!!Do Not Recommend!! On 01/19/25 I brought my truck in for an oil change. Typically I go to the Toyota dealership for this service but was unable to make it there this one time. Service was average at Oil Changers, just an oil change nothing too challenging. I keep my truck in pristine condition, it's a 2021 but still has the new car smell and look to it. With that said I can recognize any unusual sounds my truck will make. And now my issue with Oil Changers.... I noticed an unusual squeaking sound whenever the truck went over a bump or uneven road. I couldn't pinpoint the cause and eventually took it to the company that installed my Tires and raised it 2 years ago. Saints Off-road looked it over and determined there were several bolts missing from a skip plate that protects the oil pan area... 4 bolts to be exact. This is not something that just falls off from normal wear and tear. This happens when someone doesn't do their job efficiently. Either Oil Changers forgot to replace the bolts or failed to tighten properly. I called the store and spoke to "Seth" who claimed to be the manager. His explanation... normal wear and tear. Unacceptable response. 4 bolts missing is normal wear and tear?? The previous oil change was 3 months prior at Toyota, I seriously doubt they would install damaged or aged bolts back onto my truck. Seth/Chase do better. Ensure your technicians are correctly replacing/tightening all parts removed. If you take out four bolts there better be 4 replaced correctly. Seth should have thanked me for the call, apologize for the error and ensure that they would do better. His immediate reaction was to put blame elsewhere. I do not recommend this place. To All potential Customers: be aware and informed. read more

I've been coming here for years, even before they switched to "Oil Changers", and they've kept the have great service every time. Everyone is always friendly and the service itself is quick and easy. You don't even have to get out of your car/truck. Just drive right in, they change the oil and you're out before you know it. There are always random coupons online too, which help with the cost. Usually, I'm a cheerleader for oil changers but today I brought my bosses truck in, and I was kind of annoyed that the employees didn't listen to me! I knew I wanted to buy one of those cards for frequent oil changes you pay for for four changes in advance. It's a good deal. I had to ask for that twice They used to wash the windshield. They didn't do that today and then when I was leaving actually had to ask for the flower, which is embarrassing , but it's the little things that actually usually make me happy and this is a female bosses truck so when I take her her truck back and give her a flower, she's going to be impressed "all this from an oil change?" please yeah it seems unusual. It's pretty great. Employees knew sometimes what a big deal. Some of the stuff is, also overwhelming as far as their recommendations to do this and that and this and that, but it is an older truck and it probably hasn't been taken care of for a while, and I didn't bring the paperwork with me to know when it was taken care of last Anyway, usually, it's a great place to get your oil changed. Justin, Isiah, and the technician underneath the cars (didn't get his name) were extremely professional, kind, and excellent communicators. I had to drive back from CA to Vegas today and when I pulled in Justin greeted me with a smile. That put my nerves at ease as I came close to the end of the day and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get my oil changed with a long road ahead of me. From there he pulled me into the bay recommended a product because I have higher mileage and then the team went to town. Justin was doing his thing while Isiah asked if I would like my windshield washed which I replied yes. He got off ALL of the bugs and I mean all of them which impressive considering I had at least 300 mi of bugs on there from this past weekend (truthfully probably a bit more). Finally the gentleman underneath was quick in responding to both Justin and Isiah which made the job go by fast. This three man combo knocked out my car quickly and were almost finished with another by the time I was pulling away. I am extremely grateful that these guys got me back on the road without skipping a beat. I've been through drive through oil changes out here in Vegas but these guys knocked it out of the park in skills and customer service. I been going here for years since spOILed was established, i do like to stay in my car to see what they're doing, im glad they get to ask me what my tire pressure was, they usually do it automatically of 36psi but my car takes 32psi. All the guy said was "would you like the same thing as last time" No fluids were checked, not even the air filter .. which they usually do & if needed I would change it at the same time (giving them my business) at the end of the oil change when he collected payment I had to ask him to please check my tire pressure as well ... because they always do that with my oil changes. I've been coming here for awhile and now with the changes and horrible quality of service I will not be returning here again nor will I recommend this place to others.
