewing the wonderful selections of Keurig pods available. I especially enjoyed the pumpkin spice as I am a basic B. The powder creamer was a bit chunky but had a smooth finish. Thank you Jiffy Lube for the free coffee. I will continue my search for the perfect tire shop cup of Joe. read more

Not sure why this location only has three stars. Customer service is everything and was good here! The first young man met me when I pulled in, he even opened the door for me. The manager met with me about 15 minutes after I got there. He was very informative about the different options! I couldn't afford a filter this time and he said he would clean my current one up a bit so I can hold off until the next trip. A little longer of a wait than I was told and expected and I did call first to check first to see how busy they were. So, I'd advise if you are in a rush you do the same! read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Kind of hidden off Diana right by the freeway ramp. - Auto Repair Near Me - Riverside, California

Manager was very helpful and offered all my service waiting room was clean all the works were friendly.

Went in for an oil change. When I had first talked to the guy he had told me my air filter was good and they won't need to change it this time . Which makes sense because I just got it changed a few months ago. I was still charged for on the other hand and payed an extra $60 . My fault for not noticing sooner, I'm not mad at all I just had not planned on spending an extra $70 when he told me it's fine. Very nice people tho read more
