i was in here couple weeks ago thank to adelino and his staff for being very communicative and honest mechanics i have been bringing my cars here for years and i experienced a customer that left a review here and yelp won't let me reply to he was trying to take advantage of adelino's kindness and trying to pull a fast one on him over a simple a/c service thank you adelino! great value for quality work! read more

BEWARE -- VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! I brought my vehicle here only to have the A/C refrigerant filled. Right before this visit, my regular mechanic completed an oil change, fully inspected my vehicle, ran diagnostic tests, and provided me with a report showing no issues. I only came here because I didn't want to drive back to Orange County and hoped to find a reliable mechanic in the Inland Empire. Unfortunately, I was wrong. After they worked on my vehicle, the A/C motor was no longer working. They claimed it was already blown, even though it was working before I brought it in. To make matters worse, they drained the A/C refrigerant instead of resolving the problem. Now I have to take my vehicle somewhere else and pay to repair the damage, which will end up costing me more than double what I originally expected to pay--all because I came in for a simple A/C refill. The man I spoke with was extremely disrespectful, and I'm very disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability, but received none of those things. I will never return to this shop and strongly recommend that others be cautious before trusting them with their vehicle.!! read more

I love this place. These guys have treated me and my family very well. They do amazing work and they take good care of your vehicle. I've been taking ALL of my vehicles to them for a few years now. If you come in with a good attitude they will give it right back to you with good work on top of that. Adelinos is amazing. Thank You for your service. read more

Had an issue with oil leaking from hitting the bottom of my car. Went to Honda to replace a part and they didn't catch the battery or oil issue!!!! Adelino's fixed my oil issue for 75% LESS THAN 3 OTHER PLACES!! I had to put a quart of oil in just to drive there an hour away because the other places I DON'T TRUST. I only deal with Adel. read more

We took car in for noise it was making, they diagnosed with a few issues we agreed to take care of one of the issues and they said car would be ready same day in the evening. They ended up keeping the car for 3 days no one called or updated knowing it would take longer until day 2 at end of day. Then when we picked it up it was worse off then when we dropped it off. My husband called them back to ask if we should bring it back, then they told him there was other issues apart from what was discussed that would need to be taken care of but failed to ever mention that when the work was being done. I would get other quotes and look around because these guys are also pricey and that is ok if they do a good job but that is not the case in n my experience. Honesty, integrity and customer service failed here for me. read more

I brought my car in after the AC randomly stopped blowing cold and with how hot it's been I needed it fixed asap They were able to figure out what was going on and get it taken care of way faster than I expected. I also appreciated that they kept me updated instead of just having me wonder what was happening with my car. Everything has been working perfectly since. Really good experience, great ppl overall totally recommend!!!! :) read more

I NEVER write reviews but the service here was great. Sebastian was helpful & transparent with me about the stuff that needed to be done and what he was going to do on my car. I hate going to auto shops because as a girl you already know some shops be scamming or upping the price 'cause I don't know better but trust me this place is great!! read more

Adelino is a professional knowledgeable mechanic just make sure he does the work no one else

Adelino is THE BEST!!! This man is always busy at the shop fixing, calling, or getting stuff done. He walked me through the whole process. I came in for an accident I had and he helped me through the whole fix. The auto repair job I had for him was horrible. I felt bad dropping it off but at the same time, I trusted ADELINO to get it done right the first time. A few weeks later and my car looks good as new and it still sounds great! Do NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! ADELINO DOES IT ALL! I also got a quote for new tires and breaks and got a great deal for that too! I honestly cannot rave more about this man and his friendly people! Love LOVE LOVE this place! Definitely call him. Don't wait. read more

Had fuel pump changed they took a long time to get the part and when I picked up my car the fuel Guage didn't work I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ready for me when I pulled up to get my vehicle smogged; others may advertise lower prices, but Adelino's was up front about all costs and done within the hour (I live close by and left the vehicle). Courteous staff read more

Truck Not well diagnosed! Make me buy extra part still problem not solved. Expensive, not professional or reliable. You are at your own. No response after making call for questioning. Very disappointing. read more

This business advertises that it opens at 8am and does smog checks. I drove over at 8:15am and was told "we start smog checks at about 9:30" Seems pretty dumb to me. read more

I have been coming here for several years to have my "ancient" Corolla serviced for smog requirements and other repairs. Even sent our neighbor here (widowed senior) for her repairs. She, my wife and I are THRILLED with the honesty, integrity, reasonableness and expertise of Adelino and his staff. Extremely decent, service oriented as are his staff (his son Sebastian, employee Juan). My main car is a much newer Rogue and while I do like the local dealer I am seriously thinking about bringing the Rogue in here in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Adelino as an auto mechanic and an extremely decent person. He needs to be cloned and distributed as so many people can learn from him. Thanks Adelino! The more I get to know you the more impressed I am with everything about you. Better not retire!! read more

My friend had an issue with her car and Ended up finding this gem on yelp. came here and adelino was able to detect the issue so quickly. They got me a much quality of work, low price and wonderful service. I know the job will be done upon reading the reviews and the outstanding customer service from Mr. Adelino who is very kind. I can see how he is so kind and why the shop was so crowded. I highly recommend this place to all my friend and family. Will definitely visit in the future if I encounter any problems with my car read more

I asked politely if they can pass my car for a 2002 Lexus is300. I understand an automatic check engine is a failure but I needed to pass it. My only option was to fix the check engine problem but a gentleman told me, "go and pay 300$ elsewhere to do it illegally and fuck off". For a first time customer entering the shop, terrible service. read more

Efficient، honest and reasonable. I would certainly call this place the go to for any car maintenance or consultation. read more

Extremely fast service. I brought in my car for a smog check. $60 but I used a 20% off coupon for checking in. Thank you so much!

