Noticed a low pressure on my back left side tire after work. Came here since I always see it on my way to work. I pulled in about 4:10, asked if they can check my tire. A worker came out and didn't take a look, all he said is yes we can fix it but it will have to be tomorrow. Mind you their hours are from 7:30-5:00. I asked twice if there was anyway they can fix it today and he said NO! If you are not gonna be servicing customers up until five, then you should change your hours of service. read more

I have been going to Oscar's shop since 2021. He does great work on my Jeep. I had to bring my car back a few times for him to get the battery light off. He ended up fixing it and discounted for the multi trips. That was cool and why I am giving 2 stars. However, after servicing my BMW I am truly disappointed. 1.Thy told me they put oil dye in my car for leak detection and they did not. 2. Failed to mention my ac belt was not on when they were already replacing my water pump. (I ended up having to buy tools myself and put it in to get some cold air) 3. Did not even clear engine codes when returning the car to me. I had to go back inside and ask him to get the mechanic. I bought a UV light and have found nothing after my car has been leaking oil in my drive way... I called Oscar at the shop to confirm if they did . And Oscar told me they DID add oil dye on the phone. Not sure if he lied because I bought and added engine dye myself and saw results the next day. It's disappointing when I spend my hard earned money and I'm feeling like my service was rushed/ or half a**. read more

Good communication and work was fast BUT I found out why it was fast... they did a water pump on my Chevy duramax and I get home with it leaking already. My boyfriend gets under to inspect and finds one bolt COMPLETELY loose just sitting in the hole, and 2 other bolts super loose and was able to make multiple turns to tighten them. So make sure you have them triple check their work before taking your vehicle home. Super upsetting. That was the whole reason it was there and clearly they didn't test drive it or inspect it after or they would have seen it leak. I normally don't do bad reviews, but this upset me. I get mistakes happen but I even asked if they did another leak test after and he said yes. Which I do not believe now. I didn't need a leak test to see it was leaking so there's no way it wouldn't have leaked had they actually did a leak test after. read more

Took my car in for a service engine soon light. After some consultation from front desk, he told me that the spark plugs and thermostat needed changing. Went to pick up my car and as I did he told me changed my plug wires without being advised beforehand. As to the service engine soon light, it turned back on after 10 miles of driving. Went to Romona Tires and they changed out my MAF mass air flow sensor, and after 180 miles of driving it hasn't come on since. So go there with some serious scepticism. read more

More than once I have gone to them with a list in hand of what the dealer says my car needs, ready to have them do the work, and they tell me that after inspecting the car carefully, that the recommended work was completely unnecessary. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR ISSUES FIXED‼ the first time I came for tires everything was fine, I thought I could trust them with my car issues.. although that was further than the truth. I came to get my motor mounts fixed a simple issue.. yet that simple issue turned into them absolutely ruining my car making it worse than how I brought it in and also put me back $1,400!! The first time I came back because my car kept making a weird noise after they "repaired" the mounts and they said it was the "tensioner belt" so I had them "repair" that and when I came back to get my car it was shaking and vibrating like I've never heard a car do before. How do you supposedly fix a car and make it WORSE?!?! I'm a girl and you know what they say, and unfortunately it's true. They try to take advantage or your "ignorance" but trust me I was not ignorant to the fact that they were full of crap. I had my dad take in my car to try and resolve the issues and have them take him seriously which they weren't doing with me. And they just fed him a TON of lies of what they talked to be about with my car. And now they're trying to lie some more about more work and MORE MONEY I need to spend to get it "fixed". They have to be so stupid if they think we're EVER going back here. I highly suggest that you please don't trust these liars with your vehicle especially if you're a woman. I heard my brakes grinding so I called and they got me in right away. I dropped my truck off for evaluation and sure enough, I needed new brakes and rotors. The 1st shoe pads were incompatible with my Honda, Oscar was willing to replace them with different pads that are more compatible to the Honda material. Beyond that they will have you buying different parts left and right trying to find the issue at hand. My car was cutting out while driving and $1400.00 later they still didn't find the issue and my vehicle had more problems when it left, than when I brought it in! I pulled it out before I spent any more $ and luckily found a True Mechanic who repaired the issue, and it was nowhere near the route Mcnair's was taking.
