Our car is over 20 years old, so it now needs TLC, especially since the mileage is over 134,000. We have been to a few auto repair places in the past but never stayed dedicated to just one. But, we had a major repair that was needed and All Tech Auto Repair was referred to us. They are closed on weekends so at first, I wasn't willing to wait until a weekday. However, once I was told by yet another business, of how great and trustworthy they were, I decided to give them a try. And I am so glad I did! We have found THE BEST!! They have been taking care of our car for the past 2 years, and our car has been without issues thanks to them! Ruben, Liz, Manny, and the crew, truly care about their customers and cars. They take the time to diagnose the problem, discuss the issue and the repairs needed, then go out of their way to offer a great price. Not once have they ever caused me any worry or disappointment. And they always get the repair done right the first time. We have had to go to them for a couple of major repairs on our car, the last major repair being just recent. After yet another not-so-good experience at Toyota, we took my car in to All Tech instead. The paperwork at Toyota mentioned collapsed shock absorbers and torn CV shafts. I have all of my mechanic work done at All Tech off Indiana and Monroe. The are a young couple that own it. I met them when I worked as an Insurance Adjuster, and have used them ever since. They do great work, and are quick and reasonable. They saved me hundreds on my A/C. I was told my entire system needed to be replaced, but he diagnosed that it was an issue with one of the radiator fans. Be careful. Angel and crew talked me into a $300 tune up. I drove my car 400-500 feet out of the parking lot when he was done and it begin to shake and misfire horribly. I barely get it back and he said he'd fix what they had done. He couldn't. He told he took it for a test drive which was untrue. He said it was my fault since I drove it off the lot and it was my responsibility and he wouldn't help. It was fried up rings and broken spring caused by the misfiring of the faulty tune up.