The most consistent and experienced mechanic in Riverside. Adelino knows his craft and is highly skilled and respected because of his talent and honesty too. read more

I only review places that are truly worthwhile, ones that I respect and could not recommend enough. I do not know much about cars. I am not a car guy. And if you do not know that much about cars, in the car repair industry, you can be seriously gouged. Adelino and his team, is one of the few but generous people that would not do such a thing. Even laymen who don't know anything about cars, can trust this person because he will not rip you off. Most importantly, this is not a one time thing. I have been to this place multiple times, and I have noticed the consistency. They are always on top of their game. At first I didn't feel like writing a review, but after going to him for such a while, I feel like it's my responsibility to write a review because I have been blessed by many wonderful experiences. They work hard, and are honest in their craft. You can tell they have good morals and are honest people. I met adelino's son, and he's such an amazing person to be around. He greets everyone with warmth and joy, he lifts your spirits up, and he makes your day just a bit better. Qualities that very few possess. All in all, very good people. Definitely will be going back. read more

Amazing services and fair prices. All my family and friends do business at this place.

I took my car to Adelino's for the first time when DMV notified me that I needed a smog check to renew my registration. When I found it on Yelp, I called to see how long it might take for my car to be checked, since I had limited time. I was informed that it would take 5 minutes... Really? Okay. I took my car in right away, to find out that it did, in fact, take them 5 minutes (or maybe not even that long!). I was pleased by the prompt service and the reasonable price, so I asked if I could get a small thing checked on the bottom of my car which had come loose. I think it took like 3 more minutes, and they fixed it! I loved the service! Also, who I'm assuming is Adelino is very funny, so that's a plus! I will definitely be returning here if my car should ever need anything else. read more

This is one of the best mechanics I have ever done business with. Despite being an adult man whose father was a car mechanic, I know less about fixing a car than the average woman. Every time i go to a new mechanic, I set my hands on my waist in a superman stance and nod my head in hopes that the guy thinks I know enough about cars to protect myself from unnecessary services and outrageous bills. Adelino's always does a great job and gives you a fair price. My only complaint are the bunch of guys who hang out long after their cars have been fixed doing who knows what. It's like one of those ideal barbershops from the movies--and Adelino is the head barber. These men seem to enjoy the atmosphere and don't want to go home. read more

I can't believe that I see myself in the sad situation of making a very negative review of a business where Latinos work, because I am, and I feel very proud of my roots. Whenever I can, I do ALL my business with migrants, minorities, always seeking to empower the historically marginalized classes in our communities. When I called this place a second time (in the same hour), the person who answered took offense to me because I wanted to speak to them in Spanish. He told me that "this is America and that I should speak in English". Maybe I should have told him that as a former refugee, a current College Professor with a PhD, maybe my English was not as good as theirs, but I felt (and always feel) very proud of where I came from, but most important, what I am doing now to educate the next generations to avoid these hate acts at the workplace. But, I did not want to waste my time with such racists and ignorant people. I am seeing all these great reviews about their work, but I definitely do not want to take my business where I am not welcomed as I am. Our country is living very challenging times, and I think that business owners should take the diversity and racial issues very seriously, and respect our communities. WE ALL MAKE THIS COUNTRY BEAUTIFUL! Así, que te guste o no, seguiré hablando mi español con mucho orgullo, representando a mi comunidad Latinx! read more

Adelino and Crew are my favorite friendly, professional master mechanics! Every engine task I take to him, it's fixed fast and anytime he can, he adds some sort of extra value. Adelino and his staff are very professional. They got me and my Sequoia in and out in less than 40 mins. Thanks guys.

Have to say Adelinos was the best repair man I have had the pleasure to meet. I have a 2011 BMW 528i (out of warranty) which has become of a real pain to maintain as well as expensive. One thing goes wrong after another...Adelino went out of his way to fix and accommodate the repair to my car for a third of the price that the dealer wanted to charge (after warranty stay away fro. BMW of Riverisde...). He worked late on a Saturday to get my. At done. He is extremely knowledgeable of BMWs and also owns quite a few bimmers.. some quite expensive ones as well. He was great, I would never hesitate to recommend him and hid co-worker Juan. Adelino knows what he is doing and is very customer service based. read more

By far, Adelino is not only extremely knowledgeable about cars, but he's also one of the most honest men I've ever met. I had been to several places that couldn't figure out my a/c problem. Adelino looked at it and knew exactly what it was. I've been back many times for regular maintenance and his service is quick and efficient. His prices are so fair, it's hard to believe he makes a profit. I will never go anywhere else, unless he retires!! I know this is a long review, and i should have written this a long time ago. Being a single, older woman, it's so difficult finding people that won't take advantage of you. Adelino is a man to respect and you will not be disappointed by his work. I guess the only negative would be the waiting area. read more
